I can see Kyle pushing to have her friends come on next season.

The fact that she’s had to hang out with two people she’s never particularly liked- Garcelle and Sutton-tells you how isolated she is.

Personally, I would prefer to see both of her sisters, Carlton, a season one Camille amd LVP come back next year to bully the fuck out of her.

Kathy wasn't even on the most recent episode.

I'm liking Erika a lot more. She's less harsh, looks great, and her home is nice. Much preferable to a huge mansion and an awful marriage.

Kyle is like a dark angry cloud. Apparently she's a woman who feels undefined without a man. Dorit is just a mess. Hopefully, like Erika, she'll come out of the divorce more natural and grounded. She's so arch and brittle. PK wasn't very nice to her, either.

The only friend of Kyle’s to ever be on the show is the morally bankrupt Faye Resnick

Watching Boz come down the stairs in her gaudy nightgown after her fibroid surgery, passing by her gaudy wallpaper, plopping down on her couch with the gaudy throw pillows, then telling Garcelle she couldn't stand up to greet her was hilarious.

Who does this bitch think she is? And why the hell does she need a nelly gay assistant?

Boz is interesting. She's imposing looking. She does not wear frivolous well. She needs a serious avocation, maybe run for Congress where she can be authoritative and boss people around. I' love to see Margorie Taylor Greene take her on in some hearing. Old Boz would whip that bitch.

I’ve gotten into watching the after shows as well where the women break down the episode. The cast is really splintered now and odd. I feel bad for Dorit because she’s just stuck with Boz while the other girls pretty much all film together. So when Boz is taking about her boring ass storylines like grapefruit sized fibroids, Dorit had to act like it’s the most interesting thing she’s heard all day. Meanwhile Kyle is with Erika and Garcelle is with Sutton and Jennifer. I mean Boz and Dorit might be friendly, but they have no history and are not besties. And Dorit is fighting to stay on the show, so aligning herself with someone who’s tantamount to a skin tag on the show is not using her time well - and in the back of her head, I think she knows that. She needs to be with Erika.

Boy George knows a loser when he sees one and dumped PK yet Kyle and Maurice continue to hang on.

To play armchair psychologist for a moment - the anger Kyle feels towards Dorit is more guilt over the fact that she never really liked her as much as she professed to like her. Dorit made sense when they were both coupled and their husbands were friends. Dorit fit into the type of personality the Kyle needs in a friend - placating and adoring. And Kyle led Dorit on all those years to get that hit of adoration. She liked her yes, but they weren’t besties.

Now that they are both uncoupled Kyle is like, why can’t she just get the point? It’s over. But Dorit insists on hanging around and making Kyle say it’s over - that is the subconscious battle going on between the two of them now.

^usually these types of fights in our life are to get the other person to verify exactly what we suspected all along. You will bicker about everything except the real issue. Dorit probably never truly felt like a real friend and put up with a lot she didn’t agree with personality wise from Kyle, and now feels used for having done so. And she needs to hear Kyle say - no I never liked you as much as you thought - yes I am a bitch for having done that.

And of course all of this is just an extension of the mental battle of their marriages not being what they thought they were and mourning a life on the brink of being lost.

R13 That's a very David Lynch-ian take on the situation. Too bad he's passed away; he could've made a surreal version of RHOBH.

Kathy feels more like a friend of the Housewives this season. She's barely on.

This is the most likable that Erika has ever been.

Jennifer Tilley adds nothing to the show. It's like she's a background extra.

Jennifer is really fun and hilarious in her confessionals and in her one-on-one scenes with the other women, but she tends to disappear during the group scenes.

She's either insecure in large groups or she just doesn't give two fucks about all the petty drama these wannabes get into. I tend to believe it's the latter.

R16 I think it's the latter as well on top of that, the very sane and adult trait of not wanting to comment on something you know absolutely nothing about. But sane and adult do not good reality television make. Overall good people, smart people, nice people, do not thrive on these shows. They are usually boring. And in real life, that's a good thing.

I wish someone would say it and then confront the reality where Dorit liked Kyle more than Kyle liked Dorit.

But they won’t, so they will continue to argue over things that don’t matter

I recently rewatched the early seasons.

This show was great when Kim; Camille (season 1 version); Brandi ; and (to a lesser extent) Taylor ; were in the cast. They didn’t produce themselves , they didn’t care what the audience thought , and they were unpredictable. They made the show compelling.

With the exception of Sutton, these women are very aware of the cameras and their images, so it doesn’t feel as interesting.

Sutton is aware of the cameras. It's just that she's an awkward, inappropriate person.

Talk about being aware of the cameras, I love on the episode previous to the most recent, when Sutton mentioned Mo cheating and Kyle looked at her like she had two heads - like Bitch we DON'T talk about about that on camera. She abruptly guided her to "you mean on instagram?" It was classic.

