I started watching RHOC a few months ago. Watched some of the old seasons for context but never Kelly Dodd - is it worth going back and watching her seasons?

If any of you have watched for years - what do you think of Shannon, Tamra and Heather? I guess I’m supposed to hate Heather but I don’t mind her - she’s a condescending snob but so what else is new. Tamra seems a lot more unhinged and damaging - the way she’s going after that woman Jenn this season is pretty gross considering that were supposedly off camera friends. Strange how Emily was just friends with her husband and then decided to marry him. What’s the story with that?

Kelly Dodd is fun until her last season , when she goes full MAGA. She gave these bitches whiplash-she would say something horrific , usually to Shannon, then apologize the following day, then insult the same person the day after that.

She brings a chaotic energy that is fun. Watch season 11 and The Quiet Woman episode from season 12, there is never a dull moment with her.

During her first run, Vicki and Tamra were intimidated by Heather, her college degree and SAT vocabulary scared them. Heather can be entertaining because she thinks she is classier than the rest of them, but the mask always slips and she is revealed as a monster.

Shannon is fascinating during her first couple of seasons. She seems so old money and uptight, then she just lets this avalanche of emotions gush. Watching her with David is compelling, because we are watching him gaslight her with hatred in his eyes. Her feud with Kelly is fun. And it has been nice to see her mellow out with her new boyfriend while eating weed gummies.

Emily is strange. She has said she’s been with women before, I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up leaving Shane for a woman. I prefer her to Gina-at least Emily does something.

I’m really enjoying this season. It feels really cohesive finally and the mid-season trailer looks great. Regarding casting. Bring Vicki back as a friend, bump Taylor up to full time, bring Jenn back for a second season and see where Dubrow lands and you have yourself a cast. Say what you will about Tamra but she does make things interesting.

This is OC’s best season in a long time. It’s really firing on all fronts. Taylor fits right in. Emily is absolutely hilarious and doing the Lords work. Jenn is the best addition in years. Altman, 44, explained that Heather was in the front row and he was in the back.

“It was kinda cool,” he added. “It was our little secret. So there was a lot of nervousness in the deal. We’re not talking about a small deal here. This is not like a million, $5 million, $10 million deal. I’m trying to make waves in Orange County. This house is not just a spec house to [Heather]. There were so many emotions in that deal.”

Heather reflected on the luxurious property's role on RHOC, pointing out that the house “became a character on the show.”

“Someone told me there’s a helicopter tour in Orange County and they point out where certain sports stars live and everything, and they go by our house and point out our house,” she said.

On Wednesday’s episode of RHOC, Altman shared an impressive detail about the sale with the couple.

“You guys should be proud. You should be stoked,” Altman said. “This is the third-highest sale in the history of Orange County.”

After saying au revoir to Chateau Dubrow, the couple purchased a penthouse in Los Angeles. In December, Heather shared a peek at their new home, posing for a selfie in front of a floor-to-ceiling mirror.

Heather previously opened up about their decision to sell the mansion in an interview with ET: "With two kids at college, we've been thinking about our next move," she said. "We just bought a cool penthouse in L.A., and sometimes the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!"

The couple share four kids: sons Nick, 19, and Ace, 12, and daughters Max, 19, and Kat, 16.

The family are still making moves. In May, Heather brainstormed names for their next abode during a family vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico.
