Yes, that too. It's easier to find someone like that amongst their peer group, which is often within their parents social circle.

My parents had an extremely happy marriage of over 50 years, and my parents came from very “wealth-disparate” backgrounds and different religions (Mom was beautiful, smart and old money; Dad was handsome, smart, hardworking, from a poor background who put himself through college). I feel very lucky to have had them as parents.

Nichol is a killer.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | January 24, 2019 9:39 PM |
MG is probably like my ex. Tough guy bartender with a love for a certain image but sweet and upstanding. I’d trust him with my life.
Or he could be a scumbag. But he might not be.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | January 24, 2019 9:58 PM |
Nichol have been living off men since day one. I highly doubted she was able to afford renting a house in a nice area with 3 kids all by herself. She certainly was not living the life she had with CW. She’s a hairdresser for fucks sake. I saw her professional ig and she’s not a good hairdresser. The photos showed tacky hair extensions.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | January 24, 2019 10:15 PM |
Wheeler family is from America's richest county. BF has the top criminal defense attorney in the area. No, I am NOT saying wealth = absolution but it's interesting he would employ such a high caliber legal team. Yes he has 3 attorneys. Rich people really do live differently than you or me.
London spent most weekends with her aunt. Alexa did the same with her aunt. Both aunts lived locally and loved the sisters. They also both spoke very highly of Nichol. If anything bad were to happen to Nichol, necessitating a move on her part, her very lucky and beautiful daughters had alternate caregivers.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | January 24, 2019 10:18 PM |
R9- as per her friend, she worked M-Th and then picked up her kids from school. How could she afford that house working a few hours a day, charging $60.00 per client? I assume she was working more -- although don't know for sure, -- before getting with Charlie, but still. There had to be other sources of income.

by Anonymous | reply 13 | January 24, 2019 10:33 PM |
What was said that isn't true, R13? These are undisputed facts. The more you have in common with your mate, the more solid the partnership will be. Are you confused?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | January 24, 2019 10:42 PM |
You're a total moron, R12/13. How is that racist? That is fact. People gravitate towards people who are more like themselves. That's true of every race. Furthermore, I assume you wouldn't know much about the higher classes, your ignorance is showing.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | January 24, 2019 10:42 PM |

And her cut was only $30 of that. The house gets 50%.

R530, Part 2, There must be paid shills and/or trolls on these threads. Why else would a poster dis the commentary by a NYPD detective and investigator of over 50 years? What are that posters' credentials? Here's the retired LE link to his YouTube channel. Again he accurately predicted FBI involvement and said BF would soon be arrested. Also said clear clues lead him to conclude pro hit man, my original theory.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | January 24, 2019 10:52 PM |
^^Uh, because he has nothing to do with the case and is clearly a gossiping attention whore, just like all NO's "friends".
by Anonymous | reply 18 | January 24, 2019 10:54 PM |
Well these threads have confirmed that a lot of DL posters are upper middle class. I used to think all the posters claiming to be earning over 6 figures were BSing but I guess not. Nothing wrong with that just interesting.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | January 24, 2019 10:55 PM |
The NYPD detective is creepy.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | January 24, 2019 10:56 PM |
R17- has been posting that bullshit everywhere, webslueths keeps deleting it is baseless. Davida is a legendary troll on the DL and not in a good way. She has been claiming for years that she has a personal relationship with George Clooney and he blacklisted her in Hollywood, ruining her career. She's obsessive.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | January 24, 2019 11:03 PM |
Nichol wouldn’t be able to afford her lifestyle, house, bills and 3 kids with a hairdresser salary in SA. She wasn’t going to leave her rich, good looking bf. She was almost 40. Her prospects were not great.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | January 24, 2019 11:04 PM |
The detective has such low views on YouTube. No wonder he’s trying to assert himself in this murder investigation.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | January 24, 2019 11:08 PM |
R18, Retired NYPD detective and investigator in his 50 years handled many parallel cases with the FBI. His focus was determining which were murder - suicide vs murder for hire. Do you or any other keyboard warriors have more credentials? If you're going to dis an expert at least tell me your direct connection to this murder case.
Of course I'm waiting for the FBI conclusions. However I am expecting the arrest of the BF to occur very soon based in part on the expertise and past experience in many, many cases of this retired NYPD honored and awarded detective.
I also have a lot more info on the relationship between Nichol and her BF from communicating with the 2 girls' godmother and close friend of Nichol for over 15 years. She last spoke to Nichol the Wed night before the 3 murders. Don't know if I can post it here as it is 3rd hand info. I've encouraged the BFF to post on this site.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | January 24, 2019 11:44 PM |
To those who questioned the length of time this investigation is taking, in many cases evidence would be sent to Quantico, VA for top expert evaluation. Also phone and electronic companies surprisingly don't consider the request for back records a top priority. Hence FBI involvement to try and speed up the process.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | January 24, 2019 11:49 PM |
There's always the possibility that Nichol had learned damaging info about BF business dealings or personal life that could be seen as bothersome to the Wheeler family or to the BF. Or there's a chance a 3rd party wanted to really hurt BF due to his legitimate business operations. He did have investments, and potentially angry clients.
It's not impossible to consider a 3rd party desiring harm to either Nichol or BF lived nearby and thus had no trouble entering through the security system. Of course most security gates can be breached given the motivation and skill of the perp.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | January 24, 2019 11:56 PM |
R16, seriously? So she was only making $15 dollars per cut? That's insane. If true, there is no way she could even support herself.