The garish colors, the yards and yards of fabric, the accessories dragging around, the horrible wigs that just look like they smell musty. It's all so bad it's practically funny. And for her to make fun of Sutton's high waisted beach wear (which was also awful) is the height of irony.

Boz’s style seems to be a conscious decision, like something she decided to do after reading about dressing uniquely in a book about succeeding in business-“they’ll remember me if I dress like this!”

She’s also very tacky and her taste is entirely in her mouth.

Boz really doesn't add anything to the show. It's clear she's there simply promote her stupid "you can succeed if you believe in yourself" grifting business. She has no storyline other than wanting to get pregnant at 47. In the words of Chappell Roan, "good luck, babe."

What really bugs me about her, though, is her over the top reactions whenever one of the other women tell her something.

If I remember correctly, Charlie Sheen was pissed because Denise had said some snide things about him during her first season, and had threatened to take her back to court to start a custody fight over their kids, who were still young at the time.

That’s why she didn’t want to discuss anything sexual about her on camera or near her kids. These women either didn’t understand that, or didn’t care.

The Kyle/Rinna/Dorit/Erika/Teddi clique also took a lot of heat for driving LVP off the show-Denise wasn’t involved and became a fan favorite. And presumably, her salary was probably pretty high-another reason for them to resent her. So they wanted her gone.

Yeah, LVP and Denise were driven off due to jealousy. It had nothing to do with them blatantly lying about puppies and pussy.

LVP was driven off because Bravo was attempting to spin off a second show about one of her businesses - Vanderpump Dogs-at the time, and wanted the other housewives to appear.

The other women were used to set up Vanderpump Rules, the first LVP spinoff, and they felt exploited. They came after LVP in season 4 as a result. The same thing happened in season 9, which is why they railroaded LVP off the show.

These are always fights about workload between coworkers, not a fight about friendship.

The thing is, we know who was the fault in Puppygate. The woman who left Lucy Lucy Apple Juicy at a kill shelter.

The delusional LVP stans always kill me. For years, everyone said LVP was manipulative behind the scenes. Then LVP plots with Teddi to make Dorit look bad for giving up the puppy and feigns offense at having her integrity questioned--despite there being dozens of text messages documenting her plan. I’m thinking that Garcelle is done with Sutton. Sutton has a strange allegiance to Kyle, despite Kyle being a superficial friend, and Garcelle called her out on it. Sutton is a weirdo. And Garcelle is a producer now so she doesn’t need anything from the show.

LVP was a manipulator, but she created a quality product. The seasons after she left have been missing the pizazz!

I’m not an LVP stan, but the fights on this show in particular are never about the subject they’re discussing-it’s about the work, and cast members angry when someone (especially if they’re one of the higher paid cast members) isn’t pulling their weight, or trying to use the show to promote something in a way they don’t like.

Kyle, Brandi and Yolanda were pissed that LVP was using the show to spin off Vanderpump Rules, so they turned on her.

A few seasons later, LVP tried to use the show again to spinoff Vanderpump Dogs, but this time, she used this storyline of Dorit dumping her dog to make herself and her business look good. The other women were pissed that LVP drifted through the show and used people to push stories without getting her hands dirty, so they went on the attack.

LVP is a terrible person. Watch Vanderpump Rules and you will see how badly she treats other women, in particular. She knew James Kennedy was beating up his girlfriends, and she took his side.

Rinna chased Denise off the show because she realized that they were basically playing the same part and Denise was higher on the food chain in Hollywood. Rinna needed the show, Denise could take it or leave it. Denise experienced it as real life, while RInna always looked at it as another gig to get food on the table. She didn't care who she had to sacrifice to do it. She didn't leave, I am sure she was 100% fired.

And these women do not like each other, they are not friends. What Garcelle said about the robbery would have been shitty IF she actually liked Dorit, but she doesn't. She expressed the same opinion about what happened as we have with the same detached delivery as one of us viewers might, people who have no relationship with her or even really care about her. She really covered her tracks though because she totally meant that PK set that up. And I think he did too. I mean who doesn't?

Marco Marco is a clothing designer who designed costumes for Erika (they also design costumes for drag queens, and Marco Marco gowns were a prize in the early Drag Race seasons).

Erika racked up hundreds of thousands in unpaid invoices to Marco Marco, and previously had used an Amex to pay charges to Marco Marco.

She didn’t want to pay these bills, so she disputed the charges and called Tom’s friend T the Secret Service to report Marco Marco for credit card fraud.

The feds had Erika wear a wire and meet Marco Marco-years ago, Erika mentioned on the show that she had once been an FBI informant, and this is what she was talking about.

The feds raided their offices, and Marco Marco almost went bankrupt while the owners were criminally investigated. The investigation was closed without criminal action taken against the company.

They are suing her. Her attorney-Tom’s former friend, who became Erika’s benefactor (he leased her that house) and eventual lover, fucked up the paperwork so they may win by default.
