Some cultures are more equitable in their opportunities for both genders. And most Westerners believe in merits — affording an opportunity to the best person for the job.

Take Hillary Clinton, for example. Hillary has the balls to identify herself publicly and be held accountable for beliefs and she rose to much power and leadership that even straight guys supported. She still has many jobs and many job offers.
