Won't you join me for dinner?
I'm having black cod smothered with a hearty prune and tabasco sauce.
I'll also be having pierogis stuffed with prunes and kielbasa, topped with a dollop of prune and sour cream aioli.
Followed by asparagus drizzled with a prune and balsamic vinaigrette.
The grand finale will be prune bread pudding.
Jealous, bitches?

Greg is the worst thing to happen to DL since the Brooklyn Seacow.

OP is an imposter. The real Greg never signs off his post with "Jealous, bitches?".

r4, it's a DL classic recipe!

I have Greg blocked, because he is an annoying piece of shit, but I can see the OP's post, so either OP is an imposter, or Greg accidentally used one of his sock puppets that he uses to compliment himself. R2 is right though, the real Greg wouldn't end with "jealous, bitches?" He would feel that is beneath him. Greg has a very high opinion of himself, and wouldn't want to "lower himself" to that.

Greg wouldn't base an entire menu on prunes, either.
I like (the real) Greg, and you ain't it, OP.

I had eggs for lunch (it's Easter), and I'm having spaghetti and meatballs with spinach I just made for dinner. This will happen after a bottle of cheap cabernet.
BEAT THAT!

I don't even know who Greg is, but he sure has some powerful enemies here on the DL.

This menu also doesn't contain any shellfish, and Greg notoriously overuses shellfish.

@r14, There's a lot of people on DL that really get people wound up who I have no idea who they are. Best to stay away from them

Hey R13, I had fish and chips and leftover broccoli! I'm about to drink some cheap champagne cocktails with elderberry liqueur.

Prunes?
How cutting edge. Do you have Farina for breakfast too?

If you search for 'poached cod with prunes' on Google, Greg's Datalounge thread about his now infamous recipe is result #5.

Tomorrow (Easter Monday) is National Hard-Boiled Egg Day. I'm sure Greg has some special way to prepare those but I don't want to hear it.

Oatmeal with salt and butter and surrounded by milk is good too.
Even grits are good.

I had slow cooker Mississippi pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes and a spring salad mix with English cucumbers and heirloom tomatoes. I made a honey mustard dressing. For dessert I made a coconut cake from almond flour. It came out okay but I think that the pudding mix I added to it made it soft. I made a cream cheese frosting too. This was the most I’ve cooked for myself in weeks.

We're having homemade chili (topped with grated cheese and onions), a warm flour tortilla, and a whomped-up salad (mixed greens, onions, green peas, and hard-boiled eggs with homemade dressing...)
