Just to add at my post at r64, the court usually releases decisions on Monday’s and Thursday’s, I think. In any case, This decision might be announced after the stock market closes, since I think it will have an effect. But I’m just guessing...anyone who knows more want to chime in?

My guess is that Barr is running an internal investigation of the Bridgegate prosecution. If there's any evidence of wrong-doing, they'll release that information first to lay the foundation for arguing that Obama/Biden misused the office for political purposes. Then they'll start repeating all of the Flynn/Russia bullshit, arguing that Trump was also targeted for political purposes. The public won't take the time to parse out what is legitimate and what is bullshit. The objective is to gin up the base, and to suppress independents by convincing them that both sides are the same. The problem for Barr is that Trump fucks up everything he touches, so he will inevitably fuck up this plan as well.

Now I watch more BBC. They cover U.S. news and weather, and what's happening in other countries has coverage.

Biden is averaging around 43% presently. Recent polls for Biden have ranged from 42% to 46%. In Georgia and North Carolina, the polling is much tighter with Biden essentially tied or in a very slight lead.
