Speaking as one of the late 90s/00s slash-fanfic Livejournal/Geocities-webring people (looking back, I was way too young and sheltered to be there at the time, but I was there nonetheless), I can’t believe a/b/o & mpreg concepts & parlance have now entered mainstream consciousness.

Back in the day, we treated our tiny cracky kinky underworld like Fight Club.
