First of all, the Democrats have to win the House back before any of this is possible, and although I want it to happen, I don't think that's a given yet. Second of all, once they have won the House back, the Democrats have to hold a vote whether they even want Pelosi back as Speaker to begin with, and that's not a given either.

But if Pelosi does manage to get her Speakership back, Trump and Pence both have to be taken out of office somehow. Ok, not sure how Pence would be removed but let's assume it does happen. Pelosi then ascends to the presidency and appoints Hillary as speaker of the House.
