He's concluded that it's a sinking ship and wants to get out.

While he owned 10% of Facebook as an early investor, he sold most of it for over $1 billion in 2012.

Of course, that 10% would be worth over $22 billion today, but he's still made a buttload from his initial investment.

He wants out before the lawsuits start.
