DL's FCI says Texas is on LOCKDOWN!
DL's own Former Congressional Insider, who had tons and tons of insider news during the Mueller investigation days, revealed last night in Reply 72 in the 'California is closed again. Sorry, bitches!' thread that Texas is shutting down, due to intelligence shared with him by super-secret insiders inside Greg Abbott's office:
[quote]A contact of mine who has a friend in Gov Abbott’s office said Abbott is closing the state starting Friday for one month. Announcement supposedly tomorrow. We’ll see.
So, today will be the announcement, per FCI and his team of Texas Governor moles. Be prepared!

But I thought this was all a liberal hoax?

It wouldn’t come as a total shock. Abbott started teasing last week that a lockdown might be necessary if the numbers didn’t start to change. Of course, he’s still blaming the mayors of Houston and Austin for not enforcing the use of masks, even though he publicly threatened to sue Austin’s mayor back in May if he tried.

Of course, these asshole Republicans will never admit what colossal idiots they are who should've listened to their DEMOCRATIC counterparts who listened to SCIENTISTS and that they apologize for being douchebags every fucking day.
But of course, that would require being intelligent and a shred of decency. They'd rather stay silent and listen to an orange fat pox attack Dr. Fauci.

Why doesn't FCI post HERE? He's in a different thread today in several posts:
[quote]I heard through a contact who has a friend in Gov Abbott’s office saying he is closing down the state for one month. Announcement supposedly today. I’m having doubts but we’ll see.
[quote]Nothing yet. I even had it verified today from another person but no announcement yet. Hmmmm
A different poster called out one of FCI's previous announcements:
[quote]is your "source" the same "source" who, several years ago, swore up and down that then Governor Rick Perry was involved in a gay relationship and it was about the be made public? If so, get a new god damned source, one with a shred of credibility.
To which FCI replied:
[quote] nope.
So, WHAT HAPPENED?
And why isn't FCI on THIS thread?????

I live in Houston. I've been watching the local news for 1 1/2 hours. No mention of a press conference or a shut down. Yes, our Rolling Thunder governor threatened it. Yes, both the Houston mayor and Harris County judge requested a shut down. But Abbot is still trying his best to suck up to Twittler. Add to that the idiot Lt. Guv Dan Patrick (who said he would sacrifice his life but no one has seen his stupid ass in weeks - at least locally). A shut down may happen (it should) but I will be surprised.

It's funny, I recall at the beginning of this, people coming after us NYers and pointing to TX and FL in a positive way and disregarding the fact that those two states have no cities packed with 8 million people, so of course they wouldn't have it as bad as NYC. They're not packed in like sardines. So, TX and FL....WTF is your excuse for now surging with cases?

I love my detractors- I’d be skeptical,too.
I rarely even say any scoop. I did scoop the impeachment the night before, among a few others.
I don’t have contacts in Abbott’s office- never said I did. It was a friend’s neighbor who has a friend in the office (I know) but I had independent corroboration. He for sure was going to lockdown. Oh well.
