I think he is fat and he probably still smokes. Not a very healthy combination. His skin looks awful, greasy and puffy.

She was supposed to graduate this year but clearly had some kind of health crisis as she was in Sweden for all of 2022.

I thought she was in Finland. But now I am curious what kind of health crisis. The girl is so unhealthy so she might have multiple problems.
