He chose his roles very carefully and wasn't afraid to take on edgy and alternative material like Mysterious Skin, Brick, Manic and even 500 Days of Summer. So JGL may not be a huge Hollywood star but he definitely has a cult following and is a solid character actor.

It's a very good film that probably doesn't go the way people think it will. I'm not a big fan of hers but Scarlett Johansson was fantastic. Julianne Moore was good as well.