by Anonymous | reply 31 | January 25, 2019 1:00 AM |
I hope NO’s looney friends will come and join this shit show with more lies and hearsay. I’m dying to hear more gossip about the trashy hairdresser.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | January 25, 2019 1:08 AM |
R29, Wealthy men have been known to date pretty, sexy women of all ages because they want to control the relationship. Those of their same social class tend to be much less adoring and complimentary.
BF's puppy got in his trash can and created a mess. He tried to strangle the poor dog. Alexa's relatives got custody of the animal. There's a reason Alexa's father said that "he didn't think the BF offered a loving living situation for the girls. Note that he included Alexa's half-sister London in his statement to the media.
Multiple ex-girlfriends have reported on social media that this man was very violent at times. Most men who physically abuse their partners adhere to the same pattern. They verbally threaten them, then apologize and offer nice gifts, followed by more incidents of increased physical violence.
Specifically 1 woman said she had to hide in a closet as BF was chasing her around the room with a gun. Another woman said BF bashed her head into the car's dashboard while he was driving. That's just 2 examples of many.
Nichol is the one who wanted to leave. He had begged her to move in with him. Once there, she would temporarily move out when his temper exploded. Then he would give her an expensive present and she would go back to him.
BF did not appear to want to father Nichol's daughters. That was a bad sign. Luckily they both had nearby relatives, especially their aunts, who offered a lot of care.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | January 25, 2019 1:12 AM |
Why the hell would a young, good looking millionaire be expected to father the children of this trashy BPD woman? She’s lucky she bagged him when she’s almost 40, 3 kids from 3 different fathers and a hairdresser.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | January 25, 2019 1:18 AM |
I need police reports, photos of said abuse, signed statements from the essay anon.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | January 25, 2019 1:20 AM |
R34 A young good looking millionaire? How about a hick hayseed Baptist god-fearing rodeo rider and fracker who had beaten or abused all the women he knew? How come he hadn't hooked up with somebody else? In Texas men are married by 25. Dream on. (If you think he was handsome, thank Nichol. She styled him. )
by Anonymous | reply 36 | January 25, 2019 1:23 AM |
R34, BF knew he had a "package deal" when he started to date Nichol. Personally I refuse to date men with kids or grandchildren as it's always messy, even if supposedly they live elsewhere. So if BF knew Nichol had at least partial custody of 2 girls, and didn't want to fulfill an occasional parental role then he shouldn't have been dating her in the first place. Otherwise he's a jerk.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | January 25, 2019 1:25 AM |
Thanks R29. That's the only scenario that makes sense.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | January 25, 2019 1:25 AM |
Thanks r33. I understand that kind of dynamic well, unfortunately. Regardless of the outcome of the investigation I think it’s safe to say they had an unhealthy relationship and he wasn’t the angel some here are making him out to me. I had a partner like him and it made the hair stand up on the back of my neck reading your post because violence towards animals and violence in the car when I was strapped in and couldn’t escape were in his toolbox too.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | January 25, 2019 1:34 AM |
R35, Most women don't report physical abuse if there are still any benefits to their relationship, or if they believe the promises that the jerk will change. They also fear admitting to their families and friends that they've made a mistake.
LE will simply tell a woman to move out. Abusive men choose emotionally dependent women, who were usually raised in homes where there was violence or who've somehow come to believe this is normal behavior.
LE wants physical evidence which they can photograph too. I once called LE on behalf of a neighbor who knocked on my door late one night, trying to get away from her very drunk physically abusive BF. Police said she had fair skin and no visible bruises so they couldn't do anything. Then they blamed ME for allowing her temporary entry to my home. Said I should have made her walk barefoot, in her nightgown, several blocks to a casino where there was a pay phone. Insulting.
Remember many religious leaders still counsel women to forgive their BF and to be more submissive, rather than to immediately leave, as the physical, emotional, and mental abuse will get much worse.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | January 25, 2019 1:34 AM |
Uau! Thank you R33. I can see it clearly now.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | January 25, 2019 1:36 AM |
Why would she put her daughters in this situation? It's even odd the went to stay with their aunt on the weekends. She's the mother. Something must have been very wrong with her. This is not normal of a mentally healthy person. Very sad.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | January 25, 2019 1:42 AM |
R36, R38, R39, R41, Thank you for being brave enough to speak up against those who don't understand the dynamics of very abusive relationships. Frightening how a generous, supportive, very helpful man, who encourages dependency, can turn into a growing monster. No, I've never been physically hit. However I should have 86'd friends, both platonic and otherwise, a whole lot sooner. By the way platonic female friends can be equally emotionally and financially abusive.
Bottom line, a lot of initially appearing sane, intelligent, educated, professional people can turn on a dime. Some have screaming fits, perhaps in public. Others commit violent acts. Woe to those nearby.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | January 25, 2019 1:43 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 44 | January 25, 2019 1:44 AM |
He was a rageaholic douchebag. She killed her kids and herself.
The two are not mutually exclusive.
She was pissed at him because she spent almost two years putting up with his temper tantrums and rearranging her life to please him and he wanted her out. She wasn’t getting the ring she pinned on her Pinterest page. She wasnt getting another wedding. She was getting the brush-off again, and she wasn’t getting another big fish like Charlie Wheeler again.
What better way to get back at him? Leaving wasn’t going to hurt. What she did was the most excellent revenge possible. Actually, dragging him as a pedo might have been worse.
And this is not to let him off the hook. He’s probably half of what everyone claims. All those “friends” of hers liked his crap on social media.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | January 25, 2019 1:57 AM |
R43 Im r39 and I was in an abusive relationship. It started out as emotional abuse and he slowly upped it so that I didn’t even recognise it as abuse at first. He became violent the first time in the car when I wanted to go home rather than stop for food. He beat my head against the passenger window. I was mortified, embarrassed and angry at myself for being so stupid as to miss the signs. Fast forward 3 months and he threatens to kill my dog and locked him outside in the rain. I left the next day. He was financially successful, well educated, out and active in the local LGBT centre so nobody but my closest friends believed me and the whispers behind my back were that I was pissed because I was a gold digger and thought I’d he kept by him. Sigh.
I am from a working class background but the men in my family are decent men and abuse was never tolerated. My family stood by me and were supportive and 100% backed my decision to leave. From the bits I’ve read about NO life it’s possible she didn’t have the same family foundations. If you are raised in a home where abuse is tolerated or you are told to keep quiet as long as he provides I think it’s understand that you would have issues and not be able to maintain a healthy relationship. Maybe it was just a case of two people both wish issues who never should have been together or maybe CW sought out women who would put up with abuse or maybe NO was stuck repeating childhood partterns and kept choosing bad men (like her father/step father). We’ll probably find out in due course. I’d like to think the people being vicious snobs are just fortunate enough to have no experience of abusive partners or of being dragged up in a broken home.

