I really want to believe she's the one conservative judge who actually has morals, ethics and standards. (not that I expect to).

It is because the constitution is so clear on this, that even they see the stupidity. Not to mention, if things can be overturned when written so obviously out right, they could undue the second amendment (which was never about private gun ownership, but militias, but whatever) or other things conservatives like.

They really are keeping the judges-- district and supreme busy. I wouldn't even be surprised if they turn against Trump solely for extending their normal schedule.

That's exactly what a lifetime appointment to the Supremes was supposed to do -- insulate the judges from political considerations so they can follow the law and their conscience.
