Studies have shown time and again that the death penalty isn't a deterrent and doesn't make society safer. That's why tons of countries that have abolished the death penalty have less crime than the US. I wish there were more SMART people around, and fewer uneducated reactionaries

1. Her last name is her MARRIED name, so if he were related, it would be to her husband

2. Sherman's last name was HEMSLEY, not HELMSLEY.

I also loved the TV movie. The only thing wrong with TV movie is the costumes.

But they didn’t R73. She was worn $5 billion when she died. 2 of her grandkids got $5 million each and the two disinherited ones got $3 million each after they contested the will. The dog died in 2010 and the remaining funds went back to her charitable trust. So not even a half of a percent of her fortune went to her grandkids and dog. The two that got $5 million got it on the condition that they visited their dads grave once a year and have to sign a special guestbook.
