I see a preview photo but the link to the article/whatever is dead

That happens to everyone, OP, when the photo on the actual site has been made private or otherwise removed.

Nothing. It's just a dud. I stay on the page, don't go anywhere. I guess I can try it on Firefox, but I use Opera for everything and haven't had an issue before. Thanks r5!

r6 Perhaps Opera is blocking your popup windows?
