Well, I am kind of disappointed because I was hoping that whoever they got to play Feyd would be talented and hot, but I guess I'll just have to be satisfied with talented. Feyd is described as being dark-haired, pouty-lipped and fit. Not exactly words I'd use to describe Lucas.

There's a Chalamet interview in El Pais. I was surprised by the lack of interest. It was posted more than 14 hours ago and has exactly zero comments. I suppose he is the kind of guy with a rabid internet fanbase but he is far from being mainstream yet.

I think while his internet fan base are rabid(like me), there’s a possibility that he falls off the radar with time. For instance, his last IG story didn’t get enough notice in my opinion. Don’t think he’s ever going to use sm more than he does now or has in the past. Obviously he isn’t super comfortable with sharing much about his life, even work-related. Even the stuff he does post he ends up deleting a lot of. That was a good interview from San Sebastian. He did seem a lot calmer there than he usually is. I think it might've had to do with the fact that he was tired. That was when he was doing major promotion for BB and traveling to different countries 1 right after the other to attend the premieres and do Q & A's. Also, I'd heard he was sick during San Sebastian. So I'm sure that didn't help.

I personally think some of us (myself included) underestimate Tim and tend to only see him as this awkward and inexperienced kid, which he is from time to time but that’s most probably just a small part of his personality. I’m sure he knows what he wants and is willing to do a lot to achieve his goals: like R81 said, people like his publicist are his employees and not the other way round so they’re doing what he wants them to do. I’m not saying that it’s a bad thing or that mistakes made by his team are impossible.

And many people were following him on the red carpets last year where he did none of that, this year he has more fun with it. I happen to enjoy that he is embraces his love of fashion and when he posts those IG glimpses, he is doing it for the fans. The media picks up the red carpet photos which they do with or without his social media presence. The IG stories give us fans who are waiting for the outfit reveal a small sneak pick 10-20 minutes before he arrives. Those stories do not create a frenzy, the frenzy is there, if anything it lets him take part of it in a more personal way with his fans vs just him arriving and then fans desperately searching for the first photos of him on the carpet.
