A few months ago at 9am before most people had arrived I did briefly glance at my attractive Italian American colleague's ass as he walking out the door. Yesterday, I was watching the Stayner family documentary on Hulu (see other DL thread about it), and it featured some vintage 70s and 80s news clips. In those clips, the female reporters were all dressed in business suits or wore blazers over their dresses.

These days, some female anchors wear cocktail dresses, even in the winter. Lots of bare arms and low-cut tops. Sometimes, lots of skin flashed during standing shots in front of the weather map. It's like they're in a contest to see who can show the most skin.

But, look at the men. Even in the summer, they're covered head to toe in three-piece suits. The only skin you see is their hands and necks. You won't even see a male reporter wearing a short-sleeved shirt (except for early 2000s Anderson Cooper who wanted to show off his biceps). Never mind a tank top. How come it's not expected or even acceptable for male anchors to show their arms and legs?

In my opinion, people think he’s keeping it real by being an asshole and a maverick like they initially thought of Trump— like he’s the man of the people. But really, he’s just a drunken misanthrope.

I swear if he ran for president, he’d get a lot of support.