Should we start a Charlie Wheeler fan club--you know, to give him moral support and any comfort that he may need?
by Anonymous | reply 47 | January 25, 2019 2:01 AM |
Date of internment for Nichol has not yet been set even though it's been about 14 days since she died. So a 2nd autopsy paid by the relatives/donors is still a possibility?
There's reported to be a picture online of Nichol with her son. Her social media has not been updated since August 2017. Photos of Nichol with her daughters could be on PRIVATE for safety and security reasons. I wouldn't want total strangers to think 3 beautiful woman lived together in a home, occasionally without a gun-owning male present.
We don't know if strangers had threatened Nichol or her daughters previously. Could be a reason she wanted to live with physically strong gun-using men.
Honestly I live alone in a gated condo. There's a 5 minute walk from my front door, down a private road, to the gate. Still I've been followed repeatedly by strange men, had neighbors knock on my door when drunk, been bothered repeatedly shopping in nice grocery stores. The world is now a very scary place. I'm buying a new condo and no way would I consider one without increased security. Wished I had a gun-using roommate once again.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | January 25, 2019 2:10 AM |
R21, I have seen that name in a FB group. I steer clear.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | January 25, 2019 2:12 AM |
R48 Where do you live? That’s insane. I know lots of single moms but I’ve never known one who was afraid of anyone knowing she lived alone. None of my single friends feel any need for a gun owning male either. I think they (and I) would consider a gun toting boyfriend a bigger threat than a stranger. If your city is that bad I think you need more than a condo, you need to move somewhere else. Life is too short to live with that sort of fear and paranoia. Until then get yourself a gun and training to use it, no need to wait for a gun owning male who is statistically more likely to harm you than anyone else.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | January 25, 2019 2:16 AM |
Who let the NO fan club fraus in here? Unbelievable. There is zero evidence that this guy was an abuser. Just hearsay and gossip from a coffee klatch of dumber than dirt attention whores who pretended to know the victims.
All this was covered ad nauseam in the original thread. Go educate yourselves, ladies.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | January 25, 2019 2:18 AM |
R48, there was a discussion about the cost of a private independent autopsy, and it’s about $5,000. Since the GoFundMe people have raised at least $60, 000, it seems like a wise use of a tenth of the funds. The GFM has “Searching for the Truth” in the goddamn title. If they don’t think it’s true that she killed her kids and herself, get a second opinion. THERE IS MONEY FOR IT.
They’re not going to. They might not get the answer they want.

R21, Websleuths deleted exactly one of my posts (and many from by other members) because it was info not from an established media source. So they cannot consider any YouTube videos no matter how accurate the info, but WS does allow regular links to the Daily Mail and other paps.
NEVER have I said George Clooney blacklisted me. Quite the opposite. I sincerely appreciate all of the help and encouragement he's given me, and feel the same way towards the other famous celebs, directors, and cinematographers. However at this time I don't wish to live in Hollywood nor NY (see my post above re my security concerns) so my acting/comedy career cannot progress.
DL posters keep trying to derail this thread by bringing up not relevant topics. Why is that true?

R60. Don't be ridiculous. Of course I know many normal, sane men who'd never hurt an animal. My BF of about 30 years is extremely kind. So is my BFF (a man) whose Naval Officer career involved handling physically aggressive conflicts when women were 1st brought onto Navy ships. No one but him wanted to deal with the inherent problems, especially with the temptations in the Philippines on R&R. I gravitate towards men, often who are gay, when in social situations as well.
I could go on and on about the angels who've rescued me in the past but again I don't want to participate with those who are desperately trying to derail this thread.
by Anonymous | reply 68 | January 25, 2019 2:38 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 69 | January 25, 2019 2:40 AM |
R65, If you own DL, I'd like to see verifiable proof. Otherwise I must ask why do you feel so powerless and helpless in your own personal and professional life that you must come to DL and control the narrative? What's your problem? I'll make a bet you've physically abused your partners in the past, and that you also have serious rage issues.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | January 25, 2019 2:43 AM |
R687, If you and other posters are convinced that BF is the paragon of virtue, and that he was the one that wanted Nichol to leave, then please show me documented evidence. Also WHERE are all of the posts from his ex-girlfriends championing him as a Christ-like being who supposedly rescues fallen angels?
Yes I would have said very kind things about my roommates' boyfriends in public. Privately I often told them the total opposite, to the extent that I thought that they would listen to me. That's what being supportive and having girlfriends means.
I'm sure most of the people reading these words have had break-ups with their partners. Now how many of you would write comments similar to the ones Nichol's friends are saying all over Social Media? How about the reverse situation, would your exes of either sex be saying you were violent towards them?

R64, "The millionaire boyfriend pings...hard. Not sure what that means for the case though."
OK. We've got a "god-fearing Baptist" in a small Southern, TX town from a wealthy, socially established family. He hasn't been married, and hasn't fathered any children that has been acknowledged in the media, so far.
According to DL traditional thought processes, there's a good chance BF isn't 100% straight. Anyone have any more info? Clues he pings. . . hard?
by Anonymous | reply 73 | January 25, 2019 2:51 AM |
Davida, why don't you just admit that you are lying and making up tons of stories about the boyfriend and talking to Nichol's aunt whom whoever the hell. You were caught in your lies in the last thread and you continue to spin tall tales here.
by Anonymous | reply 74 | January 25, 2019 2:52 AM |
R74, It's your choice to believe me or to consider my posts inaccurate. Please post contradictory, documented evidence.
Many DL posters have appreciated the media articles and info on BF's business that I have posted. Some of the info is actually very supportive of him.
by Anonymous | reply 75 | January 25, 2019 3:08 AM |
R75, You haven't backed up one thing you've said. All you have said is so and so posted that CW chased his ex with a gun, that so and so said that he attacked the family dog... that's all hearsay. I can say the earth is flat, it doesn't make it true. You never even linked to the posts. Not that I would believe what comes out of that Facebook page anyway.

Here's his house. It wouldn't have been hard to get into this community unseen
by Anonymous | reply 77 | January 25, 2019 3:21 AM |
Btw, just to make another point. If he was so abusive, and the way he's being described is psychopathic, then why haven't her friends gone on record? They seem to have the press on speed dial. Why has no one said, I saw him being abusive, I've seen his temper, I've seen bruises, Nichol confided in me... something to give the allegations some merit. Why is everything dropping in anonymous, suspect SM posts? Her friends and exes are so insistent that Nichol didn't do it, yet eerily silent on record as to why they think CW was responsible.

R78, No official record to the paps because LE said not to do so, as it would hurt their future prosecution case against the BF. That's standard procedure.
Also even the Daily Mail would get sued if they printed anything slightly inflammatory, even if it's just here say or a statement from a friend.

