I am starting it right now. I am way more excited than I need to be for this. Love season 1 and Love Simon.
What do you think will happen during season 2???

Omg the college guy Mia meets in season 2 🥵
by Anonymous | reply 1 | June 11, 2021 9:25 PM |
Simon's dad makes a guest appearance in episode 2 and started a support group for family members of LGBT people lmao
by Anonymous | reply 2 | June 11, 2021 9:54 PM |
Victor's dad looks like a man who has had his cock sucked by a man few times. Maybe they should write that into the plot.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | June 12, 2021 4:46 PM |
Here's what I hope happens: This awful show gets cancelled and its budget transferred to an actually good gay series.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | June 12, 2021 4:51 PM |
Victor's sister is the most realistic teen on the show.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | June 12, 2021 5:12 PM |
It's tedious and horrible. Where the fuck is the promised male frontal nudity and gay sex???? Those ugly actors hardly ever kissed in the crappy series!
Just cancel it. GOD DAMN IT!!!!!
by Anonymous | reply 6 | June 12, 2021 6:01 PM |
It’s a show for 13 year olds. Only a sick individual thought there would be “frontal nudity” in a show for young teens.
This shows demographic is the same as Cruel Summer and Riverdale. Not 50somethings.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | June 12, 2021 6:17 PM |
Oh, fuck off fat Grundy, R7. You don't know shit the promises and it's fucking on HULU, the same company that streams torture pr0n like THE HANDMAID'S TALE. NOT DISNEY+!!!!!!
[quote]Love Victor Showrunners promise teen sex within first few episodes of season 2, support from Hulu
[quote]A Hulu exec feared the show would remain PG-13 forever. The first question she asked them: when are the kids going to have sex? She breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing their answer.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | June 12, 2021 6:31 PM |
R8 who cares that is was on Hulu? The Handmaids Tale is for adults. Love Victor is for kids. Get it???
by Anonymous | reply 9 | June 12, 2021 6:54 PM |
The main gay guy dude has a horrible haircut.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | June 12, 2021 7:02 PM |
R9, is it for kids? There was an ad for Tanqueray in the last episode I watched.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | June 12, 2021 7:11 PM |
It’s a show that would be on CW if it were on TV, not HBO. It’s for young teens. Love, Simon was the same. If you can’t understand the ratings system that has been in place for decades, I am sorry for you r11
by Anonymous | reply 12 | June 12, 2021 7:13 PM |
R12, so young teens drink Tanqueray?
by Anonymous | reply 13 | June 12, 2021 7:15 PM |
R13 thats an ad. Who cares? A lot of shit is promoted during teen shows.
Anyone who watched season 1 and thought season 2 would be showing dicks is pathetic. What show goes from a kid friendly show, spin-off of a kid friendly movie, and goes full on bordering porn? Use your brains.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | June 12, 2021 7:42 PM |
This show is a bit cheesy, and more saccharine than a handful of carnival cotton candy, but I'll watch it just because it's gay. I sure would have liked having TV like this when I was a teen.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | June 12, 2021 7:48 PM |
Season 1 was better. 2 had its moments but it was too over the top utopia at times.
I liked that at first it felt realistic that his religious Hispanic parents struggled with his coming out. His father was uncomfortable with it but decided to go to meetings for family members of LGBT people to speak and learn and grow, run by Jack, Simon’s dad.
While he is doing that his mother is struggling more with it because it goes against their beliefs and God.
But then midway they made her do a 180. It was way too fast of a change to be realistic. It would be one thing to choose to try and be more open minded, but to be so accepting so fast after refusing to even acknowledge he is gay was ridiculous.
Also, her walking in on him having sex with Benji would have had a much bigger reaction, especially with her beliefs. It’s one thing to try and accept him being gay, but actually walking in on your son taking it up the ass? She would have freaked.
Victor and Benji now have issues, like every couple. They act like their world is ending, like many teens. But it became repetitive. The back and forth became tiring.
Felix’ story was far more entertaining and interesting than Victor’s.
And don’t get me started on him announcing he is gay in front of the entire school for everyone to be so accepting and loving, minus 3 of his basketball peers, with two very quickly having a change of heart and the whole team painting their hair pink in support of him and the 1 last homophobe being kicked off the team.
While thats Lovely, this fake utopia is not helping anyone. It’s ok to let young gays see not everyone is going to like you, not everyone is going to accept you, but that’s ok and life goes on. This idea everyone is going to be enamored by you because you’re gay and welcome you with wide arms. Homophobia is still rampant with teens.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | June 12, 2021 7:55 PM |
R16, Victor taking it up the ass? But he’s the top!
by Anonymous | reply 17 | June 12, 2021 8:00 PM |
R17 when she walks in on him having sex in his bedroom Benji is on top and Victor’s legs are in the air.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | June 12, 2021 8:06 PM |
R18, I was making fun of the poster who insists that Victor is the top and Benji is the bottom.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | June 12, 2021 8:07 PM |
I liked the final scene of the finale with Victor and Simon on the phone, and Victor is thanking him for all he’s helped him with and Simon wishes him well and the best in life. It felt like a goodbye to the Simon character.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | June 12, 2021 8:08 PM |
R19 during the episode where Victor loses his virginity we see him crawl on top of Benji and start kissing him before it fades to black, so I assumed he topped then.
Like most young people, they probably switch off.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | June 12, 2021 8:10 PM |
I’m on episode 3 and Victor continues to be my least favorite character. He’s coming off as a cunt at times. He’s all confident when someone attacks his sexuality (like the coach or his mother) but then he acts all naive when he upsets someone. Basically, he plays a dumb blond whenever he’s called out for stuff.
If Victor was more attractive he’d grow into one of those nasty queens that expects complete loyalty from friends but will treat his friends however he likes in the moment.
I like just about everyone else though!
by Anonymous | reply 22 | June 12, 2021 9:59 PM |
Victor seems very sweet but he seems to think his sexuality is his entire being and safe shield. In reality it’s the opposite.
Victor is cute and Latino and young so he would be fetishized by white gays.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | June 12, 2021 10:03 PM |
Victor has confidence in his bussy.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | June 12, 2021 10:06 PM |
Benji’s looks are overrated. Everyone goes on and on about how perfect looking he is and he’s alright.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | June 12, 2021 10:09 PM |
Felix is better looking than Benji
by Anonymous | reply 26 | June 12, 2021 10:10 PM |
Victor needs a reality check and the writers need to write better material.
His tall teammates looked good in his underwear, I’d be hard pressed not to perv on him if I were in Victor’s shoes.
Can someone remind me why people like Victor? He seems like he stutters over his words and has no personality. Like literally no personality besides being agitated. This show would be much better if they let him fuck his father.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | June 12, 2021 10:11 PM |
Cube Gooding Jr Jr is the best looking guy on this show. Wish he were the lead.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | June 12, 2021 10:12 PM |
Oh, I didn’t like what they did with the college guy Mia meets too.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | June 12, 2021 10:12 PM |
Cuba Jr isn’t on the show. His son Mason is though.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | June 12, 2021 10:13 PM |
Victor was bullied a bit in season 1. It was once he made the BBall team and started dating Mia that people liked him, because he became popular off of her and his new friendship with Andrew.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | June 12, 2021 10:15 PM |
It's completely unrealistic in a lot of ways, but I couldn't help but think how much difference a show like this would have made when a lot of us were that age. I did tear up at some point in every episode, MARY!
The part that bothered me the most, was Victor and Benji kissing and playing grabass at work. I don't care how progressive your boss is, or this alleged hamlet of acceptance outside of Atlanta, no one, straight or gay is allowed to kiss and grabass in front of customers on the job.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | June 12, 2021 10:17 PM |
We need a poll in which to vote which character we’d most want to fuck.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | June 12, 2021 10:21 PM |
R30, it’s called a joke where some call him Cuba Gooding Jr-Jr. we know his real name is Mason.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | June 12, 2021 10:30 PM |
Damn, Victor had to cock block Mia right before she got that hot frat boy’s dick. Uh, he was fine as hell.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | June 12, 2021 10:35 PM |
Victor is super annoying throughout all of season 2. He was better when he was closeted lol

by Anonymous | reply 39 | June 13, 2021 12:10 AM |
Victor’s “best friend” comes to their door in tears for a place to stay afte this mom gets admitted. Victor isn't even phased that he knew nothing about his friend’s family drama. Like damn Victor, how selfish can you be?
by Anonymous | reply 40 | June 13, 2021 12:19 AM |
R40 Victor is probably thinking about his relationship with Benji. That’s all he thinks about. And his sexuality. That’s it.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | June 13, 2021 12:28 AM |
Victor is now blaming his boyfriend for not telling him about his alcoholism, when Victor can’t even manage to tell his boyfriend that he’s not comfortable with sex. I’m glad Victor is being called out.
Who calls out the sobriety shit in front of the table. Victor is basically a gay Carrie Bradshaw. It’s all about him.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | June 13, 2021 12:34 AM |
It’s pretty embarrassing for your mom to catch you bareassed with your boyfriend’s cock literally inside you.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | June 13, 2021 12:35 AM |
R42 that bothered me. Wait until after dinner when you two are alone to ask him about his sobriety etc. not at the table, in front of his parents, making it all about you.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | June 13, 2021 12:45 AM |
Thank you r44, he consistently makes everything about himself. He is 100% a Carrie Bradshaw.
R43 yeah a parent has every right to call out anyone fucking in their home. I’d be disgusted as well seeing my child (not a parent) or family member fucking.
Now I’m at the point where Victor now wants to be up Beni’s ass, blowing up his phone. Victor is being so mean to the gay Muslim guy. No way this moody hoe would be Mr. Popular.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | June 13, 2021 1:00 AM |
A lot of assholes are popular
by Anonymous | reply 46 | June 13, 2021 1:03 AM |
Agree 100% about the mom having the right to call Him out on fucking in the house. I didn’t like Benji saying she was only upset because it was with a guy and she wouldn’t care if he were fucking a girl. No. I don’t know any parent who would be fine and dandy with their 16 year old fucking in their home.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | June 13, 2021 1:07 AM |
Of course this show introduced a love triangle. How groundbreaking. Laziest plot device I can think of.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | June 13, 2021 1:22 AM |
I should say yet another love triangle. There"s already been a few.

