Elijah Blue Allman's Wife Claims His Mom Cher Funded Their 'Lifestyle'
In new court documents filed June 20, Allman's estranged wife Marieangela King brought his famous mother, Cher, into the case, claiming the icon helped fund their "lifestyle" before they split.
In the filing, King, 37, requested spousal support and for her attorney's fees to be covered amid her divorce from Allman, 48, while claiming that she experienced "a high standard of living" — including traveling in Europe and staying in 5-star hotels, flying first and business class aboard airplanes and having access to "private pools, gyms, chefs, maids, [and] a therapist" — during their marriage.
King's filing also described dining at high-end restaurants such as Mr. Chow, Nobu and Chateau Marmont while she was with Allman.

There is one other thread on Datalounge about Cher and her son which has garnered any responses this month besides yours above, OP/R3. There are ten Cher - Elijah Blue threads in all on DL, not a MILLION.
There’s a discussion about Cher’s parenting in the other thread. Here we have you all butthurt because your’s isn’t getting any traction.

We'll see what the judge rules in this case.
She might actually get a settlement, if Cher just wants this to go away.
I think that's what Elijah's ex is trying to do. This is a shakedown.
