I find it really hard to watch that video. There's way too much clutter in that kitchen and I have OCD. The only thing that could improve it is a deep cleaning with napalm.

I don't think Sara's weight issues are from overeating. Frankly she looks just like a lady who used to work in my office many years ago who had severe kidney disease and was given some sort of drug that made her swell up just like Sara. And then there's Jerry Lewis who was put on steroids for pulmonary fibrosis. He bloated up to 260 lbs.

I know Sara was away from her channel for several months due to health issues. Her body simply does not look like a body made fat from overeating.

Probably part medical causes, part old-fashioned baloney salad.

I think she should partner up with the 1000 lb. sisters and do a show.