by Anonymous | reply 51 | June 13, 2021 1:39 AM |
I think Victor shouldn't end up with either guy. His bland ass doesn't deserve a boyfriend.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | June 13, 2021 2:20 AM |
I need to see the entire male cast naked.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | June 13, 2021 2:21 AM |
I had been posting in the other thread but I guess everyone moved over here.
The weird thing I notice about this season is Benji still doesnt feel like a real character like the rest of the main cast. I can't believe they gave him no scenes without Victor.
Obviously Victor topped their first time r19. They even have George deliver that cringey line "look at you taking the lead in our relationship" to spell out what was about to happen.
I agree r40. I thought it was weird how Victor and Felix didn't talk about what was going on with his mom and how Victor didn't know about it. Some "best friends" they are.
[Quote]The part that bothered me the most, was Victor and Benji kissing and playing grabass at work.
Yes, their behavior at work in front of customers was absurd. I couldn't imagine being at a coffeeshop and watching the employees kiss and fondle each other while I am trying to get my damn cappuccino.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | June 13, 2021 4:00 AM |
So is Anthony Keyvan gay or have they still not fixed the very embarassing lack of gay actors involved in this show?
by Anonymous | reply 55 | June 13, 2021 4:10 AM |
Maybe DL old fat farts don't realize that these days we young people do have sex though as we don't have to hide in the closet until our parents die so that we can come out.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | June 13, 2021 6:03 AM |
R54 it's not even just that every scene is with Victor. When Benji's alcoholism comes up it's still kind of about Victor and how he will react. The character isnt giving much to be outside of Victor's crush in season 1 and boyfriend in season 2.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | June 13, 2021 11:45 AM |
R57 the crazy thing is that the Benji has an interesting story to tell. With his band mates and alcoholism there is a lot to unpack. Also, I love how they made him suddenly rich. Like, why is he working at the coffee shop? Why didn’t anyone pass by Mia when she was stuck on the side of the road? Why did no one call to check on her when they got to the shop with cell service?
These writers are so focused on gay -angst that they forget to write fully fleshed out people.
All of Felix’s girlfriend (annoying rich girl or Victor’s sister) are basic and annoying.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | June 13, 2021 12:42 PM |
R56 many still do. Many parents aren’t accepting still
by Anonymous | reply 59 | June 13, 2021 12:47 PM |
R54 Benji’s only purpose is to be Victors love interest. He’s a plot device to keep creating stories for Victor and attractive body to look at, nothing more.
Do you tell your best friend every little thing? I know I don’t.
Felix didn’t tell him because he feels embarrassed and ashamed. He told no one until he told Lake when he fully trusted her, and then she fucked it up.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | June 13, 2021 12:49 PM |
Benji works at the coffee shop because it’s something to keep himself busy and occupied. A lot of former addicts keep themselves busy. He has school, work, and the band.
Also, just because his parents are rich doesn’t mean he doesn’t wanna do his own thing. He doesn’t even look like he’s close to them.
by Anonymous | reply 61 | June 13, 2021 12:53 PM |
It’s not that Felix didn’t tell him, it’s that Victor never picked up on the obvious cues. You’re friend asking for extra shifts at work, your friend wearing the same sad clothes, your friend being generally stressed (likely). Victor’s sister caught on, why didn’t Victor?
But let’s say he missed it all, there was zero expression at his friends breakdown. Next thing we see (next episode) he tries passing off his friend onto his sister so he can go worry about his relationship stuff again.
“Sorry your life is destroyed but I’m really stressed about abandoning my basketball team. Some homophobes don’t like me, everyone must like me because I’m gay and my name is Victor!”
He must be a damn good basketball player because when I played sports if you quit the team there would be no coming back.
I like seeing that bully from IT isn’t he show as the closeted boy from the prep school that rejects the Muslim kid (forgot his name). That actor is actually gay. They should have kept him around.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | June 13, 2021 12:58 PM |
R62 he never came out as gay.
Victor is too selfish to notice anyone else.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | June 13, 2021 1:00 PM |
The actor from IT, Nicholas Hamilton, was caught on a Live stream telling his friends that the guy coming over to their house is his boyfriend. I think they were live streaming for a game abs Nicolas came into the room and didn’t realize it. But he was super excited to tell his friends and it was really really cute. Sadly I can’t find that video on YouTube right now. He also has an Australian (?) accent which is super cute.
He could be bisexual and my information may be wrong but I know he’s at least dated a guy once abs was super excited (more emotion then Victor ever put into men)!
by Anonymous | reply 64 | June 13, 2021 1:10 PM |
I mostly agree about Victor being selfish and Benji having more story worth exploring. George did what he could with the character. Benji was very fragile I thought his parents were gross. Victor's selfishness toward Benji really pissed me off. I agree being caught fucking by your mother is awkward to say the least, but let's unpack it. Given that Benji, obviously in anguish, stood in Victor's doorway at Victor's invitation, and said " I was embarrassed. I didn't want you to find out, because being an alcoholic is everything I hate about my life and you are everything I love about my life" And Victor grabs him and they start kissing, and Victor says, "Lets go to my room." after he already told Benji Mom wasn't home, I mean the situation was already really intense. When Isabel stats yelling at Victor, Benji is finally tired of her shit. She was pissed about the Gay sex. She even said so to Victor. What got me was when Isabel ordered Benji out of her house, Victor, instead of going out with his boyfriend, if only to say goodnight and calm him down, instead he stood there with his mother, and said, "just go." Victor is a shitty boyfriend.
by Anonymous | reply 65 | June 13, 2021 1:47 PM |
I think the producers did something to mess with George Sear's appearance. His hair, his face, hollowing out his cheeks with make up to create shadows to make it look gaunt in some scenes, even his eyes. Deliberate attempt to make him less attractive. Sorry. I can't stand Rahim.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | June 13, 2021 1:56 PM |
I wonder if they are going to get rid of Benji next season. They really did a disservice to that character. Setting up Rahim and doing so much drama with the couple. Though I read that the showrunner wants season 3 to be about this love triangle so there will be even more messy gay drama back and forth.
by Anonymous | reply 67 | June 13, 2021 2:05 PM |
Benji is popular with fans. They'd be hurting themselves to get rid of him.
by Anonymous | reply 68 | June 13, 2021 2:10 PM |
R68 Exactly. A small look on tumblr and Benji and Victor gifs get far more notes (likes and reblogs) than Victor with Rahim.
by Anonymous | reply 69 | June 13, 2021 2:15 PM |
Hey, just go over to Instagram or Reddit and you'll see the level of support for Benji is off the charts, and there's actual hostility because fans feel like Rahim is forced. I bet the showrunners are going to start actively campaigning to build Rahim's image. I don't think it'll work though because at least 65% of the fans do not like him getting with Victor.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | June 13, 2021 2:26 PM |
Another show issue. How did they keep this relationship a secrete after openly making out in the coffee shop all summer, a known hangout for classmates. No one saw those two? The show runners must be from the 80s because anyone in a relationship would have made it official via an Instagram post either he two of them together. There would be no awkward speech in the hallway.
by Anonymous | reply 71 | June 13, 2021 2:44 PM |
That speech in the school was so awkward. There were teachers just standing there smiling and watching. Am I an asshole if I would have as a teacher yelled at him to get down?
by Anonymous | reply 72 | June 13, 2021 2:48 PM |
Of course there aren’t Rahim gifs… he just fucking joined the show midway through season 2 and it premiered 2 days ago. Benji and Victor have been in public conscience for over a year.
Benji is there as a tool for stories and plot devices. He isn’t a 3D character, at least yet. We may see more of him next season. And it’s stupid to wonder if he will not be on next season when it’s clear a triangle is being written. He will be. Whether he will be on after is the question.
No one did anything to make him less attractive. They didn’t use makeup to make him more attractive probably.
by Anonymous | reply 73 | June 13, 2021 2:59 PM |
I thought it was bullshit. On the first day of school, Victor insists he is ready! Two seconds late he backs away and says nothing to those jocks. I felt bad for Benji...who forgave him and made excuses. He even developed this signal to let Victor know. Then the assholes from the basketball team started gossiping about Mia and everything got messy. I will note Mia could have outed him when they were bullying her, but she stayed silent and walked away. So Victor had to grandstand.
by Anonymous | reply 74 | June 13, 2021 2:59 PM |
R71 Victor wasn’t out yet. He decided in that moment to come out to everyone so he can openly hold Benji’s hand.
It’s super fictional how everyone is just so enamored by the gay kids. In real life most would ignore them and someone would have beat Victor up in the locker room.
by Anonymous | reply 75 | June 13, 2021 3:00 PM |
R74 the show literally shows and tells us why he backed out…..
by Anonymous | reply 76 | June 13, 2021 3:01 PM |
He told Benji he backed away because his mother convinced him it was dangerous or something, that "kids can be cruel."
by Anonymous | reply 77 | June 13, 2021 3:02 PM |
R77 yes, which we see her tell him before he leaves for school…
by Anonymous | reply 78 | June 13, 2021 3:03 PM |
Benji says he and Victor are a couple of 16 year olds in the finale. Uh, are they trying to retcon it to him and Victor being the same grade?
Benji makes no sense if he isn't at least a year older than Victor. This a character that when we met him already got a DUI a year ago and had a long term boyfriend.
by Anonymous | reply 79 | June 13, 2021 3:06 PM |
[quote]Maybe DL old fat farts don't realize that these days we young people do have sex though as we don't have to hide in the closet until our parents die so that we can come out.
R56 You should be thanking old farts for these advances that you enjoy and take all the credit for.
by Anonymous | reply 80 | June 13, 2021 3:08 PM |
R79 they can make it work. We see Victor turn 16 in season 1. Season 2 takes place 10 months later, not a year. Within that time Benji may have turned 16, although the character works better as older
by Anonymous | reply 81 | June 13, 2021 3:08 PM |
Yes Victor was a sophomore in Season 1 r81. If they want us to buy that Benji was also a sophomore when we meet him in Season 1 I call bullshit. So he got a DUI while he was a freshman....? I mean the way they have written the character he has to be older.
by Anonymous | reply 82 | June 13, 2021 3:11 PM |
[quote]It’s super fictional how everyone is just so enamored by the gay kids. In real life most would ignore them and someone would have beat Victor up in the locker room.
This seems to be a hallmark of anything written or inspired by Vicki Albertalli. It's so unrealistic.
by Anonymous | reply 83 | June 13, 2021 3:12 PM |
R80 correct. And gay teens are having sex but I doubt they are in their parents home, unless mom and dad aren’t home. I doubt mom and dad would be ok with their 16 year old son taking it up the ass in the next room.

