I was the one that called various emergency & security personnel at Bellagio, as the bathroom attendants weren't following proper procedures. When no one answered their phone, he should have probably went back immediately. Although, it was most likely too late. There are a lot of details missing from this story that we just don't know surrounding that night. A month later and no movement on this case tells me the ME was right.

I also can’t imagine anyone being a part of the bloody scene they described and not leaving some sort of palm, finger or footprint in the blood. There is going to be a plethora of evidence to clear CW this is all said and done. You wait. And when that happens, I hope you have some sympathy for that man has gone, and continues to go through. If you look at the detail on the divorce file records, their divorce file was copied on 3/10/14, the date of Nichol’s offense. What are the odds that she was arrested for DV and that same day someone pulled and copied her divorce record to Montez? If she had attacked Montez, a copy of their divorce history would be part of her criminal case file.

Again, it’s my opinion. It could have been Bribiescas or some boyfriend she was shacking up with. Who knows what the crazy broad was doing?

The death of a child no matter the cause is devastating to say the least. These families will never be the same. Unfortunately people will say and do things that are very out of character (or show their true colors when tradedy strikes. One of the fathers has been very vocal and the other has not said a word. I think reality has started to set in and why the change of tone with the vocal dad.

I can’t imagine what Charlie is going through. He will never get the visual of those sweet girls lying there in pools of blood out of his head. Ever. And I’m sure it doesn’t even feel real that they are truly gone, especially because he hasn’t even been allowed to mourn. Even if he was ending things, NO was a huge part of his life for over 2 years and he clearly loved her at some point, if not still today. He didn’t get to go to the memorial or funeral. I bet he’s reached for a phone to call her a hundred times, because I’m sure she was his “go to” person when things were hard...only to get snapped back to reality that she’s gone. I doubt he’ll ever step foot back in that house; he’ll lose a fortune trying to sell it. Plus the massive amount of money he’s having to spend defending himself when he hasn’t even been named a suspect. And the cherry on top: the friends and family of the woman that he loved and that truly caused ALL of this, are publicly calling him a murderer, among other things. It was already a terrible tragedy, but the way he has been treated makes this even worse in the big scheme of things. His life will never be the same and I hope he is with his family and holding on to his faith because honestly, what he has gone through and will continue to go through is more than a lot of men could handle. Everyone keeps demanding compassion for the the deceased, including NO who, in my opinion deserves none if she killed those girls, and their families, but what about Charlie and his? IF he didn’t do that (and I believe he did not), he might deserve more compassion that anyone involved.

The one thing that shocked me is that the dads would agree to have a joint service. I don't know if they were buried or cremated but, sorry, I would never have a service/bury my child next to the person (mother, no less) who killed her. Working from the assumption (it’s far from fact) that she assaulted Montez on 3/10/14, it was likely about child support or visitation. Red Flags????? I think that he continues as a POI not because he is guilty nor innocent. The investigators haven’t been able to confirm his alibi. “This isn’t such a clear cut case.” -Sheriff Salazar. So this leads me to believe that there is something not adding up in his alibi to cast a doubt. But I am still open because not all evidence has been released. We also know a family whose members are brilliantly creative and most are afflicted with depression (some more than others). Suicide runs in the family, too. It’s terrible. Bright, interesting people, but very sad ends for a few.

The biggest downside to following this case is that we'll most probably never know the details we want. I was very curious about Charlie's relationship with NO, as well as with her daughters. Now, at the risk of sounding like I have selfishly "vouyeristic reasons" I've already decided to do one of three things with the money, if not all: 1. Donate to a non-profit of my choice while considering what Alexa would have wanted. 2. Donating to the Alamo Colleges Foundation in some way that honors Alexa, if not NAL. 3. Use the money to fulfill a promise I made to Alexa by taking her to Hawaii on her 18th birthday. In this regard I will be sprinkling her ashes into the ocean with very close family and friends.

My final decision will be based off of a significant amount of prayer and consideration. I will also try as best I can, while respecting others involved, to announce all amounts and their uses. I know I don't have to. I don't feel forced to. I want you all to know the impact your support will have on our community.

Nichol's friend, NB, had a very similar life to hers. If NB's FB is still available, read through it. On her FB, there are photos of the low-income housing where she lived in 2011. At this time, she was unmarried, unemployed and allegedly was "taking classes". Suddenly NB met a fugly multi-millionaire who is 20+ years her senior. (Ask yourself how an unemployed babymama with two kids living in Section 8 housing magically meets a multi-millionaire?)

NOTHING in this case, or any of the players, make any sense to me. R594 I met him through some mutual friends probably like 6 years ago? We’ve hung out several times but again, not recently. Of all his buddies, I’d describe him as one of the more “tame” in the group. I got the impression that he’d rather spend his wknds on his ranch in the middle of nowhere than go out and party.

Poking around on the FB forums, I’ve noticed that NO had lots of “best friends” and people claiming she was their “best friend”. That’s a red flag right there.
