This guy is a whinging fool. “Extreme fatness” IS a manifestation of internal pain for 99% of people who are obese or morbidly obese. You don’t just magically get that fat from slight overeating—you become morbidly obese by being a food addict, which almost always manifests from a place of hurt. Morbidly obese people by and large are people who have experienced a lot of trauma and/or abuse in their lives. Food is their coping mechanism/drug of choice.