I've just accepted this show as the wish fulfillment gay teen fantasy that it is.
by Anonymous | reply 85 | June 13, 2021 3:13 PM |
Benji had a birthday on the show. So he's 17. Remember?
by Anonymous | reply 86 | June 13, 2021 3:15 PM |
He says "a couple of 16 year olds" r86, but my point is he should be turning 18. As he should be a senior.
I am just wondering if they are trying to fudge the math to keep him as a high schooler in future seasons.
by Anonymous | reply 87 | June 13, 2021 3:17 PM |
I would rather them not keep him a HSer as he works better off campus. He looks out of place in the school scenes.
by Anonymous | reply 88 | June 13, 2021 3:18 PM |
Of course DL would think they used makeup to make homeboy less attractive instead of realizing this is what he looks like without all the makeup to make him more attractive 😂
by Anonymous | reply 89 | June 13, 2021 3:19 PM |
This was shot during Covid. Same thing happened to Justin Hartley on This Is Us. Watch the season premiere of this last season. He has no makeup on. He looks much older than he usually does with dark bags under his eyes.
by Anonymous | reply 90 | June 13, 2021 3:21 PM |
I know what he said but he is 17. I think he was just talking when he was with Isabel, and they did start seeing one another when they were 16. Maybe Isabel the Shrew made him nervous.
hey I don't fault her for being pissed off, but she did make a point of saying to Victor it was the Gay sex that she found disgusting. That triggered Benji and they had it out. But my objection was after Isabel angrily ordered Benji out of he house, Victor stood beside he and said, "Just go." I felt like Victor should have walked out with Benji to ty to calm him and say good night. Instead he was all worried about how upset his mother was. Yes I'd be worried about her too, but hey, that was his boyfriend. The guy he loves. And he couldn't walk him out and try to at least calm him? He could have taken him out in the hall, gave him a hug, and said, "Hey man, let me deal with her right now and I'll call you late. I'm so sorry I put you in this position."

Why couldn't actors wear makeup during Covid?

R91 it's a teen drama. Characters aren't that thoughtful.

[Quote]I know what he said but he is 17
So Benji was a sophomore when he was celebrating his one year anniversary with his college boyfriend?
C'mon, the writers are retconing his age.
by Anonymous | reply 94 | June 13, 2021 3:34 PM |
No there are definite differences in his looks. When Benji is dancing at the basketball game he looks good. Some of his scenes at the cafe are good. (They lightened his hair too or maybe it's the way the light hits it.) But when he was standing outside the restaurant on his birthday, and then at Victor's door that same night he looked haggard, and you could see the shadows where they did put make up on to contour and contrast so his face looked leaner.
Look. I was a photographer's helper one summer years ago, and there are tricks they use on faces and lighting, etc. and you know that's true. He also looked haggard in the scene where Victor goes over to his house and finds him talking to his AA Sponsor. Scenes of him at school look good. But they also altered his hair and plastered it down in those scenes where he looks haggard. The scene where he was singing with his band he looked good.
I think in general, during COVID, they couldn't use as many make up people and I think the continuity was also off because Victor's hair length and style varied from one scene to the next even in the same time fame.

I'm not even against a love triangle in season 3. I'm just against any love triangle that involves Rahim. Can't stand that effeminate stereorype. It's ridiculous that the writers thought it was a good idea. There is no way in hell a guy like Victor would go for a femme like him.
by Anonymous | reply 96 | June 13, 2021 3:50 PM |
Nicholas Hamilton is openly gay r64, but he was brought in for one scene. That hardly counts.
The lack of gay actors as part of this cast is pretty glaring.
by Anonymous | reply 97 | June 13, 2021 4:08 PM |
They want gay characters to act straight so they hire straight actors. It's kind of sad.
by Anonymous | reply 98 | June 13, 2021 4:35 PM |
R97 Lukas Gage is gay and he was in one episode this season.

Rahim was introduced to be a more flamboyant gay character r98, but from looking at interviews his actor is still supposedly straight.

The last gay themed series I watched was "It's A Sin" where they went out of their way to find and cast gay talent. Then you watch this one where they seem to have a No Gays Allowed policy. If you were gay would even feel you can be yourself on the set of this "gay show"

R91 those two aren’t in love and I hate how teenagers just throw that word around. They are infatuated with each other and in lust. The way Victor acts is proof positive that his selfish ass isn’t in love with anyone but himself.
Also, I hope the kid brother grows into his face, it’s very, um, descriptive.
by Anonymous | reply 103 | June 13, 2021 4:54 PM |
R103 again. I’m 30 but remember seeing straight classmates talk about how in live they were with each other in middle or high school. Then they breakup and fall in love with someone else a month later. That bull shot is why we he divorce rate is over 50%.
If victor loved Beni he would have at least walked him out on their sex night. Instead, victor made every part of Benji’s birthday a disaster.
by Anonymous | reply 104 | June 13, 2021 5:01 PM |
R103 I don't disagree with you, but they believe they are in love...and they said the words to one another. So that's what I'm operating off of. Obviously it is not deep adult love. Although it could grow into that on rare occasions.
My brother married his high school sweetheart 43 yeas ago.
by Anonymous | reply 105 | June 13, 2021 5:07 PM |
They aren’t in love. They’re young. Young people always think they’re “in love” and can’t tell they’re in lust and infatuated.
R95 you were nothing of the sort. He had no makeup on in those scenes. Those scenes where he looked better he did. It also was the lighting.
Also, his hair is always the same color. It looks lighter in certain lighting.
For someone who worked with a photographer, you should know this.

You know, Victor is sexy in Season 2. he is hot. and the hook up scenes were hot. But Michael Cimino? Not so much. Saw some of his interviews and he is sweet and very annoying, limited vocabulary, etc. George is fun. Cool sense of humor. And I think he might have been totally stoned in a few interviews.

Michael went shopping at the store my sister manages in Brooklyn. She said he’s so cute and sweet. She didn’t watch the show but she recognized him from promos. She asked and said he was so cute, and even signed up for a loyalty card or whatever lol.

by Anonymous | reply 118 | June 14, 2021 12:18 AM |
What r118 said. His entire being seems to be his coming to terms with being gay and Benji. Now it will be Rahim too. No. I want him to still focus on school and see him actually having fun with his friends. Not just focused on his boyfriend

OK. I'm just watching the episode (2nd time) where Rahim visits the Salazar home for the first time. And Isabel comes home meets Rahim, and invites him to stay for dinner and calls him honey. At dinner she gives her speech that his parents love him and when he comes out even if they don't accept him at first they will and always remember how much they love you" And they sing show tunes together. She calls him honey and he thinks she's charming. Though out h speech, Victor and Pilar sit thee looking disgusted at he phoniness. But they say nothing. Late Victor is on the phone with Benji and talks about how charming she was and how he thinks she's really trying to change and how nice she was to Rahim. Benji is not impressed and says, well she's never been that nice to me or to you. So I'm glad she was decent to Rahim." Now I went though something similar. My mother was the dragon lady and she was manipulative and he divide and conquer control methods were similar to the tactics Isabel employed. "See Victor, I'm not a homophobe. I just don't like Benji.(The hot guy you're having sex with) My reaction to this episode was visceral. And how the fuck could Victor sit thru this dinner and not feel sick to his stomach or want to insist Benji join them? It was bizarre. But then I remembered. This is the Victor who actively considered showering separately from his team just to keep the peace. He is an appeaser. Poor Benji! You thoughts?

