As far as open investigations that Mueller is still involved in, I think he is. He's the charging party in some of the cases still. I don't think his grand juries have been released. Mueller just won an appeal in the Stone case two days ago. That's how it is reported. It doesn't say that DC prosecutors won the appeal. It says Mueller did. But, really, if the grand juries are still empaneled he's still doing something. And, he is still an employee of the DoJ. So, I don't know what's going on.
