I don't have time (or inclination) for the soaps -but tell me about the shirtless guy in OP's post. Who is he? Is he gay? Is he hung? I mean, that's the only reason for the post, right? To get us drooling over a hot young guy? Or do you really care about the storylines?

I wish the show was more compelling now. None of the stories are really doing anything for me. I'm hoping that Sheri Anderson's strike storylines will make things interesting again.

-I'm not opposed to the baby switch storyline, I think Nicole deserves it. However, I'm not sure what was in it for Melinda.

-Can't they come up with a new big bad, who isn't Clyde?

-Ava and EJ should have been the story. I don't hate Steve Burton, like many of Days fans, but the character is kind of pointless.

-We know the show can only have 12 actors per episode. If that's the case, why not widdle the cast down to about 15 to 20 or so contract actors, so that characters we want to see are able to interact with each other more.

-It was a smart move to age Holly and Tate, but the show is still too focused on older people.

-Stop writing the show like it's still on Network. Make some bold and provocative story choices.

I prefer RSW as Alex to RSW as Ben—he really works as a funny cad, and he has great chemistry with Emily O’Brien, who somehow has made this Theresa gambit work. She’s doing a drag-queen parody of an American blonde, and it’s a hoot.
