I don't know how "they all knew this" because when Tsujihara was promoted it was a protracted thing because it was down to Tsujihara, Bruce Rosenblum and Jeff Robinov and from everything I've read about Robinov, if he knew that Tsujihara was catting around he would've used that info to propel himself atop of the heap.
