Are there any kissing/romantic Nick and Charlie scenes that will need to be filmed in Paris (i.e. not just in a hotel in England)? I don't know the comics very well, and just wondering what Joe and Kit will be filming now that the intimacy coordinator is heading over to Paris. It's becoming more of a standard thing to make sure people feel comfortable, and make it seem more authentic - Kit also said in an interview that David helps give another dimension and layer of interest to the intimate scenes, so every kiss isn't just exactly the same.

No sightings of filming today? Maybe they got the day off as they worked yesterday.

I read an interview David (the intimacy coordinator) did shortly after HS came out. He works really closely with the director to make sure intimate scenes have the proper angles and translate well on screen. He then works with the actors to make sure they know where to put their hands so they don’t block the shot, etc. Plus also being a third party there to make sure everyone feels safe. In the interview he said he is also used a lot with child actors when they have scenes with parents. It could be weird for a little kid to get a hug and a kiss from a stranger who is acting the part of there mom, so he coordinates those types of scenes too.

Bash appears to genuinely enjoy talking to fans. Not just take a quick selfie, but have a 10 minute conversation. It must annoy Joe at least some times. Good for him, pulling Bash away.

R124 he does sometimes but I also think he’s the most easily waylaid; you see in some of the fan videos that he makes the mistake of making eye contact and then feel obligated to stop while Joe determinedly stares at the ground or at someone else. That said a few fans the other day said when their friend was chatting with Bash, Joe came up to them of his own volition and was super lovely and chatty with them. My guess is his social battery just runs out way faster.

The way the height difference varies all the time is amusing at this point. And Joe shaking from silent laughter the whole time is cute.

I think he’s also just sick of fans coming up to them at times when they’re off the clock. He knows bash is going to be polite, but if he doesn’t give him the chance to get walked up to then he can avoid the situation. R261 yeah I believe they’re close mates and hang out in their off time; i would just be surprised if they as the leads had time off the others didn’t when they only have a week to film in Paris, but I guess with added scenes and storylines for the others (especially Tao and Elle) it’s possible they’d be able to hang out / explore

R260 I posted the tweet on here yesterday from the morning where a fan saw them filming on the metro/station, so what you say is very likely.

R263 because every time someone says maybe they’re working together or not just hanging out as best friends people get upset and think you’re implying they don’t get on? I posted 260; 261 seemed annoyed that I suggested two colleagues might have been working when seen together instead of just being friends hanging out, so I clarified.

The filming/not filming thing is strange - how would you miss a whole crew, cameras and a massive boom mic?

If they were shooting the friend would have 100% realized and seen the equipment, it’s not exactly easy to hide even during a pared down shoot, so my money right now is on them traveling around as themselves. Especially if they were actually riding the metro and not at an entrance/exit point, which I don’t think is clear either way? But I don’t think it’s exactly groundbreaking if they were hanging out. They’re clearly closer now.

Anyway, it seems like they’ve wrapped up. They were by Notre Dame today.

R268 will is really really attractive. For all that they cast “normal looking” teens and that was a big part of their marketing it’s actually quite a good looking cast; just not as traditionally CW for the most part
