She was probably drinking for hours and got more and more enraged, and decided she was going to teach them a lesson. Who knows if any of those houses nearby was even the right house, by then she was so drunk it may not have mattered. Crashing into the house may have been a suicide.attempt that didn’t work.

This driving around aggressively as a statement thing, reviving engines, speeding, repeatedly passing the same house, is trying to get attention, I have seen with several mentally unbalanced people. If you’ve dealt with these people before you know this is a “I’ll show them!” gesture.

A few years ago, a drunk driver crashed into an apartment building a few blocks from me. Someone I went to school with crashed his plane, and I received almost a year’s worth of emails from his poor wife about his daily progress, featuring induced comas, amputations, severe pain, and infection. But still hope that he would recover. And then one day an infection killed him.

It’s unlikely that reports of He He’s condition are bad reporting. People can be fully conscious after extreme physical trauma but lapse into a coma shortly thereafter. It’s not unheard of. In fact, it’s probably more common than you might think.

According to reports, her respiratory system suffered severe damage. There may have been a brief lag before the full effect the fire and toxic smoke took their toll.

I was just wondering if this was an induced coma to help her heal and maybe for the pain. The problem with that IIRC my mother's induced coma was that your organs like your lungs end up being weakened and needing help and that can make it more difficult to get out of it and off any breathing assistance.

I listened to that last podcast, 3 days before the crash, and she seemed, well, manic but pretty ordinary. Talking about some kind of stupid face lift that isnt a face lift where they put dots on your face and it swells up and then deflates and you look better. Then she said, she'd ordinarily just stay in her house all the time but when she thought she looked "cute" she was more likely to go out and socialize like she knows one should... then some crap about have two or three dates with some online dating thing -- actually, they both discussed it and I think Heather read her bio out, and then the bio of some guy she was gonna hook up with... (for her first time)

Oh and they shared stories about pool incidents - Heather sprained her ankles doing a cannonball in a hotel pool (LaQuinta?) -- I mean just the more boring stuff imaginable. I can't imagine anybody caring unless they were fans of Anne - seems like she's done quite a bit of show biz work the last several years (which surprised me). And has two sons - both teenagers?
