R15 I really like Tabitha James Kraan clean shampoo. Don't wash your hair too often, unless it gets very dirty or greasy. Once a week is good. You can refresh during the week if you need to with green tea (put it in a plant spray bottle for example, let it cool first before use). You can keep it fresh for a few days in the fridge. So wash your hear with eko or bio shampoo, when you have curls only comb it when it's wet, after washing/showering apply a bit of leave in conditioner.(TJK) Comb your hair scrunch the curls or waves a bit. For extra volume use a tiny little bit of chromalya cream(or another bio/eco one), then right after you use a bit of eco/bio gel. Chromalya, Marlie, Ecoslay, K pour karite.... for example. Once you have scrunched the waves and curls again with the gel you don't touch it until it's dry. Otherwise it might get frizzy. If you have one you can use a hairdryer with a diffuser instead of just letting it dry. So duriing the week on the days when you didn't wash your hair you can put a bit of water in your hair and see what your coupe looks like, if the curls don't hold you just use a tiny little bit of cream and gel in moist hair. Takes 5 mins max. I'm European so when I googled for TJK I saw it's twice as expensive in the US as far as I could find. The most important thing is to look for products that have no chemical ingredients. No parabens etc. Maybe there are some great American brands too. Sorry for the long post, I just want you to know that even though I have a form of hereditatry hairloss my hair and curls got much better after a few months of using eco products. Less hairloss, healthier more shiny hair, more bouncy curls. It surprised me.

I don’t know where you live R24 but there are eco/bio hairdressers who sell the products. I just googled a few products I use myself here in Europe and I saw you can order Ecoslay online in the US. It’s a bit cheaper than it is here it seems .

Especially when you have wavy or curly hair only comb when it’s washed and wet. Don’t wash it more than approx once a week. Simply refresh daily with a bit of water and if necessary eco gel(the orange marmelade on the website for example)or mousse for styling. Green tea is also great to refresh the hair. Cheap solution.

It’s a new routine you have to get used to using the eco products but when you have short hair you don’t need much. Gel the size of a small coin in your hand. If you want to know more let me know. My hair is curly and a bit longer(and I suffer from hairloss) in 7 months my really improved. Mainly it’s more healthy looking, not dry no split ends.

I forgot to add it’s also easy to make a hair gel from flax seed and water. For styling.

Some of them are available in travel size so you can just try them out without spending too much. I don’t know if you use styling products but if you do, try something like the orange marmelade(and just use a tiny bit.)
