Can you name some? 1981's "Fear No Evil" takes the cake for me—it has full-on male nudity (dicks included), flamboyant costumes, demons, and a locker room shower scene where the protagonist forces his bully to make out with him under some sort of spell. It's a major WTF movie in general, but also one of the positively gayest things I've ever seen.
Older horror films with obvious homoeroticism/gay themes

Nightmare on Elm Street part 2. The guy runs into his coach (or teacher) who's dressed up in leather. While out on the town Said coach makes him run laps in gym at school and has the kid hit the showers. Coach meets his demise in showers as towels magically tie him up and Freddy gets to slicing/dicing.

R2 & R3, I've heard that many times about "Nightmare on Elm Street 2"; I think it's notorious for that. I've only seen the original and "The New Nightmare", and am frankly not a huge fan of the series based on those, but I should give Part 2 a try.

Not homoerotic really, but nearly half the cast of Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood were gay in real life—and it shows. I think most of the male cast members (save a few) were gay, and Susan Blu, who played the lead female's mom, is a lesbian. It's discussed in Crystal Lake Memories, a long-form documentary on the Friday the 13th series. The chemistry between Lar Park Lincoln and Kevin Blair in that film is hilarious; he seems like her gay best friend when he's supposed to be the hetero love interest.

Sleepaway Camp - gay dads, forced gender suppression, chicks with dicks, more male nudity than female, super tight and revealing short-shorts on the muscle-head camp counselor, the female actresses out-camp most drag queens. Must see trash

Of course, tons of shit in NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY'S REVENGE, which screenwriter David Chaskin now admits was a metaphor for homosexual urges overtaking the body.

If we want to call Alfred Hitchcock's ROPE a horror film, it's brimming with homoerotic subtext because it was based on the real-life murder committed by gay psychopaths Leopold and Loeb.
But Hitchcock's film is more of a thriller and there's no explicit sexuality -- only context and Crypto Gays.

THE HAUNTING (1963) is one of the best horror movies of all time. And maybe the Quintessential Gothic.
And it has an essentially out lesbian character named Theodora — an incredibly ballsy move for 1963.

The creator of the HELLRAISER series, Clive Barker, is a gay man heavily into BDSM.
And the HELLRAISERS are basically his gay, BDSM nightmares/fantasies translated into straight relationships. I've never found the scary, however. Just gross!

Hasta el Viento Tiene Miedo (Even the Wind is Afraid) is a fun campy Mexican horror movie from the last '60s -- and it takes place at an all-girls boarding school, so there's lesbiana built in from the ground up.
My favorite scene is Kitty's striptease, which is at the link (should go directly to that part, but if not, go to timestamp 37:15).

Daughters of Darkness is a continuation of the Elizabeth Bathory myth which has her as an eternal vampire prowling coastal vacation spots and tormenting newlyweds. It's really terrific and Delphine Seyrig is brilliant in it. Just try to take your eyes off of her. It's impossible. She has a female lover/assistant.

I recently watched Curse II: The Bite and while it’s not on the same level as some of the others mentioned here, there’s still a very homocentric vibe through the whole thing. The camera completely eroticizes star J. Eddie Peck with long, lingering shots of his tight jeans and tank top clad torso and framing shots to accentuate him over costar Jill Schoelen. Throw in the Freudian implications of snakes and a cameo by scream “queen” Sydney Lassick and it’s at least worth a mention here.