Well R124, Victor, with Benji's help, took a stand. He quit the team. They begged him to come back and he refused...until they got rid of the asshole and decided to be supportive and treat him right. They caved in.
R123, I have searched photos high and low for crotch shots and in both the case of Michael/Victor and George/Benji there is not a single clue or a bulge or anything to let us even speculate. it's frustrating. Anyone who thinks they have a better eye is welcome to bring their expertise to the effort to answer 123's question.

His mother came around too easily to his being gay. In real life she would have been cold. Or at least taken more time.
by Anonymous | reply 126 | June 14, 2021 1:22 AM |
I dont think she was inherently homophobic. She seemed ok with Benji and his ex in season 1. It didnt seem a big stretch that she came around. She often said it was stuff she was taught growing up that she was trying to let go of. I just dont think she imagined her son being and had a different vision of his life.

Btw I think he tries to date Rahim for a bit but ends up back with Benji by the end of season 3. That conversation between Benji and Isabel seems to foreshadow them working out their problems with her saying basically that you work at it for the person you love.

They haven’t even written season 3 yet, let alone filmed it r136 lol.
Who knows what they do?
by Anonymous | reply 137 | June 14, 2021 1:37 AM |
OK. Episode 7. This is where Isabel busts them in bed fucking. Now. Felix is staying with Victor because his mother is in the psych ward. In this episode he breaks up with Lake and then goes to his own apartment to be alone. Now. With that apartment empty most of the time, why didn't Victor and Benji just meet there instead of up stairs in Isabel's apartment. No one would interrupt them and they could fuck their brains out. It seems like a huge plot hole to me.
by Anonymous | reply 138 | June 14, 2021 1:46 AM |
That's not a plothole r138. Why would Victor have a key to Felix's house? I mean it was a spur of the moment decision to go have sex, of course he would just bring Benji to his bed.
Now the plothole is Victor would have been clean for Benji to fuck him....
by Anonymous | reply 139 | June 14, 2021 1:51 AM |
How is that a plot hole? Victor doesn’t have free access to Felix’s place. He doesn’t have a key. And what is he gonna say to Felix, can I use your apartment to fuck?
Felix was dealing with his own shit. I’m sure he didn’t wanna hear about that.
by Anonymous | reply 140 | June 14, 2021 1:56 AM |
Well Felix, and Victor and...Pilar are running up and down to each other's apartments all the time. If Victor said Hey Benji and I have some issues to work out can we use you place Felix would have let them. Because Felix even told Victor how awful Isabel was to Benji and he would understand if Victor didn't want to bring him there.
by Anonymous | reply 141 | June 14, 2021 2:06 AM |
FELIX WAS THERE HIMSELF. AND IT WAS NOT PLANNED. IT WAS SPUR OF THE MOMENT 🙄
by Anonymous | reply 142 | June 14, 2021 2:08 AM |
OK. I just finished the episode where Victor goes to Benji's house and meets his sponsor and he and Benji are in the process of really talking, reconciling, holding hands, and suddenly while Victor is showing him this beautiful photo of the two of them, Rahim texts Victor asking if Benji is OK and is there anything he can do to help. And Victor admits he told Rahim about the drinking and Benji falls apart. he tells Victor he can't trust him. and he thinks they better take a break. (George really does a beautiful job with this scene.
Victor looks like he has been punched in the stomach. He feels crushed. Victor loves Benji. And Victor knows he really messed up. I mean how stupid was Victor to say yeah, I told Rahim but you can trust him he won't tell ? Benji shot back, Yeah But I can't trust you. Now Trust is a big issue with Benji as we saw when he dated Derek. I'm not watching anymore. Because there's a scene with Isabel and Benji I don't mind missing, and I really don't want to see Rahim and Victor skipping school or going to the wedding and Benji seeing them dance and Rahim kissing Victor.
by Anonymous | reply 143 | June 14, 2021 2:39 AM |
I did watch long enough to see Rahim mess with Victor's emotions. They were in the dark room where Rahim hears Victor calling Beni leaving messages. So he asks Victor what's wrong and Victor tells him the had a pretty bad fight, and says Benji is upset because Victor won't stand up to his mother more. And Rahim immediately casts it as white people do not understand us, etc. We love our parents, etc. and they are terrible and homophobic but they're our parents... and Victor who is reaching for a lifeline because he is going though shit, really responds to this idea as a logical explanation for why he and Benji fight. This is the real beginning of Rahim going in for the kill to try to beak Benji and Victor up. He sees they are having problems and he is THERE TO HELP.

R143 George gives soap opera acting in that scene.
by Anonymous | reply 145 | June 14, 2021 2:49 AM |
Look, R145, Neither one will ever win an Oscar...or even a Golden Globe. And soap operas are pretty popular...and Love Victor is at least a little bit soap opera-ish I'm just saying. I thought there was restraint in George's reaction to leaning Victor told Rahim about the drinking. You saw the hurt and the anger and he delivered the dialogue perfectly. He was very believable. And I felt Victor's reaction, that gut punch, almost a sick feeling. I also thought George did a really amazing job in the scene outside the restaurant at his birthday dinner. He was a mess and he was very much the recovering alcoholic in the way he reacted, the pacing, etc. I think the directors are petty damned good and they get the most out of all the cast members. Some, like Ana Ortiz are seasoned and brilliant. But George and Michael made it work. They're very believable. And there's that scene. In Victor's bedroom when Benji is kneeling over Victor, and Victor sits up and looks up at him as they're undressing one another and the look on his face is pure bliss. There was so much love in the look I got verklempt.
by Anonymous | reply 146 | June 14, 2021 3:49 PM |
Anthony Turpel breaking down into Ana Ortiz's arms when he comes to stay with them was some quality acting, he does have talent.
Unfortunately Michael Cimino remains the weakest of the cast and he is the lead, oh well.

I'm having a hard time buying Victor's mom as this hardcore Catholic. She was having an affair, for cripe's sake!
by Anonymous | reply 169 | June 15, 2021 5:12 PM |
I thought Lake was done wrong. Let's go back. Consider Lake's background. Her mother is nuts. But in a recognizable way. Garden variety Narcissism. Domineering, over bearing, whatever. And it's just her and Lake. That is her frame of reference. She has neve met Felix's mother, but she knows about her from Felix. She adores Felix. When he told he about his financial troubles, she stayed with him to help him with his side hustle instead of running to meet her BFF Mia. She's a "We" not a "me." What eve is wrong she wants to help fix it. That's he basic personality.
Felix's mother, that whole thing with the dishes and how agitated she got, was scary. It looked as if she had the potential to become violent. Not necessarily towards anyone but she could injure someone in her state. Felix thinks he can handle it. Lake told him, rightly, that this was a lot for him and he needed to get help. I guess for years
Felix has been living in fear his mother would be taken from him, institutionalized, and he would be fostered out. So he has been putting out fires and coping. Lake was really shook up by the experience. (Bebe is so good!)
When her mother notices how pale and concerned she is, she pressures Lake into telling her what's wrong. Her mother stops by to say hello with some pears, but Felix knows Lake told her mother and he is really really upset. He is scared. This was the tuning point, IMOO. Because Lake's mother was genuinely concerned about her own daughter's safety, and also for Felix.
All she says to Felix is that if he needs anything she wants to help. But then Felix's mother goes around the bend when Felix mentions getting a new shrink. She goes to Georgina 's office at the TV station and screams and gets all agitated and they had to call security.
Now Felix is laying all of that on Lake. But honestly if there is blame he has to own some. he had even admitted earlier to Pilar and eventually to Lake, that his mother's condition was much worse, yet he thought he was handling it. So the intervention was a godsend. And when his Mother came home from the hospital, she even told him, Lake saved he life.
But Felix dumps he and he even tells he she makes him feel sad. IMO I think his dick was twitching for Pilar already. I felt bad for him when he showed up crying with his social worker at Isabel's door, but I think he was embarrassed and he directed all his bad feels on to Lake. I wanted to hug her when he dumped her. She was devastated.
by Anonymous | reply 170 | June 15, 2021 6:07 PM |
I must be the only one annoyed by Lake. In the Felix-Lake relationship, she turns everything around and makes it all about her, i.e. her feelings, her insecurities. Nevermind that she's the spoiled little rich girl, and Felix is the one who was bullied at school, living in near-poverty levels with a psycho mom. I'm glad he [apparently] dumps her ass.
by Anonymous | reply 171 | June 15, 2021 6:25 PM |
I just think the character of Lake is generally annoying. Not even having Merry Cherry as her mother (any Popular fans!) makes up for the time spent on Lake. None of her interactions feel like normal human emotions. She's a cartoon character that they are trying to make into a Summer Roberts (The O.C.) when she basically acting like a Nickelodeon series sidekick. She's annoying.
Outside of Felix's tragic haircut, he is much better looking then Benji. Lake was blind when she called Benji the hottest guy in school. Even Mason Gooding is better looking.