R76, Be patient and wait for the trial to hear all of the evidence against the BF.

by Anonymous | reply 84 | January 25, 2019 5:26 AM |
So, if CW hired a hitman, the theory would be the he manufactured a dispute with Nichol so that he could conveniently have an alibi by sleeping elsewhere that night. Then the hit happens - with the supposed suicide/murder scenario being the ultimate gaslighting.

The family and friends are too busy counting the money they swindled from people giving eagerly to the GFM of NO and kids.

Any news about the killer mom?
by Anonymous | reply 88 | January 25, 2019 8:13 AM |
It's not unheard of for a teenage daughter of a woman to end up in a sexual relationship with the woman's boyfriend.
If this were to have happened in this case, it would give Nichol sufficient motivation to kill the daughter involved, to kill herself, and to kill the other remaining daughter for the sake of completeness.
by Anonymous | reply 89 | January 25, 2019 8:15 AM |
Nichol just went off and killed everyone at home that night. Hopefully we’ll find out the reason. Lucky for CW and the deplorable son and brother weren’t home.
by Anonymous | reply 90 | January 25, 2019 8:25 AM |
Eh, R89, the mother was better looking than the daughter. Yup, R90, I think she would have taken out anyone that was there that night. CW, in particular, had a lucky escape.
by Anonymous | reply 91 | January 25, 2019 8:41 AM |
[quote]Eh, [R89], the mother was better looking than the daughter
Huh? Did you really just say that? LOL. You sound very naive about men and what motivates them. First, no, Mom wasn't "better looking". The daughter was much more naturally pretty and also very young, which some creepy men prefer. In fact, CW may have chosen NO specifically to get at her kids. This was my first thought when the story broke, because they were such a mis-matched couple in every way.
Second, why do you assume woman's looks determine whether a man will stray?
by Anonymous | reply 92 | January 25, 2019 9:37 AM |
R89, that is a possibility. A disgusting one, but yes. I don’t know why it hasn’t been brought up more often or sooner. As r92 points out, it’s not about who’s prettier. If he were raping one of the daughters (yes, it would be rape) - or even flirting with her - that would be a trigger for what she did.
And a perfect segue to ask again - are there any photos of her with her daughters? Nobody has been able to find one yet. So elusive.
by Anonymous | reply 93 | January 25, 2019 11:02 AM |
Still no photos with the 2 daughters. She didn’t want the pretty, young girls to upstage her.
by Anonymous | reply 94 | January 25, 2019 12:07 PM |
As for her income, remember in addition to her earnings she had three fathers over 22? years paying child support. She started young, from SM and family interviews, it appears the girls were brought with mucho family support. Which is great, they appeared to be lovely girls. They were provided for. With that said, conversely, the mother wasn’t a typical single mom. Had plenty of time to date, travel, and xtensiv social life, workout, plastic surgery..every weekend with relatives? No photos mom with kids, but lots glamour shots. She could have been nice person, but perhaps not very involved or mature mom.
by Anonymous | reply 95 | January 25, 2019 12:11 PM |
Sometimes when teen has child, it becomes the family’s child. More of a group effort to parenting.
How many of you here who work have a million friends and SO, perfect appearance, fit, etc. it takes time! When you are a responsible working adult, precious little extra time. Family relationships, etc.. ...not a lot of time and energy to devote to making and maintaining friendships, being out on town, selfies SM etc. .
by Anonymous | reply 96 | January 25, 2019 12:18 PM |
R36 CW was a LOT hotter before he started dating NO and grew that disgusting beard. That was her “styling” him? Gross.

by Anonymous | reply 98 | January 25, 2019 12:37 PM |
R98, I’m not buying Montez’s statements that she made good choices regarding the kids. He’s being... gracious. He was far away with his wife, his sister was filling in for him by having Alexa stay with her every weekend. NO had several writs of withholding on him. And I can’t imagine that he approved of the frequent moves and people she was living with.
Ugh. I’m not shitting on the guy. He was probably doing his best and I don’t doubt he loved his daughter (and even the younger sister). It was a bad situation, I don’t think he was bad.
by Anonymous | reply 99 | January 25, 2019 12:54 PM |
And I know that this is probably neither here nor there, but it’s just an observation. NO seemed to like Latino men. Charlie is whitebread.
And he (from the limited things I’ve seen on SM) dated generic blondes. (“Former Baylor cheerleader”, as some DLer called it, comes to mind.)
Their pairing seems like a departure for both of them. Maybe they were trying to break their patterns? (But plus ça change...)

In case you have to subscribe....this is what the article states....
A week after the creation of an online fundraising site that stated it wanted answers to the killings of Nichol Olsen and her daughters, donors are asking how the money is going to be used.
The ******** site, ‘Searching for the Truth,’ was created by Olsen’s friends on Jan. 17. It raised $55,000 in five days; it crossed $60,000 Wednesday.
‘There are countless unanswered questions and we, as well as many, are waiting for answers,’ wrote Susan Khalil and Nicole Baptiste, its creators. ‘Please help us in our mission to seek the truth.’
As of Thursday, the fundraiser’s creators had repeatedly declined to answer on the record how exactly the money will be used.
[SBM]
On Tuesday, Salazar announced the FBI would join the investigation and help analyze forensic evidence.
Khalil then posted an update to the fundraising campaign, which said that because of the FBI’s participation, she and Baptiste ‘MAY or MAY NOT need to allocate the funds under the premise in which they were raised.’
Khalil said in a phone interview Thursday that they are currently not content with the FBI's level of involvement and will continue to ‘search for the truth.’
‘The FBI is assisting in the investigation. They are not taking over,’ she said. ‘If anyone has a problem with money that they contributed, and they’re uncomfortable, I’m more than willing to give them back their money.’
The FBI’s involvement appears to have donors concerned over the use of the money.
‘The FBI is now involved. What specifically is the intended goal of $100,000 raised to be used for? Private investigators? That sum seems excessive, particularly when any private investigation could in no way match the resources and skills of the FBI,’ wrote an online commenter.
Several others, however, wrote that they assumed the money would be used to help with funeral expenses or education for her surviving son — and that they were OK with that.
Salazar said Thursday that no one connected to the ‘Searching for the Truth’ ******** site has been in contact with his office.
He doubts a second medical examiner’s report will come to a different conclusion or that a private investigator could uncover evidence the authorities don’t already have.
‘Look, some people are never going to be convinced,’ Salazar said. ‘You’ll never convince 100 percent of the people. I can’t worry about that. All we can do is go where the evidence takes us.’”
by Anonymous | reply 102 | January 25, 2019 1:51 PM |
R102, thanks for that.
The GoFundMe is a big old scam, as are most fundraising events and foundations. I’m sure the criminal son is getting any money for his “education”, either.
Which reminds me... has anyone ever said where he attends “college”? I haven’t seen any mention.
by Anonymous | reply 103 | January 25, 2019 1:57 PM |
R102 I think the tide has turned from NO "would never do this" to hmmm?....she might have?!! Give it another few days and more questions asked by the public. I think everyone is coming out of the fog and shock of the event bc quite frankly this community is tight knit and in the 5 years I've lived there nothing like this went down.

