In the most recent pictures, he appears to have the bloated midsection of someone in mid-to-late stage liver failure. I don't say that lightly; I unfortunately knew somebody who drank himself to death in his early 40s, and for a couple of years before the end, he had that look. His limbs were relatively normal looking, but he had a big belly that wasn't due to fat, but to a distended/inflamed liver.