I think back on Season 2, and Victor was not thoughtful. I think for him, it was all about sex with Benji. Over the time they were together even though Victor was scared that first time, he was really into exploring Gay sex. He seemed like Sex in general was really new to him at 16 . So that might explain the fact that he was not thoughtful or even conscious of other people or what they were going though or how they were feeling or reacting.
Benji was into feelings. He was protective of Victor and he was thoughtful, and Victor had his head up his own ass. As I look back on the Season, I can think of only a few bright spots. I thought this season was really fraught. So much shit going on. I thought Isabel was a conniving, manipulating witch. I thought Victor was a bad boyfriend, and since Benji was generally regarded as a prime catch, he was flattered by the idea of Benji liking him and being his boyfriend. Here he was going from dating one of the coolest girls at school to the hottest guy. He was full of himself.
There were two incidents that really upset me: first how the fuck could he sit there watching that phony-assed performance by his mother with Rahim, and not be offended. My boyfriend is not welcome in my house, but this guy is singing show tunes and getting advice about his parents. Instead he is on the phone with his boyfriend telling him how great things were going. "Mom's changing." What absolute shit. And the other thing was how he reacted to the whole alcoholism thing. That was a huge deal breaker to me. Online I read comment about how "mean" Benji was, but as a Gay guy, I didn't think he was mean at all. I thought Victor was shit.
by Anonymous | reply 175 | June 16, 2021 12:22 PM |
Victor is 16-17. He likes/wants to have fun. Rahim is fun. Benji is sex and angst. He ought to have them both. As much as Rahim disses "white people" you know he'd love to get a piece of Benji.
by Anonymous | reply 176 | June 16, 2021 12:31 PM |
R176 fucking a white person isn’t having to be with one.

by Anonymous | reply 177 | June 16, 2021 2:20 PM |
r176 Benji was actually the fun one. Angst only occurred when Victor got into his moods about whatever topic of the day occurred. Everything was a grand offense to Victor, bringing down their relationship. I mean Benji is the one that brings all of Victor's friends, never see Benji's friends outside of the band, to his mansion of a lodge.
Benji had money, liked sex, was supportive, attractive, down to Earth (for a rich kid), hard working, and low drama. Victor was the complete opposite. His only bright spot was his athletic abilities (which I have a hard time believing). Victor also lives in some fantasy world without internet, where 90% of his questions about this season could have been answered.

Haha, r179 you are so right! He’s also a momma’s boy, spends little to no time with his father, loves an impromptu dinner party, fussed over clothing etiquette, very judgmental, doesn’t respect black women (treated Mia dirty), thinks he’s masculine, refuses to use Google, and maintains old fashion views.

I don’t think his treatment of Mia is because she’s black.

I neve got why Victor and his friends and his boyfriend never spent time at Armando's.

Doesn't Armando have a small one bedroom apartment? That was the impression I got anyway.
by Anonymous | reply 183 | June 17, 2021 1:45 PM |
He probably does. But when Armando is "out for the evening" Victor could go over there to "watch TV " with his boyfriend... Also, I think it would have made sense for Victor and Felix Lake Benji, and the gang to just hang out there laying board games watching movies, etc. My point is, Victor could have temporarily moved his social life to Armando's because given Isabel's personality, it would have upset her not to be "headquarters" and Victor could have used that as leverage.

I read somewhere Michael is 6 feet and George is 5'8"
Now I've watched the whole thing twice., I see the lazy writers just retooling plot points from Season 1. Victor is selfish. In S1, Victor dated Mia, the classiest girl in school, thinking if he could make it with any girl it would be Mia. Meanwhile he fell for Benji... the hottest guy in school (Gay or straight) the minute he set eyes on him, started working with him at the restaurant. He lies to get the chance to spend the night with Benji, and he stands Mia up. Benji (I think he was crushing on Victor) is so upset that Victor made a pass at him while he was in a relationship, that he transfers jobs, and tells Victor they need to stay out of one another's way. Victor asks Benji if he told Derek his boyfriend, and Benji says, "No. It would just upset him." But I also think Benji didn't want to out Victor.
Victor writes a note to Benji asking his forgiveness ...but he also keeps postponing telling his girlfriend he's Gay, because it's never the "ight time."...until she finds them making out the night of the big Spring dance, and that's how she discovers Victor is Gay...and cheating on her.
Season 2. Rahim is Victor to Victor's Benji. Benji is Derek. Am I saying they will break up? Well Victor is selfish. He is feeling full of himself because he came out and things are slowly working out for him. After all the stress of dealing with his mother's hostility to him and Benji, (she loves Rahim,) and the basketball team's bullshit, and his angst with Benji, Rahim says, the hell with it let's just skip school. They have a great, fun day with Victor taking charge of Rahim,.
Victor enjoys mentoring Rahim. He was feeling self conscious, both seeking out and hating the fact Benji was more experienced. It's obvious Rahim is flirting with Victor and Victor enjoys it. Being looked up to and adored? WTF! When Benji sees they together at the wedding, Victor chases after him, saying" it's not what it looks like!" Almost identical to how Benji and Derek's argument went when Derek found out about the motel kiss. But Rahim tells Victor, " yes it is. I feel a connection, and you know you feel something too. So get your shit together and I'll be at home...." IMO, Victor who is extremely self centered, flattered by Rahim's attention.
He let things to go too far, and he has to run over to Rahim's to tell him, " I let things go to far with you. I like you, you're fun, but I'm in love with Benji and I have to fix it. All I can be is a friend." Now. Whether Benji even wants his selfish ass back or is too wounded to deal with it, we don't know. But that's how I think it should go down. Or maybe...Victor goes to Rahim and says, " let's fuck right here in your Devout Muslim parents' house. You're right we do have a connection, and I will deal with Benji tomorrow. "
Important plot point: At school Benji and Victor are the golden couple. They have status. Rahim has no such thing. Not even close. Status is important to Victor. Benji is also a wildly popular character on the show, and they have invested in the Victor- Benji thing for two years. The showrunners are getting tons of blowback for trying to make Rahim happen. A lot. So they have the option of Benji rejecting Victor and finding a new love, but that would really fuck things up because the show is Love, Victor, not Love, Benji and fans are really into them as a couple and really into Benji. It will be interesting, IMO to see where this goes.
Oh, one more prediction: Twice in Season 2, Mia and Lake have discussions about what a terrible driver Lake is. IMO this is a foreshadowing. I think Lake is going to get in a terrible car accident. The showrunners may even kill her off. Also, I love Pilar, but I do not think Pilar and Felix will go far. It is going to really strain Victor's friendship with him. Mia's storyline will be about her relationship with her mother. I hope Veronica leaves Harold. He's another lying selfish POS.

In Season 1 Victor chases after Mia trying to explain. In Season 2 Victor chases Benji to explain. Victor is tiresome. He is emotionally immature and he is not ready for a relationship. I repeat. If they want to really turn it up a notch, in Season 3, they will have Benji get involved with a teacher. Now. the teacher has to be hot and young. Who do we want to cast?

I was a handsome jock like Victor but was a closet case 2 years in college, two timing my girlfriends and girl friends-with-benefits. When you are young and pretty you get over things quickly because everyone is super horny and in the candy shop of love and sex. I'm kind of touched if Victor is a realistic portrayal of HS sex because it means things haven't changed so much, it just all happens in HS not college. I will say it's not so true to life that they cast better looking guys for the gay characters than for the straight ones.

Actually I thought this season was rather dark. Looking at the straights for a moment: While the storyline of Felix was done well, it was pretty damned heavy, and I have to say, for a teen show the acting was petty amazing. Bebe Woods did a stellar job and so did Anthony Turpel. Betsy Brandt, as Felix's mother was really effective with her bipolar tantrums. And that scene where she went nuts about the dishes was scary. Bebe did scary well in that scene even managing to go pale. He face is so expressive. And then Felix collapsing in Isabel's arms when he shows up with the social worker.
The there was Mia. You know the actor who plays her father has always played sinister characters so I found it curious that he was going to be a university president/single father. I thought the scene where Mia asks him to chose he and not move them to California was really well done...and he seemed so slimy when he called them late and took the job after he told her he wouldn't. So I guess if there is a Season 3 we'll have to meet Mia's mother. Some people complain about Mia's storyline but I like he. I especially loved her drunk talk with Victor when they finally talk and make up.

by Anonymous | reply 232 | June 24, 2021 1:59 PM |
Poor Mia -- they really turned her character into a sad sack, didn't they? I also can't decide if she's an older actress who looks younger or a teenage actress who looks prematurely elderly.
by Anonymous | reply 233 | June 25, 2021 12:45 AM |
I wouldn't call her a sad sack I just thought her storyline was ...fraught. And her father put his ambition above everything. No wonder his wife left him. This does not bode well for Veronica and the new baby because she won't get much support. Guys like that do not change. But I do have a personal note and a lot of you will know this. The outgoing President of a university does not name his own successor. If the guy is moving on or retiring or whatever, he lets the board of regents know and they set up a search committee and conduct interviews or solicit interested parties. They will usually hire a recruiter to come up with a list of candidates and they will investigate and interview and interview and interview SO MUCH, it c an take months and months to find someone. So that sounded like B.S. The writers could have at least suggested he had gone though the search committee and the outgoing President knew him and had endorsed him. But it just seemed so transparently dumb I had to comment on it.

Season 3 will probably start where 2 ended. Victor ringing the doorbell. Now. Please remember. This is Episode 1 of Season 3. So no matter who opens that door...they still have to get through 9 episodes of drama. That means IMO whoever opens the door doesn't matter. We are going to see more angst, more misunderstandings, then people discover things and that period of discovery and aha moments leads to wisdom and hopefully more Gay sex . Personally I think 3 is going to be a bore.

