I find it hard to meet the recommended 35 grams of fiber from meals, fruits and snacks, it might be necessary to take some fiber supplements daily, what's your go to brand for fiber supplement?
Do you take fiber supplements?

A big serving of Metamucil every day between lunch and dinner - 3 rounded teaspoons in 12 oz of water. After 3 or 4 days you will wonder how you lived without it.
I use the sugar-free type but find it too strongly flavored so I buy the Target sugar free Metamucil clone and order flavorless psyllium powder from Amazon & then mix them 50/50 in a big Tupperware container.

Gummies. But by all means introduce it to your belly slower than slow

Because R3 your shits are clockwork regular, large yet extremely easy to pass, and you hardly need to wipe because the psyllium encapsulates most of the grease.
Got it?

Metamucil (generic varieties of psyillium, not the name brand).. I sprinkle the orange sugar free powder on my cooked cereal in the morning, then make sure to drink plenty of water through the day. I also eat whole wheat grains, legumes, lots of fruits and leafy green vegetables. Let's just say that I never suffer from constipation. My ass doc said that Americans don't eat anywhere near the amount of fiber that our prehistoric ancestors ate, because we eat so much more fat, meat, and refined grains. There are so many health benefits, including strongly reducing the chance of getting type 2 diabetes, helps regulate weight (because you feel fuller most of the time and don't have as much appetite), reduces risk of developing hemorrhoids and/or reducing straining, However, you WILL use the bathroom more often than you might be used to with this extra fiber. - perhaps 2-4 episodes a day. However, those bathroom visits are shorter, because no straining. Just in and out, so to speak.

I have grudgingly come to routinely use Metamucil or the CVS-equivalent. One month, when I was away on business, I had to order some via Amazon and fell for a pill version. I forget the name of the brand, but their slogan was “Bottom with Confidence” and I thought that was clever.
In the end, those pills weren’t as effective as a glass a day of Metamucil.

Sometimes Metamucil, when occasionally constipated. It gets goopy mixed with OJ...have to drink it quickly. I don't do this daily.
