Those who shouldn't travel know who they are. I am having a nice time in Mexico at the moment. Airports are quiet and tranquil. I love it.

As long as you don’t act like assholes it’s fine. Lots of Americans as still visiting Canada and nobody minds. We understand not everybody loves Orangina and voted for him. Lots of us have American family who are terrified of what is happening.

My point is, he hasn't mentioned any of that other background in any of his other threads. Why would you even default to OP being mixed when the simplest explanation is that he's just European white. You know, like the majority of Americans?

I think r9 might be operating under the illusion (delusion?) that DL is a more colourful place than it really is. But from all the demo polls we've run over the decades, we're 99% white here.

Australia has much in common with America. A former penal colony, it's native population raped and pillaged. They even had their own orange who embarrassed them and who they got rid of, ASAP.

Partially true. I get a chilly or somewhat hostile reception until I mention I live in California. Adding SF or LA, both cities I have or do live in now definitely increases the weloming attitude.

Agree it’s always good to say you’re from California when abroad. And the opposite is true in the U.S.

I’ve traveled plenty this year, and haven’t noticed any different demeanors.