I don't hate Victor, but if he and Benji reunite I want him to be able to grow into the relationship.
The main problem I see for Benji is his impatience for everyone to readily accept about him what he's accepted about himself, which even he did only after a lot of struggle and trauma. (not that people shouldn't accept him fully).
Maybe they're not really well-matched but I don't want to give up on them yet, and I don't want them to give up on each other.
That said, it was really seriously wrong for Victor to have told Rahim about Benji's drinking.

Victor likes relationships. He was dating Mia for a few months (while he was crushing on Benji.) And I think in high school it is a status thing. I didn't go to a coed high school, but having a girlfriend was a thing. All the jocks and the cool guys had someone.
There were always kids who fucked around but they had a "reputation." The thing is, Victor spotted Benji walking though the door on his first day at school. He had no idea Benji was Gay. He was just hypnotized. Then they worked together so they saw a lot of one another. Hell, he probably spent more time with Benji than he did with Mia. So by the time they admit they are crushing on one another it has been building up for months.

As I think about it, since I binged the first season just before watching this one, I'm remembering a scene in Season 1. Victor is at a Gay bar in NYC, and some guy flirts with him, and he doesn't get it. Bram has to school him, and it' a light-heated moment, then Bram pauses and observes: "You're going to break a lot of hearts Victor..." and that what I think is at the heart of this character. I have know guys like him. He is gorgeous. Sweet, funny, charming. Yeah, he likes the security of a relationship, but he is also insecure and always looking. It doesn't take much to distract him. He is definitely a heat breaker. He is someone you play with, but not someone you fall hard for because it'll ruin you.
In season 1 it ends with him running after Mia so he can "explain" about getting caught with Benji. We all cut him some slack, because he was just coming out and this was new, etc. And we knew he was into Benji from his first day of school. Then the two of them worked together. So we were in his corner. But now, he is seen dancing with Rahim, Benji leaves, Rahim kisses him, and Victor runs after Benji to ty to stop him from leaving...unsuccessfully. I'm thinking who eve he runs to it doesn't matter. Because that will be the first episode and there are 9 more and it'll all be bullshit.

OK. I want to speculate for a minute about Season 3. What are the options: They can write so that Victor and Benji temporarily break up then get back together. That is very predictable. Trite. They can write it so that Benji rejects Victor and goes back to Derek, and Victor ends up with Rahim and they spend 5 episodes in a Gay bar singing Kareoke. They can write it so that Victor decides to stay single and he goes on Grindr. A lot. So basically Season 3 turns into 10 episodes of soft porn.

Just binged S1 and S2. Very good acting and believable characters! I predict Victor chooses Rahim, but Rahim cheats then Victor reconciles with Benji. Also, Simon did not look happy while on the phone with Victor in their final scene...I wonder what's up with Simon?
by Anonymous | reply 259 | July 4, 2021 6:54 AM |
R259, I have been thinking that maybe: #1. Victor choses Rahim at first... but then discovers treachery. Like Pilar and Rahim plotting to break Benji and Victor up. Or even that Isabel deliberately pitted Benji and Rahim against one another. I can see all kinds of messes bought on by meddling or people not respecting boundaries.
Scenario #2. Let's say, Victor was ringing Benji's doorbell. Benji's father opens the door and tells Victor he's not home. Victor thinks about it. Maybe Benji went over to the cafe' where they work? So he goes over there and Bingo! Benji is there, sitting at a table talking with Derek! (What he doesn't see is Derek's new boyfriend who stepped away to use the restroom.) Victor immediately decides Benji is cheating and goes back to find Rahim, even though he would rather be with Benji. This is like a comedy of errors.

Interesting scenarios R260. Any theories about sad Simon at the end?
by Anonymous | reply 261 | July 4, 2021 9:50 PM |
R260 That would be complete character assassination for both Pilar and Rahim.
by Anonymous | reply 262 | July 4, 2021 10:17 PM |
R262 not really. I don't think Pilar appreciates what she is doing because she is too young. For example, in Season 1 she finds Victor's note to Benji, concludes Victor is cheating on Mia and starts her own investigation to find out who "B" is. Remember all the turbulence that caused? And in Season 2, Rahim was instigating her to get with Felix, even before Felix and Lake broke up. So both of them ae shit sties. IMO Rahim isn't trust worthy....and I like the guy! Once he realized Victor was vulnerable and he and Benji fought, He went after Victor. I could even be accidental that Pilar mentions how her mother is worried about Victor or even Isabel worrying about Victor and Rahim jumps in.

Rumor has it that they will be announcing Season 3 shortly. It's definite. It's not a suprise, as most people were assuming they'd greenlight #3. But it's still nice to know.

I can't believe there is actually a debate going on about whethe o not they wee having sex when Isabel interrupted them. It was Benji's birthday, they were also having make up sex, they were naked, and the way Victor's legs were splayed open, knees bent I thought it was pretty convincing. If this was not fucking Benji's face should have been buied in Victor's crotch or, when Victor sat up to pull Benji's pants off, he should have buried his face in Benji's bush, as a very happy bithday pesent.
by Anonymous | reply 277 | July 12, 2021 11:35 AM |
R277 who is debating it? Obviously, Victor was bottoming for Benji when mom walked in (and previously, Benji bottomed their first time). Why don't these sexy people ever have locks on their doors lol?
by Anonymous | reply 278 | July 12, 2021 9:41 PM |
R278, one of the Gays who does recaps on You Tube was undecided whether they were having full on sex. I mean. How can anyone possibly question it! Victor's legs splayed, knees bent, and that moment when Benji put it in, there was a soft grunt and a look of pure bliss on his face; and Benji was rocking it, Clearly he loves bottoming. There were also some comments on You Tube various videos and on Reddit. Not many, maybe a dozen.
I also saw comments about hoping we wouldn't have to see more of "that sort of thing. " I am absolutely blown away by the audience for this shit. Who watches something like this and gets pissed at the Gay teenage, and defends the homophobic mothe? And who the fuck would object to Gay sex? Is this fucking High school Musical?
There are people who defend Isabel zealously, and condemn Benji for breathing. It seems like Benji committed two sins: He spoke up for himself in the face of Isabel's homophobic screaming, and he fucked her son in his bed. Topped him. Shoved his dick up his ass. And as it has been said up thread, Victor loved that dick.

Well. As I continue my adventure through Instagram, I saw photos on Mason Gooding's IG account of him frolicking with other cast members from a movie he just wrapped. He was in some yellow swimming trunks (not a speedo) and you could clearly see the outline of his penis. It was substantial. To my great dismay, I have been attempting to discover what treasures George & Michael have, but alas. Nada. I Did see a bulge in one shot of George in jeans that seemed promising, but both of them have been scrupulously careful of maintaining the mystery. So has Anthony Turpel (Felix) And Anthony Keyvan (Rahim.) So many photos to pour over to so little result.

R291 I have no idea. I like the character of Felix up to a point, but he really can be annoying and I don't find him sexual at all. He isn't in the same league as Michael, George, and Mason. Of that trio, Mason takes the grand prize. I would happily pay for a glimpse of his ass.

Michael Cimino is lining up projects, Mason Gooding is working, so is Bebe Wood. But George Sear, Anthony Turpel, Isabella (Pilar) and Rachel Hilson (Mia) don't have anything listed on IMDB right now. In fact, Michael just latched on to some Rebel Wilson high school comedy called "Senior Year" and she's producing it. They've been shooting in Atlanta for weeks and weeks and he was a very recent add on. He 's very ambitious. Really knows how to network and CAA signed him up a couple months ago.

R296, you may be right. I've watched some of his interviews and he is smart, he is happy, gives off good energy! Very likable. And really gorgeous. He seems spontaneous, not guarded and canned like some young actors. Very natural. He's hard not to like and yet he seems authentic, not fake. The other person who comes across well is Mason Gooding. I really enjoy him.

by Anonymous | reply 300 | July 31, 2021 7:34 AM |
So happy for the renewal.
As for the storyline, I'm totally on Benji's side. He was right all along - Victor needs to stop being so wishy-washy and apologetic and just really own who he is and what he wants. I get that they were showing that this was a work in progress for him throughout the season, but by those last couple episodes, I was getting tired of Victor's constant whining and excuses. At least Benji has the balls to be who he is without constantly apologizing.
by Anonymous | reply 301 | July 31, 2021 12:36 PM |
R300, I've watched the show three times altogether. I remember thinking the same thing the first time. But he's grown on me. There were a couple of scenes in S2 where he really came though. I think in episode 2? He fights with his mother, and there's real fire and emotion in the scene where he sort of corners her, tells her she's being cruel, and confronts her and says, "Tell me you support me..." And she's at a complete loss for words. Totally exposed. Now, of course he was playing that scene with Ana Ortiz who is brilliant in Season 2, so it helped that she was probably pushing him.
In Season 1 there wasn't a lot that was demanded of him. He walks around mooning over Benji and smiling at Mia. Really Dull. In Season 2, I thought he rose to the occasion. He won't win any awards, but he was a lot better. So in general, I agree, he hasn't got a lot of range, but he has a certain charm or something that makes it all work. I loved the scene in Episode 7-8 of him and Benji making out. Not because yes, it was a hot sexy scene, but because the expressions on his face were delicious. I was noticing who directed various episodes, and IMO both Michael and George seemed to do a lot better with women directors. It was his first acting job. Unless you want to count Annabelle.

Fucking. They were fucking. No need to use euphemisms. They were fucking, and if I can speculate, if you listen closely there was a moment when we heard a gasp and a sigh, and we can assume Benji slid his dick in and Victor was transported. Mouth open, eyes closed, lifting his face, and they were breathing one another in. His arms tightened around Benji as if he'd never let go, and Benji is rockin' it, baby. It was an exceptional scene.

