[R2], it appears that a dermatologist pumped her face full of fillers. Hopefully, most will dissolve in about 6-12 months. The number of cases of "filler-fatigue" with permanently disfigured, swollen faces are increasing. Many dermatologists are incredibly good at persuading their patients that the ful- face look is a good look to keep them coming back for more.

As far as her ass is concerned, I haven’t a clue why she either got butt implants or fillers, but it looks whacked.

You may never get a perfect ass via exercise, however, if it is all yours, and looks natural, it beats the fake ass, any day of the week.

So many insta-goes do implants or fat/filler injections, and that will eventually ruin your butt. You cannot put fake shit in your ass, and expect it to look normal if one day, you decide to stop or take out the implants. I have seen way too many young girls do this, and within 2-6 months, it starts looking REALLY bad.

Just work out and eat clean. Your ass will hold up. My ass and legs look perfect, because I spent most of my adult life at the gym 3-5 times a week, or working out at home. My boobs can use a lift, but they’re not on the floor yet.

Say NO to plastic surgery on your body! And avoid it on your face for as long as possible.

She looks so awful. It seems with each new era she looks even worse. It's like she has someone on hand to plump her face with even more fillers. Then there's the lips. She has messed with her lips before, but whatever she did in the last year has really messed them up. Her whole face looks plastic and stretched.

It's so uncomfortable to watch her speak or sing. She's so sluggish with her movements already but her "enhancements" only exacerbate them.

It's really disappointing that Madonna has went overboard with these procedures. Even Cher did a lot but she still looked good for the most part.

The thing with Madonna is that she will never have another hit record or hit era. She can no longer connect with people. She looks horrible and acts like a petulant child at 61. She instills no goodwill in anything she does anymore.
