I’ve heard drinking too much water can be harmful but how much is too much exactly? I’m one of those lucky people who loves water and I thought I could enjoy it without worrying about having too much but I guess not.
How much water is too much?

Look at your pee. The clearer it is, the more hydrated you are. If you constantly see that your pee is crystal clear, stop drinking water. If you see that it's very dark yellow, that means you need more water. There is no such thing as "8 cups of water," since everyone is different. We all have different weight, height, and lifestyle habits (like diet and exercise).

After you drink some water, jump in a tub. When you float, you're full.
