And those questions were often put to him by experts in the field. He was very conversant on all aspects of his climate change plan.

This was a much better format on order to see where the candidates stand on an issue; a town hall gives you some insight in what they would do in office. This is much better than a 90-second answer with people shouting over each other to score a point.

It would be great if he shines like this in the debate next week.