R305, in my experience, the fraus at work, and my old Aunt Bliss used to say "screwing around" to seem worldly. But they would NEVER dream of saying fuck or any of its variations. Women said "screwing" but men said "fucking. " And now in 2021, most people over12 yrs. old say fucking...except for the fraus and the evangelicals. In any case I never felt like they were interchangeable. Screwing is a "less naughty" word...in certain circles.

R312, In an interview on You Tube, Michael and George were asked the usual question, if the love scene was awkward, etc. and they both answered "Not at all!" Michael then volunteered that George was such a great "scene partner" always willing to try things, to explore, and be spontaneous..." They both said they vetoed the offer of an intimacy coach. Said they didn't need it. They wanted to keep things "fresh... and real"
by Anonymous | reply 317 | August 3, 2021 9:45 PM |
R317 I love hearing that they vetoed the "intimacy coach" thing (which seems to be a new thing in Hollywood these days, or is it? I don't remember hearing about that kind of thing before). I like that they approached it as something they wanted to create between them as actors. It actually looks completely natural, and the way they kiss, touch, etc. actually comes off believable...compared to some actors who do gay/bi characters but also do that hard closed-mouth kind of kiss, the touch doesn't feel right, etc. These two pull it off convincingly.
by Anonymous | reply 318 | August 4, 2021 3:32 AM |
R318 Imagine how natural and convincing t would be if they actually had gay actors.
by Anonymous | reply 319 | August 4, 2021 3:36 AM |
R319 Honestly, I'm not all that hung up on that issue. I mean, I would love to see more out, gay/bi/etc. actors get to play roles that they are, but it's a complicated issue given Hollywood's 'industry closet' and the politics that govern it. In most cases, I think what's most important is that an actor, whoever and whatever they are, have true respect for the role, the subject matter, do their homework, and hopefully execute well according to the vision of the makers.
by Anonymous | reply 320 | August 4, 2021 3:49 AM |
Actually, since we know that Gay actors have been forced to play straight roles for decades if they wanted to work at all, (the closet) I wish we'd reach a point where an actor's sexual orientation doesn't even matter. If he is right for the role and he is good at his job, that is enough. Because if we insist Gay actors play Gay roles, then by inference should only straight actors play straight roles? Please. The unemployment rate for actors is what? 94%? Maybe it's a little better now with all the different streaming platforms, but I wish we would just stop with all this. Go ahead and hate on me. I just find it all kind of exhausting. We have a lot of battles to fight, and this is not the hill I choose to die on. The world is so fucked up about sexuality. I blame religion. All religions but especially the major ones like Catholic, and Muslim. Vile shit. We have been social pariahs, we have been tortured and prosecuted and just survived horrific history. And Every fucking day, before we open our eyes, we have to wonder what fresh hell is in store for us today? And we survive! We thrive, and we live. so fuck all of them!
by Anonymous | reply 321 | August 4, 2021 4:24 AM |
The producers, writers, directors were majority Gay on this show. A lot of what happens in the show comes out of their own personal experiences.
by Anonymous | reply 322 | August 4, 2021 4:26 AM |
R319 I'm not hung up on the issue at all. I don't insist gay actors are cast in gay roles. I've never even been sold on the idea that people need to be the same ethnicity as their character. But reading your post about how well they played gay, and how natural they made it seem, I was just struck by how often that's said, because most of the time, gay actors are not cast as gay characters. And there happens to be a lot of gay actors. Plus, on a show like this, the gay leads are straight-acting, and that's also extremely typical and may even lead to straight actors being cast (to make the gay thing more palatable to non-gays, or even to gays for all I know). So it was just an observation that I felt I could make in this case.

OK. There's a debate raging on You Tube and Reddit about Benji being "disrespectful" to Victor's mother Isabel after she found them having sex in Victor's room. (Victor stated it.) Let me say upfront I don't like Isabel much. That scene in Episode one of her throwing out her dinner because she didn't want Benji to have it, really triggered something in me. She was a real Diva. Horrible. Anyway, I can't believe people are calling Benji disrespectful because he responded to her to stop saying he and Victor were friends, he was his boyfriend, and Victor's kid brother was awakened by their arguing mostly her yelling, and he found out Victor is Gay. She had been lying to the kid, and everyone in the house seemed to allow her to keep lying. I say Victor was spineless. He should have told Adrian himself.
by Anonymous | reply 347 | August 18, 2021 4:00 PM |
Isabel was a real homophobic bitch, but she came around. I was surprised that his dad was more accepting than mom.
by Anonymous | reply 348 | August 18, 2021 6:27 PM |
See, I don't trust the "coming around" part. I think she had a troubled marriage, ( she cheated with her husband's boss) and she replaced her husband with her eldest son, telling him he was her rock, she could always count on him, etc. She was a manipulator. And I believe she hated his boyfriend because she saw a side of her son standing up to he that she neve saw before. She believed Benji influenced Victor and she was losing her influence.
I remember she wasn't a fan of Mia's at first when Victor brought her home as his girlfriend. She had major attitude, as if this was her rival. As if she was competing with them for Victor's love. She will be trouble to who ever Victor hooks up, with all his life. He will end up pushing her wheelchair going to the Senior Citizen's Early Bird specials, and remain single, with dozens of failed relationships littering the road behind him. Run, Benji!!! I'm here for you!

If Michael is 5'9" (which was on his Twitter) George can't be 5'8"
by Anonymous | reply 352 | August 19, 2021 12:43 PM |
Michael said he was 5'9" three years ago. He is taller now. I'd put him around 5' 11" In the scene where he is dancing with Rahim at the wedding, or walking down the street with him, Michael is shorter. I think Anthony Keyvan is 6' 2". Also when Michael and George stand side by side the ratio of 5' 8" to 5' 11" makes sense. Maybe Michael is 5' 10" but no shorter.
by Anonymous | reply 353 | August 19, 2021 6:05 PM |
R353 For most people, height doesn't increase after 18. Three years ago, he was 18. A growth spurt of 2 inches from 18 to 21 is unusual. But let's say he's 5'10". If that's his height, then George is no more than 5'6".
by Anonymous | reply 354 | August 19, 2021 8:35 PM |
R347 This is exactly how I felt watching the whole season. Victor really was spinless (though I get that's what they were going for this season). I mean, throughout the whole narrative, Benji is basically telling Victor to stand up for himself, stop apologizing, and really 'own' his homosexuality. And yet he keeps shrinking back. During that argument, Benji had every right to question whether it was the gay aspect or not. And in that moment, even if the 'boyfriend' remark slipped out, he could have stepped outside with Benji and supported him. But that "just go" really was a slap in the face to everything Benji had been trying to get Victor to understand, and claim. And I get it, having your parent catch you having sex is awkward as hell, but seriously Vic, grow a backbone.
And then you have the whole thing with Rahim putting himself in their situation. I think he's a cool character, and I don't think he means any real harm, but he knew what he was doing by inserting himself in their situation when it wasn't for him in the first place. And sorry, this might piss off some, but that whole 'white' thing seemed unnecessary in this instance. Cultural and religious opposition to gayness isn't just confined to non-white identities...and even in Benji's case, he made it clear that it took his family a while to come around. They weren't just the 'rich, white, liberal parents' from the get-go on this issue. So much so that the kid almost killed himself and sunk into alcoholism to cope (unlike Rahim's very religious parents who seemed ok when he came out to them). Sure, I get that there are some things Victor and Rahim will experience/feel that someone like Benji might not, but on this issue, that was a cheap shot from Rahim, in my book. Benji had the right to be pissed with that remark. Benji has kind of had to be the glue to hold this whole thing together, and then he gets pushed aside, from every angle. If anything, I think he's the one that's really gotten the short end of the stick moreso than Victor.
R349 That's a really interesting way of laying the relationship dynamics out, and I can really see it. The whole idea of replacing her son for her husband as her 'rock' really put unnecessary pressure on Victor from day (ep) 1.
(That being said, I thought the actors played it out beautifully. Ana Ortiz may be somewhat miscast, but it's actually really interesting to see her play the other side in a gay storyline, and if she had me pissed that many times this season, that means she did her job well.)
by Anonymous | reply 355 | August 20, 2021 6:38 AM |
R355, yes, Ana really nailed it because I'm appreciating her talent and resenting her character big time. I agree with you on all points. IMO, Rahim threw the race issue out there because he wanted to establish a personal connection between himself and Victor, that Benji could not identify with, and he was driving a wedge between Victor and Benji.
When Victor threw it out there with Benji, it was wrong in so many ways. It was obvious from what little we saw of Benji's parents, that they like Victor a lot. Clearly And even Victor admitted that since Benji was banned from his house, they spent most of their time hanging out at Benji's house (where his mom baked lemon-icebox pie, LOL!)
Some people are so fucking dense. It's pretty clear Benji is fragile and yet he is trying to protect and support Victor, and yes he is the glue. I didn't think he was toxic or disrespectful at all. Spineless is a good word for Victor. I was pissed off when he said, "Just go" to Benji, too. He could have at least walked him out and said, "I'll call you tomorrow." Yeah, Isabel resented Benji big time. People are claiming he "outed" Victor to his little brother and he was out of line. But he didn't. He was correcting Isabel who had been screaming at him and Victor that whole time.
Another thing I observed. The set up for their confrontation in Episode 7-8 was that Isabel finally went to a PFLAGG meeting after Armando had been begging her to join him. When she walked in, she saw Armando with a woman, so instead of going to the meeting, she stood outside and waited for him! Then they had a confrontation about him flirting and he said he wanted to see other women.
So she was already pissed, and what does she do, but run home to Victor, (he surrogate husband) busting into his bedroom to complain about Armando, ...and sees him getting fucked by Benji! So to her it is another betrayal. It fueled her anger even more. And when Adrian discovers Victor is Gay, she loses a huge amount of leverage, because she was using Adrian to control that situation.
Think about it. Everyone in that house, including Victor's friends, was forced, for at least 6 months, to go along with her "don't tell Adrian" bullshit. So Victor, Pilar and Felix Lake, Rahim, etc. all had to abide by her rules. I mean, there's Rahim hanging out, eating popcorn, watching movies with Adrian, but Benji wasn't allowed to come over. That shit was really upsetting. And spineless Victor allowed it. Allowed the whole Rahim thing to gain traction in his fucking house, and allowed the fiction with Adrian for months.

