I’ve read her daughter’s autobiography. Shirley is seriously crazy, like delusional. Her husband played her for tons of money for him and his mistress by saying he was on some super secret mission for aliens from another planet. She paid out to him. For DECADES.

Shirley was never much of a dresser but this outfit is beyond bad.