R102. R107 Son is said to be living and working for his father. FB post allude to him not being in school and that "left-over" funds be directed toward him in case he decides to attend college later.

To the people still saying he was molesting the daughter, I think it's safe to say that it would have been revealed in the autopsy. So time to give it A rest. Not evry man is pervert
R100, her son looks 100% white and was designated as such in his arrest descriptions, so I assume his father is white. Since then it seems like she's gone for latinos. I've only ever seen one pic of a Charlie ex and she sort of resembled NO.
In R102 it sounds like Salazar is backtracking big time. He's finally saying what many of us have since the ME report. A little too late now after all the misleading info he gave out. I think he knows he's going to be proven wrong. It sounded ridiculous when he was saying M-S, but not sure if it was Nichol's doing. The friends are just the most arrogant people ever! If they are "not satisfied with the FBI" (another indication that their efforts to pin it on Charlie are failing). Excuse me, but who the hell put them in charge? They are going to pocket the GFM money. Even if they gave to the son, which I doubt, why does a healthy 22 year old man require a GFM? This is the biggest shit show I've ever seen.
by Anonymous | reply 109 | January 25, 2019 4:20 PM |
R108 The son is part Korean (women that spoke at the vigil said this) and his father James W Nobles II is half Korean. And it appears he is 41 which means he was 18/19 when NO got pregnant with Skylar which would explain why she was able to marry him at such a young age.
by Anonymous | reply 110 | January 25, 2019 4:37 PM |
The son looks white? Put your glasses on, he looks part Asian/part Latino to me. I’ve never seen a white European with those features.
by Anonymous | reply 111 | January 25, 2019 4:42 PM |
In mugshots he looks totally white to me and that's what race was put down both times. The Instagram pic was a little more ambiguous. He's still 50% white, 25% Korean and 25% Latino/black or whatever other race NO was.
by Anonymous | reply 112 | January 25, 2019 4:57 PM |
R110 That also means that he committed sexual assault of a child under the laws of Texas (if she was 14 when she got pregnant and he was 18/19). Not relevant whatsoever to this investigation but I wonder if that’s why they got married—to keep him from being arrested.
by Anonymous | reply 113 | January 25, 2019 5:42 PM |
Nichol’s life is sounding worse than we’ve heard so far. Far from what some people in here are trying to paint her. If the age of the first baby daddy is true she was a victim of statutory rape. The plot thickens.
by Anonymous | reply 114 | January 25, 2019 8:39 PM |
I think it was evident from the beginning that a woman who had her first kid at 15 and was in an unhealthy, volatile relationship with the man she and her daughters lived with had issues with picking men. Likely also self esteem issues and poor examples growing up. It doesn’t scream murderer to me but if she wasn’t suspected of a M-S I’d still think she was a victim of a hard life. If it turns out that she’s guilty, there’s no excuses for what she did. However, her life isn’t one I’d want anyone to have to live. She had a lot of set backs from parents dying very young to failed relationships to a statutory rape and teen marriage to a jailbird son and still being in bad relationship at 37, almost 20 years since she married hubby #1.

You can tell at least one of BF's lawyers is expecting a major courtroom trial and at least 2 Civil lawsuits by the way he's handling the media. Carefully read everything that he says, and how he restricts BF's words & actions.
Also please read the following per Websters' Dictionary: " Legal Definition of person of interest: A person who is believed to be possibly involved in a crime but has not been charged or arrested."
Now you can understand exactly why BF's attorney strongly objected to the Sheriff's use of POI, and officially asked him to stop calling BF "POI." Of course the Sheriff refused the request.
Media article proving the above linked in my next post.

R116 How long does it take to post a link? Waiting...
by Anonymous | reply 117 | January 25, 2019 10:08 PM |
Please carefully read between the lines re the exchange between the reporter and 1 of BF's criminal defense attorneys.
Don't know if it's the same attorney, although I suspect it is him, but his impressive employment history (Assistant DA) and work history (successfully and repeatedly defending the accused in capital murder cases) convinces me that he is the top dog in representing clients on trial in death penalty cases. Now WHY select such a high priced lawyer if one believes he's 100% innocent?
Also I find it interesting that BF's attorneys have arranged through their recently hired PR Team to keep Charlie Weaver's name OUT of all media. Even in the last CW multiple murder case initially he was referred to as the "grieving, devastated, still in shock husband (OK Charlie Weaver would be called BF) of the deceased. The last CW was always named in all media articles. Why isn't Charlie Weaver named?
by Anonymous | reply 118 | January 25, 2019 10:13 PM |
R118, Weaver? You can't even get a basic fact correct. His surname is Wheeler.
by Anonymous | reply 119 | January 25, 2019 10:37 PM |
R119, Apologies as I've been referring to him as "BF." Of course his name is Charlie (Charles?) Wheeler. However everything else I've said is 100% correct including the fact that he had THREE attorneys. One was an Asst DA for 12 years, and according to his resume specializes in CAPITAL MURDER DEFENSE CASES.
R119, Please explain to me why one of Mr. Wheeler's 3 attorneys is acting so very aggressively towards a San Antonio reporter who's only trying to do his job by letting the public hear a statement from the BF. Again have you ever heard of a case where a man not yet charged with any crime has such an attack dog so early on? If I were that San Antonio reporter I'd be searching for dirt on both the attorney and Charlie Wheeler in retaliation.
by Anonymous | reply 120 | January 25, 2019 10:57 PM |
' high priced lawyer if one believes he's 100% innocent?"
Because of people like you, that's why!!!!!!!!! He's been thinly accused by her friends, her family, her ex and people like you all over the internet from day 1. Hell, even the Sheriff is implying wrong doing. Why the hell wouldn't he hire the brightest and the best attorneys money could buy? I'd employ 10 from the minute I walked in and found the bodies.
by Anonymous | reply 121 | January 25, 2019 10:59 PM |
Don't be silly, R121. The truly innocent only hire a bumbling dunce attorneys.
by Anonymous | reply 122 | January 25, 2019 11:03 PM |
R121, Sure, Charlie Wheeler is rich, and the super wealthy would automatically hire an attorney. That wasn't my question. WHY did he have to hire THREE lawyers? Why choose the most costly top CAPITAL MURDER DEFENSE lawyer in the entire area?
Also WHY keep Charlie Wheeler's name out of the media? Wouldn't a 100% innocent party want to be referred to as "the deeply grieving and in shock boyfriend?" By the way don't you think Wheeler should have immediately reached out to both girls' relatives? Also to her son? Why didn't he do so?
by Anonymous | reply 123 | January 25, 2019 11:06 PM |
R122, You should know better than to make such an extremely silly statement.
The 100% innocent hire a competent attorney who's not the top tier, most expensive in the county. Many, many criminal defense attorneys between the incompetent ones and the #1 in the entire area. Or do you think all attorneys BF could possibly hire have served as Asst DA for 12 years?
R122, That's the equivalent of a director needing a day player for 1 line almost any competent actor could handle, but instead insisting on paying for the top wage earner in SAG-AFTRA who has a minimum weekly rate plus benes & expenses & luxury accommodations.

