This no doubt in part has contributed to his overall poor mental capacity for the last several years. His baseline mental function was not great but something else is either contributing to or directly causing Joe Biden's rapid cognitive decline. His symptoms include but are not limited to malapropisms, inappropriate touching, word finding difficulties, confabulation, dis-inhibition, disorientation and photophobia and these are just a few of the observed ones.