Benji always supported Victor.....

So. Mason Gooding has been working on other projects, Michael Cimino has been working on other projects. Rachel Bilson just go signed to a brand new HBO Series, and Isabella Ferriera has just been announced for a brand new Hulu series, And Bebe Wood is going to be releasing an entire EP of original music in about two weeks. She has dropped a couple of videos already, an so has Michael. Meanwhile George Sear has been home in London for a month and signed to nothing. He spent most of July playing beach volleyball, and traveling to Yosemite with his parents. He seems unfocused and lazy compared to his castmates. He has been having fun partying with friends. of course it also helps that Michael Cimino announced that he was signed by CAA a few months ago. I don't think George has good representation. He needs to do better.

Michael is wearing his hair longer and he looks hot! George is wearing his hair shorter and he looks hot. I will say this. If Michael has this look while filming Season 3, with the longer more styled hair, I will guarantee you the doorbell he rings is Rahim and they have a real hot affair. Because Rahim would insist he get in touch with his inner Gay and up his style game.

This show might have flaws, but casting isn't one of them. I like this cast a lot.
by Anonymous | reply 360 | August 31, 2021 5:55 PM |
Victor is supposed to be a jock character, a star basketball player who no one suspects is gay. I'd say Michael Cimino is pretty weird casting actually r360.

Victor is fine This is high school. So what if he's not 7 feet tall and muscular. (I saw some sweet muscle definition on his bare arms. Works for me.) The thing that makes Victor get over on the court is he is fast, and he is accurate. And there is a class thing going on too. Andrew is supposed to be good. And he is. He is the jock and he is wealthy. We know that from his behavior with the GoFundMe prank. Victor, is a Latino kid from Texas who probably perfected his game on public courts with pick up games. He is scrappy. Did you see how, his very first time, he went right for Andrew? IMO the fact that he is one of the stars of the team, doesn't seem implausible to me. He scores and he's fast, and he's kind of flashy. So what? As I said. I love this cast.

R359: Michael looks extra adorable there
by Anonymous | reply 365 | September 2, 2021 1:46 AM |
Yeah, Michael is adorable, but for some reason he doesn't project "Hot sex" to me. George OTOH, is definitely "hot sex." Michael is the gushy teenage "I'm in love" guy, whereas if George is attracted to you he will want to hook up. Now I know in the show both characters want a "relationship" but in real life, if I run into them at a party, I feel like I'm more likely to score with George. I feel like the show runners ruined Victor/Michael for me when he went through the bullshit about being afraid to have sex, and trying to avoid Benji/George when they all went to that cabin. I'm spending the night with a guy I'm in love with. A guy I crave, and all I want to do is get to it. But in this damned Hulu show Victor hangs out with Felix and tells Benji he's scared? Please. I do not have time for that shit. If I had been Benji I would have been pissed.

"Benji is thoughtful, and sweet, and patient."

I don't think Victor was really afraid of the sex. I think he was scared of what the sex represented in his head. He's been raised a certain way. He knows his parents were high school sweethearts. Even though they're having problems now, Victor was programed for "forever" love. Or at least something serious if not totally forever.
Now for all of season 1 he was crushing had on Benji, and even though it was agony, part of his brain never expected Benji, who was on a pedestal in Victor's eyes, to return his affection and fall for him, but Benji fell hard. In a way it's like some Fairytale or a fable or something. I believe that is the framework or the literary conceit for their story.
He and Benji have grown closer, and it's pretty obvious they are in love. I think consummating the relationship, going all the way, was a huge step for Victor. Not just because he was a virgin, but because of what he felt, and what it meant to him in this relationship. And that's what scared him.
When Benji put his arms around him and said lets just go to sleep like this, it was as if he was figuratively taking Victor's hand and leading him across that invisible line, reassuring him. Remember, the first thing Victor said to him when they woke up, was "I love you." His desire for Benji overcame everything. I sure hope the writers don't fuck this up in Season 3.

Michael just released a new song and it's not bad at all. In fact it's pretty good. His first song was ridiculous, his second song was better, his third was better than the second, and this one, his fourth, he collaborated with Finn Matthews who is brilliant, out and proud, and it's pretty good. Love the sexy lyrics.

Should we look forward to Michael coming out some day?
by Anonymous | reply 370 | September 17, 2021 11:47 PM |
Not sue, R370, but he is certainly flirting with gender fluidity, and I don't think he's Gay-baiting. He has some very close friends n real life who are 100 % Gay. This is from a very recent photo shoot, but Michael is bringing the sexy, and he is promoting a more colorful wardrobe and longer hair, earring too. I'm thinking he is altering his image in time for Season 3. Now if he is getting more in touch with his Gay side I'm betting he is going to be hooking up with Rahim who is Femme.
by Anonymous | reply 371 | September 18, 2021 12:19 AM |
This is my favorite recent photoshoot. He's hot. No way he chooses Benji. He should go on Grindr and play. He's too young to be tied down.
by Anonymous | reply 372 | September 18, 2021 2:32 AM |
I love Michael's hair longer. Beautiful head of hair. If he chooses Rahin, it will be temporary. He will be back with Benji by the end of the season.

No wish for Victor to become a manwhore (even though I was one). I hope that he totally avoids it.
Besides, he could never host as long as he lives with his parents.
by Anonymous | reply 374 | September 18, 2021 4:52 PM |
He's going to try hooking up with some strange on Grindr and discover Rahim is still having hook ups on Grindr even though he's dating Victor. They beak up and he goes back to Benji, who is now secretly dating the Hot young closeted Gay teacher at school. I wrote about this potential plotline earlier. Benji deserves a wonderful, sensual relationship .

Benji will have a drunk driving accident, possibly as the season cliffhanger as to his fate.
by Anonymous | reply 376 | September 18, 2021 6:36 PM |
R376 I have a feeling there's going to be a DEATH in Season 3, too. I think it was foreshadowed in Season 2. On separate occasions, twice, Mia tells Lake she is a dangerous, terrible driver, and Lake jokes about her "death wish." IMO, since the rumors have suggested Lake is going to hook up with Lucy and Lucy is a close friend of Benji's I've invented a scenario where Lucy and Lake go see Benji and his band perform. Lake is drunk, she gets in an accident and we don't know who was in the ca with he, o who gets killed. Maybe Benji accepted a ride after his gig. Maybe she and Lucy were alone. But something is going to happen and my speculation is that Lake dies.
The other scenario, is that Felix's mother dies. She sets fire to their apartment and dies of smoke inhalation. No scenario I have thought of involves Benji. Benji is ENDGAME. Benji is forever.

OK. WTF is going on? Michael just posted on IG Stories "Myths and Facts about Bisexual Identity..." With no comment or explanation.
by Anonymous | reply 378 | September 19, 2021 4:16 PM |
Maybe, he is lowkey saying he is bisexual :-)
by Anonymous | reply 379 | September 19, 2021 4:36 PM |
Well, he was definitely stiff and awkward in both seasons of LV, but since he is the lead and the lead is Gay, he's going to be doing more sexual stuff and he better get better at it. So he is probably "exploring." Hey, Mike, I'm here to help, Baby!!
by Anonymous | reply 380 | September 19, 2021 4:43 PM |
R380, Michael was not awkard at all in the makeout and fucking scene in Season 2.

R381, as I think about it, the scene in Season 2 episode 7-8 was sublime. Both of them really nailed it. I was so pissed off at his mother! I mean,

They're both thirst traps. No shit. No way you can compare George Sear, who is turning 24, and Michael, who is going on 22, to the two baby gaylings in Young Royals. Seriously?
by Anonymous | reply 386 | September 23, 2021 11:29 PM |
OK, talk about thirst trap, I'll apologize in advance, but this is mid-coitus interruptus, or whatever and the guy is hot. I've said that before, but fuck it.

I'm not ugly. I'm average looking. Ordinary. If I pass you on the street you won't even notice me. So I look at some one like George or Michael and I have to wonder how it feels to be that hot. To know when you go out or you look at your social media, there are guys and women who would line up to get with you. And since they're famous now they can do what ever they want. They both seem like nice guys. Like this is new to them, too, they are as surprised as anyone. Mason just did another of his regular live Q & A's on Instagram, and he's got a great public personality. Sense of humor, kind, very conversational and down to earth. I guess that's a problem for all of them. They seem so accessible. Of the thee Michael and Mason seem most comfortable dealing with public obligations. George is polite, a real charmer, not fake, but also not as open as the other two.