R121, You'd really hire 10 attorneys if you were 100% innocent? Name anyone in the history of the US legal system who's hired 10 different lawyers when not guilty of a murder. Would 10 different attorneys even agree to work with each other on the same exact case?
Even Mr. T. Cullen Davis (will have to double check if I've got the correct initial of his name, as otherwise certain DL posters won't believe anything else I write as valid) who was said to have bought his way out of jail, when he should have died in prison for murder didn't hire 10 different attorneys. Watch "TX Justice" on YouTube. It's the series on which Dallas was supposedly based.

What do we think about the livelihood of CW suing some of NO’s friends for defamation? It’s not the easiest tort to prove but it gets easier for him bc in TX it’s “per se” defamation to accuse someone of a crime. None of them have any money (nor does he need it), so if it happens it will be to make a point more than anything. I personally hope he unleashes the dogs on them and completely bankrupts them by forcing them to defend themselves. Even if he never sees a dime. Social media is still relatively new in the big scheme of things, and people need to recognize that, even though you’re behind a computer screen, there are still consequences to what you post if it proves to be false. One big reason a lot of MSM artilces arent mentioning CW? Because they know the legal consequences! I bet the GFM money ends up paying for her gross/thirsty friends legal fees when they get pummeled by Wheeler’s legal team. GAME ON. Can’t wait for that thread.

The women in R132-R134 are all pretty plain and underwhelming. If that’s the best an attractive, young millionaire can do in Texas I can see why he went for Nichol. The girl at 134 is a homely woman painted up for a night out and looks much older than she probably was at the time.

He doesn't need a pr team or to issue a statement to find the murderers, R197, because she's already been found. The killer is Nichol Olsen. Facts are facts. ME said it was a M-S, that's all people with a functional brain need to know to deduce what happened; despite what Sheriff Doolittle says.
by Anonymous | reply 159 | January 26, 2019 1:46 AM |

[quote] However everything else I've said is 100% correct including the fact that he had THREE attorneys.
I don't give a shit one way or the, but I need to make a comment about this--
No one hires three, four, or ten lawyers out of their own innocence or guilt. That's not the way hiring a lawyer works.
You go to a lawyer (ONE) and you have a chat about the charges. That lawyer says to you, "I can take the case, but it's going to be complicated, so I'm going to need to consult with lawyer X, who specializes in [specific part of evidence or charge or questioning witnesses or whatever]. I'm also going to need to consult with Y, who's going to take on [a different specific part]."
The lead lawyer tells the client who needs to be hired/how many; not the other way around.

R161 Are you a lawyer? Because I am (in TX) and you are either lying to push your agenda, making ignorant assumptions, or a really dumb person (possibly lawyer). Whatever the case, you’re wrong.
by Anonymous | reply 163 | January 26, 2019 2:03 AM |
R163, I don't have an agenda. Like I said, I have no interest in this case: I am just a casual reader.
But I have friends who are attorneys, 1 a criminal defense attorney. I have a friend I've known since high school who was one of the team prosecuting a very famous shooter. Over the years, we have talked about their cases.
Maybe they are more successful than you are?
by Anonymous | reply 164 | January 26, 2019 2:07 AM |
R164 I am actually a prosecutor—not sure if that means I’m “successful” or not (depends on who you ask, but I’m sure you know that with all of your friends being lawyers and all). But I am confident about how “hiring a lawyer works” and the fact that there is absolutely nothing nefarious about CW or his defense counsel.
by Anonymous | reply 165 | January 26, 2019 2:17 AM |
R164 Also, if you have no interest in this case or the outcome, why are you even reading those AND going so far as to post about it? Weird. Maybe you should go hang out with your super successful lawyer friends instead.

An extremely wealthy friend and her boyfriend killed her husband. They refused to talk to the police and hired lawyers IMMEDIATELY. The body was discovered a few days later at 5 pm and they had hired attorney's by 8 pm that night. She hired an attorney who specialized in defending women who murder their husbands. She did volunteer DNA, but refused to answer any questions. The police knew they did it. The boyfriend ended up being tried and convicted 2 and a half years later, she ended up dying of cancer

Chris Watts didn’t hire a lawyer immediately. He also made a big statement begging his (deceased and he knew it) wife to come home.
His mistress lawyered up and did a newspaper interview in her lawyer’s office. Does that make her guilty?
What is the logic of people thinking only guilty people hire lawyers? The smart ones do.
by Anonymous | reply 172 | January 26, 2019 3:10 AM |
I find it sad that so many people want the boyfriend to be guilty. I mean some of the scenarios are absurd. I've seen people say he forced her to shoot herself after he killed the daughters, that he hired a hitman, that he planted the gun on her. I mean it all sounds insane. Yes, sometimes set-ups happen, but out of hundreds of thousands of murders, how many times has that happened? Not a lot. I hope the FBI's involvement will speed up the process and end this once and for all.

