My understanding is that assets that can be traced to the sanctioned parties will be seized, so if it can be shown that Abramovich's six kids were set up in million dollar apartments that he provided, tough titties for them. I read that besides official government task forces, there are many 'volunteers working around the world to peel back the layers. Of course some of them have intimate knowledge of certain deals and might want to minimize their exposure, but it is serious, and poor thing Irina should be nervous.
