I love watching Big Brother, I watch it as a social experiment, unfortunately it reflects America with its racism and bigotry, but I also find that interesting, while of course I don't support that, but it is real. Anyone who goes on this show should know its history and goes in with that in mind. The idea that this shouldn't be on TV because it shows bigotry and racism is just silly. Nearly every drama on TV shows bigotry and racism, should that not be shown?

I do object to the physical nature of the majority of the contests which tends to give the jock bros a huge advantage. More contests should be or at least have a mental aspect to even the field, plus contests that are pure luck to allow every one a chance to win one. Every season has become an alliance of athletes ruling the roost. Which has made the program predictable and boring.

During my furlough, I watched that online only season of Big Brother (Big Brother: Over the Top) that had been on that CBS app. I preferred that so.much compared to this. Just eleven episodes, and nonstop twists. (Half are production-driven but it remains entertaining., even so.) This season is remarkably predictable and, worst of all. . .boring as shit. Not one of these "All Stars" has given a single moment of must-see TV. It's boring.

I was rooting for Janelle and Kaysar from the start as I think most longtime fans were but they played a really sloppy game and underestimated how dumb the people in the house were. The first HOH competition was rigged, so no female had a fair chance at winning. Janelle and Kaysar messed up by using their safety suite passes so quickly and together at the same time.

Janelle wanted to play with people that wanted her out and Kaysar didn't make any friends with what became the dbag alliance. Also, Nicole A really fucked up her game but Janelle is to blame for trusting her with information.

R424 Janelle has played 4 seasons and is the closest thing to an expert you could have going in to the house, so I would say she was pretty well equipped to take on the new schoolers but made too many mistakes.

The same sort of strategy that was necessary to win in season1 is still applicable today. She played way too hard, couldn't get the right people on her side.

The houseguests tend to be more timid now due to the spontaneous element of the show being removed, there's been so many seasons that they don't even bother with the whole "expect the unexpected" slogan because every nomination, refusal to change the HOH's nominations by whoever wins it and the unanimous eviction is totally predictable. They vote in unison and have Xmas' sheepish "do as the HOH says" mentality.

I think this is due to casting removing the loud, combative crazy people with superhuman abilities that used to make the show enjoyable because things could flip on a dime. They stopped casting loose cannons like Chima. It ruined the show.

The popular kids table gets established from the start and the people trying to be cool get manipulated into voting themselves out each week.

Less small factions going at each other and more hivemind like the insanely powerful 8 person alliance in BB21 is just how things are now. Janelle's couldn't sit at the cool kids table and made no effort to try.

Secret ballots, getting rid of the casting director, introducing more powers I think are the only thing that could save this show at this point.

This is why Big Brother sucks now. These kinds of situations don't ever happen anymore because they just can't find quality people that forget they're being watched. Nicole and Tyler are actors and poseurs

I like the idea of having two HOHs and having each one nominate one house guest. But you would have to find a device for breaking the tie if both houseguests earned the same number of votes for eviction. Right now that job falls on the HOH to break the tie.

I think some of these problems could be solved if BB did like survivor and created teams, they could be wings of the house. Two teams randomly created, only players from the losing team could be nominated. Only two bedrooms with everyone from each team in the same bedroom. More Head of Household contests that are pure luck, instead of athletic ability.

They would have to be randomly selected teams and then you merge everyone together at some point. Don't turn it into Survivor, but try it for a season. Just do anything to shake this shit up.

If Nicole puts up Cody & he gets evicted, this season will be redeemed. It won't happen, but it's a nice thought. Hypothetically, if she nominates Memphis & Xmas, Enzo wins Veto and takes off Memphis, which means Cody must go up. Only 2 people voting are Enzo and Memphis. Memphis votes for Cody, Enzo for Xmas with Nicole as the tie breaker. She makes the move of the season and votes out Cody.

Yes, very. The edited show is NEVER accurate. They protected him big time.

In rewatching the show, it is almost criminal the way the TV version is edited. Things are not shown in correct order of the way it happened in the house. And things are spliced together on the TV show to fit a narrative, but it didn't happen that way on the live feeds. Like they will show someone reacting to a conversation that they were never apart of. And the air show, definitely does a hero and a villain edit that may not gel with what happens on the live feeds.

These guys' body hair grooming is disturbing. Enzo's smooth arms are particularly weird, followed by his legs. Enzo is like a puppy dog, copying Cody's depilatory routine. Memphis has no treasure trail at all.

It’s also no secret that the first three guests evicted this season were people of color (David, Kemi, and Ovi Kabir). But, the episodes showed various reasons why these players were targeted by Michie’s alliance, Gr8ful. What they don’t show are the various racist comments made by Michie and alliance member Jack Matthews.

While Jack seemed to be the ringleader of the racial slurs — which resulted in a stern talking-to from producers and a petition started by fans to have him removed from the show — Michie was almost always present when Jack was speaking this way (including when Jack said he wanted to “stomp a mud hole through [Kemi’s] chest” and referred to Kemi and Jessica as “maggots”) and has been caught saying things himself. Live feed watchers have heard Michie admit that producers also spoke to him about the comments. There’s even a muffled video where it sounds like both Jack and Michie use the N-word to refer to another houseguest.

Michie was also a piece of shit to his showmance Holly. She’d beg him to forgive her if she dared to challenge him on anything and he’d withhold any sort of affection for her until HE thought it was the right time.