R173 Agree 100%. Her friends are at fault. They are wrong and foul and still won’t back down (although I have seen them back off the new posts). They are trash and LOVE the attention. And they also lack a moral compass so, in their minds, they’ll say whatever lie they need to in order to make ppl listen/agree.
by Anonymous | reply 174 | January 26, 2019 3:30 AM |
Her friends also bully any and every one that dares to offer a counter opinion to them. Even on the supposed “neutral” FB pages. My friend got attacked for giving an opinion about the ME report. One girl went so far as to send her a private message telling her she was a fool and ordering her to stop posting about the case. It was creepy, quite frankly.

The following statement is from Alexa's father, Carlos Montez:
There are 5 stages of grief. I'm well past the first. So pardon my inability to remain silent in the second. But how does a man have the weakness to let others speak for him? I speak for myself. No one speaks for me. How do you allow a woman and her two children to die under your roof, in your home, on your watch?
Then allow your spokesperson to imply that the ME report should be good enough? Call me whatever you want, but I would demand answers if that happened in my home. If I had the money to offer a reward, I would offer all I had for information that lead to the truth.
But at the very least, I wouldn't ship one of the child's belongings to her next of kin. I would open up my home for them to see where she lived and share precious moments with them. I wouldn't pay someone to box up their things and ship them like it was something I needed removed.
I would have made every effort to at least spell their name correctly.
You "demonized" yourself.

On Nichol's IG page, there are a total of 21 posts from the last 17 months. Four of them are of one or more of her children, and one of her with her son. And in all of these posts, the caption makes it clear that they are her own (e.g., “Happy 21 st birthday to my handsome son!”; “Could not ask for anything more! My world!”; “First day of high school and 4th grade. Time flies so far”).
Nichol_O

While I feel for Alexa's father, what did he expect? He and others have been accusing the guy of murder. Even in the post he's implying that even if he didn't do it, he allowed it to happen. Come on, how could he have known? These people need to start facing reality and stop looking for others to blame. Why would Charlie want anything to do with them? My guess is that he is going to get rid of that house the first chance he gets. Smart move.

R195 Wow. That’s cold.
by Anonymous | reply 198 | January 26, 2019 5:09 PM |
Yep that’s not a normal reaction to having your girlfriend and her children shot in your home after you had an argument and left. Even assuming it was a M/S and the relationship was unhealthy, I can’t imagine us grief, the shock, the guilt.....I think I would be reaching out to the family if I was innocent. Of course, they will want an investigation and they may even accuse me but I know for sure I couldn’t pack up the kids belongings and ship them to a relative with no communication. Something was really off in their relationship or the extended family dynamics or with CW. It’s very unusual that a man who chose to live with Nichol and her children and opened his home to them would now have so little empathy, even for the kids. There’s a big part of the puzzle still missing here.
by Anonymous | reply 199 | January 26, 2019 5:23 PM |
R197, If I were Charlie Wheeler I would have had my secretary or personal assistant contact both London's and Alexa's families and ask them what they would like done with the victims' personal possessions.
I can imagine that their relatives might want to have a moment of silence, perhaps with a priest or minister, at the spot where they died. Easily it could have done while Weaver was at work.
Would that have been asking too much courtesy to the grieving families?
Even if he was 100% convinced it was a case of M - S, still Charlie Weaver had to know Nichol's daughters were totally innocent. Weaver seems like a very cold and callous human being.
by Anonymous | reply 200 | January 26, 2019 5:34 PM |
Non celebrity gay man may need a beard if his family were strongly against gays and controlled the money.
by Anonymous | reply 201 | January 26, 2019 5:48 PM |
R199, but whose fault is that? Yes, he might not have felt a connection to the kids, so why would mom move in with him? I do agree that they seemed like a strange couple. He didn't pack up the things BTW, the dad's post stated someone else did it. I don't think CW wants to step foot back into that house. I know I wouldn't.
I think at this point CW might feel a lot of anger towards Nichol for not only doing what she did, but also putting him in the worst kind of position. He might be feeling the hell with her and her family. I do wonder if the ex is still disseminating negative information about Charlie because he wants a payday through a civil suit. It would totally be better for them in multiple ways if Charlie was the the murderer and this wasn't a M-S.
R201- I think he would've picked a much better, less complicated beard if he were gay. Some good looking guys simply go for unattractive woman. Besides, we've only seen the one ex.

"It doesn’t make a lot of sense that he’s literally accumulating an entire defense team of high-dollar criminal lawyers just to “protect his rights”.
Mark Stevens alone is hugely well known and highly regarded here in SA. If this case was as open and shut and some folks would have us believe, why is CW assembling an entire defense team? Seems like overkill if he just fears being railroaded by Nichol's friends."
Why not hire a lawyer who's well regarded but not the best criminal defense in the entire area?
by Anonymous | reply 203 | January 26, 2019 5:53 PM |
R202 I agree completely. Charlie will probably never step foot in that house again. My guess, he’s having the entire house packed up, not just the kids’ stuff, so he never has to go back. What was he supposed to do with their belongings? I guess he could have trashed them, but then they’d be bashing him for that. Her family has been implying that he is a murderer all over the media—why would he reach out to them or allow them into his home for that matter? They’re insane and in denial. And yes, probably salivating at the thought of getting money out of CW via civil suit. That being said, the timing of the delivery sucks and doesn’t look great (the funeral is today), and I can’t imagine what the father is going through. It’s so so sad. But he needs a reality check and to redirect his anger at his ex wife. And why would CW offer a reward for information when we already know exactly what happened? There is no killer on the loose. NO shot her two kids and then herself. The end.

