He’s a very generic jewish boy from the mid atlantic which is very different from a ny jew. he went to a typical 4 year mid tier liberal arts college—probably a communications major. He went to nyc to work in media, live on the uws in a share, and go to The Works and he probably thought Kevin Bacon was hot and when he watched porn it was Catalina studios. He thought the Obsession ads were hot and he jerked off to bruce weber interview mag photo spreads. He saved the Vanity Fair Hollywood issues (with the tri fold covers) of the early 1990s. He probably has one black friend from college. There have been major dissections of his career here on DL and on Reddit but he is smoke and mirrors and has horrible 1980s values.

Andy lived a couple of floors above me in NYC some years ago. He's exactly what you think he is -- a silly, not very bright, wildly ambitious empty shell of a TV personality. Nothing more, nothing less. He was despised by the building staff and was unpleasant to everyone he ran into, mostly because he felt the elevator should have been private.

r12 you forgot short. I could not believe how incredibly short he was given he says he is 5'9" tall. I first met him when he worked at CBS this morning - he was running around like a mad man getting things for the on air talent. (they had come in from the east coast to do the show on the west coast). I am standing with my boss and I said "who is that little guy running around like a mad man?" he laughed and said "That is Andy. You know the guy who called you 30 times to set all this up?"

Andy did call me about 30 times asking for help with everything. I was happy to, it was internal CBS so we always helped each other out. You would have thought I was his bff the way he called me. He would ask about other shows, particularly daytime soaps. I told him if he wanted I could get him a tour of Y&R and B&B. I worked with the talent office to make sure hiis people were taken care of.Dinner at Spago, the best clubs if they wanted to go, shows, anything. MY boss's rolodex was full of contacts to make it easy. So cut to this day...there is this short guy with a vest, no shirt, and jean shorts and along grey ponytail running around. My boss calls him over and introduces me to him. In front of my boss he goes 'have we spoke?" I was shocked. From the30 times he called you would have thought we were bffs, but in front of my boss he pulled a I don't know her. When he left my boss said "Don't be upset. He probably took credit for all your hard work on his behalf and don't worry, next time we won't be so helpful." To top it off. He called my office the next day with the Hey Buddy voice again. He wanted to do the soap tour. I told him i couldn't because I needed a day to get it approved. Click. He hung up on me. Cut to the daytime emmy awards. He calls me up. Hey buddy it's Andy! like we were bffs. He needed the emmy nominated westcoast folks for CBS This Morning. Fine, it was my job to arrange it. I get a call from one of the actors asking if I can get them tickets to Hairspray. So I call my good buddy Andy. To this day...I remember his exact words. "Listen, I am not Ticketmaster, I can't do that." Cick. I go to my boss he hands me a card to call boom third row center for my people to Hairspray. This has been my experience with Andy all these years. If he wants something from you he is your bff, if you need something from him, he doesn't know you.

r63 Like I said. I am 5'9". Both Cooper and Cohen claim to be 5'9" and Cooper is taller than Cohen. I am taller than both, by a good margin. I would say Cooper is 5'6" and Cohen is probably 5'3" without his lifts.
