Yes — I’ve heard about that. Their targets are extremely niche, and are typically fringe outsiders or mentally ill people. I mentioned the size because Kiwi Farms and Datalounge are peanuts compared to those sites. It’s like comparing a backyard swimming pool to the ocean. These sites are small and could be shut down in a second. Try closing the ocean.

And also, even as large as they are, I said they at least are actively monitored for threats of harm and violence whereas neither KW or DL are. There was something in the endless quotes above that caught my eye. Something about accepting people as they are. "Accepting people as they are is 100% the way to go". And then the next sentence negates that very concept. Why not go with "the way these people are defining their reality doesn't jibe with my notion of reality" and leave it at that? The unfortunate thing about these arguments is that it has real-life legislative consequences, and maybe even election consequences - elections that can do tremendous damage to us all. Drag queens are, by and large, not self-identifying as trans people.- but now in many states, they are not out of their jobs and unable to work. Unintended consequence. Trans people and their bathroom needs are complicated and not served by "a person needs to use the bathroom that matches birth sex" - when a simple accommodation of all-gender bathrooms (usually one-stall) being made available solves the need without the stigma. I watched a video of one of the Kiwi Farmers reading Liz Fong-Jones tweets on a livestream that was recorded and posted, defending that site and not only did he accuse her of rape, he also made fun of her accuser and said Fong-Jones’ biggest problem was being stupid for hanging out with someone he called insane. He was accusing her of rape and also making fun of her accuser and saying that the accusations against her were over the top ridiculous. So for rescue-chick to continue to spread the lie that Fong-Jones raped someone was beyond irresponsible. It’s defamation. If there were credible accusations of rape (which this livestreamer was clear there weren’t) than it would have been a police matter. I don’t think it ever was. But they aren’t interested in pursuing justice. Their only interest is humiliation and harassment.
