Sarah does mention the Menorca holiday in the S1 finale, so I imagine they'll stick to that story continuity even if they film in London.

Because casting is under wraps this time, we also don't know if they've done casting for the surplus of Nelson family members. They show up for the Menorca holiday and Christmas holiday, but maybe the show will just keep it to Nick and Sarah and David.