Here we go again. Just like the other CW (thank god nonseems to care about him anymore) this one is getting a lot of sympathy.
Red Flag 1) spouse/lover 9 times out of ten is the killer.
Red Fla 2) CW was the last one to see them alive. I’m not going to guess what the odds are. I’m sure they are high.
by Anonymous | reply 206 | January 26, 2019 6:10 PM |
R204, totally agree. He is probably having the entire place packed up, including his things. I didn't know the funerals were today, it does come off as looking pretty bad. That said, I think anything he did would have been criticized. If he called, they'd find something to pick apart he said. If his assistant called, they would say 'why couldn't he call.' Ultimately, I don't think he wants anything more to do with them, hence the cold way he's handling things. I'm actually surprised that LE has let the house be cleared out already.
by Anonymous | reply 207 | January 26, 2019 6:23 PM |

If you hire the best lawyer, you’re even more guilty.
by Anonymous | reply 208 | January 26, 2019 6:23 PM |
I’m sure Wheeler was advised by LE and his lawyers to have no contact with the families of the victims.
And I wouldn’t want the trashy greedy people accusing me of murder into my home or anywhere near my property. That’s insane.
by Anonymous | reply 209 | January 26, 2019 6:35 PM |
R209 Right? It’s like these people are delusional. CW walks in to a blood bath in his home and has to see 3 dead bodies due to no fault of his own (other than having terrible judgment and dating a now-proven psychopath), and THEN he’s not allowed to grieve or even process the whole nightmare bc he is immediately accused of wretched crimes all over SM by her shithead friends and family. So THEN he has to shell out big money to defend himself against a crime that he hasn’t even been charged with (or even named a suspect in, for that matter). All the whole knowing that even when this is all over and he’s completely cleared, the damage to his reputation can never be truly undone. His life will never be the same. But these people (animals seems like a better term) have the audacity to say (again on SM/publically, which is disingenuous on its face) that he owes them something??? That he should have asked them over to his house? F that. They are insane and complete, self-important trash. He owes them nothing. They owe him an apology.
by Anonymous | reply 210 | January 26, 2019 6:48 PM |
R210, Clear signs exist that a 2nd autopsy isn't necessary because there's going to be an arrest and a trial. FBI has found electronic evidence eliminating the possibility of M - S. Once that occurs, how will you respond?
by Anonymous | reply 211 | January 26, 2019 6:57 PM |
If he had invited them over to the house, they would have called him callous as 3 horrific deaths took place there. They would have complained about being asked to pack up their loved ones stuff in their time of grieving. CW really can't win, no matter what he does. Probably better to try to diffuse the situation by going quiet and waiting on the FBI. I notice the father is not accusing him of murder, but of allowing a murder-suicide to happen in his house.
by Anonymous | reply 212 | January 26, 2019 6:57 PM |

R215 I read somewhere that one of the daughters had Amazon Alexa on her phone and that the FBI was waiting on that evidence. If this is true, the whole thing could have been recorded I believe. Could be what R11 is referring to.
by Anonymous | reply 216 | January 26, 2019 7:12 PM |
R216, is that a fact? I’d love to know if it did record anything.

by Anonymous | reply 217 | January 26, 2019 7:19 PM |
R216 Amazon Alexa is a device, it’s not “on your phone.” It would be amazing evidence though...to prove NO shot her kids. R211 should answer for themselves. But they won’t bc they have no such evidence to report. Any evidence in this case further backs up ME’s report.
by Anonymous | reply 218 | January 26, 2019 7:21 PM |
The desperate defense of Charlie Wheeler is very transparent. I don’t think I’ve read one honest comment by a friend of his. Everything is a slam at NO or an attempt to push the M/S theory as an established fact. Meanwhile it’s two weeks later, the FBI is involved, and it’s clear this was no open and shut suicide. Of all the mothers committing m/s with kids as victims that have been raised in discussion, I do not believe any investigation took anywhere near this long . A true m/s is easy to determine. I don’t need Charlie to be guilty. If the FBI clears him, I can accept that. But it would be nice to see someone from his life give an honest statement without being a prick. Charlie Wheeler may not be a murderer- but he’s definitely a cold-hearted lowlife and so is everyone making excuses for his shitty behavior. Poor little rich boy, ...you should all get together with the Covington kids and have a huge pity party for yourselves. Dry each other’s tears. I’d take NO’s questionable friends and family over the Wheeler team any day.

by Anonymous | reply 222 | January 26, 2019 7:48 PM |
People here need to stop being hypocritical by stating it's unfair to CW, then calling NO a child killer and being classist af. No one here really knows yet and shouldn't demonize on either side. Could even be a third party, wouldn't that be something?
I do think it's unusual for a woman to kill her children, with no known (yet) solid motive. There was little reason to take out older kids if this was just a suicide, revenge or not, her messy suicide would've been enough to disturb any boyfriend that's normal. Obviously it's not impossible either, but was reason enough to be thorough.
by Anonymous | reply 223 | January 26, 2019 7:48 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 224 | January 26, 2019 7:50 PM |
It's not a 'theory' R219, it's an establish FACT by the ME. The reason it's taking so long is because LE, particularly Salazar, at BCSO seem like real dumbasses. I said this on the last thread, but there was a murder in NJ around Thanksgiving that was way more complicated than this one and the police made an arrest within days. They didn't hold multiple press conferences and talk to the media to basically say nothing. Like I said, that case way more complex than this, the brother is awaiting trial and his crimes were even worse. He set fire to his own house to throw off LE. Co-workers went on record to talk about the brothers and their relationship in recent years. There wasn't this passive/aggressive SM bullshit posts like her friends and family are pushing. As a whole, this case feels like it's a parody of some kind, which is so sad for those two girls.
I really feel so many people are so against CW because he is rich, white and especially because he is a man. There is zero evidence that supports him killing those people.

At least we are keeping it classy and talking shit privately. We are also operating under the assumption that this was a M-S bc the ME said girls were murdered and NO was suicide. And the ME seems like only grown up that’s worked on the case. Under that theory, NO deserves to be destroyed. She took the lives of 2 beautiful children. Stole them from their fathers and families. She’s the worst type of person. I have no problem calling her she what she is and maybe her friends and ex husbands should open their eyes. It’s shameful.

How is this site one-sided when I've seen (ridiculous) theories here that NO is being framed. I assume that is your third possibility. I assure I am not a friend of CW and never heard of any of these people before this case. Facts and logic tell me NO killed her daughters. I think that deserves a lot of venom spewed her way. What facts do you have that support your third possibility?

*Homicides
As far as the GFM R233, this is what the friend said when asked: "Forensic pathologist can do their job even after burial." Like that really makes sense. They can do it later and not when the crime scene still has integrity and the bodies can still be thoroughly examined.

Why would anyone post anything but happy pictures of themselves in SM? Gullible people. ME ruled suicied for NO. She’s the only adult in the house.
by Anonymous | reply 236 | January 26, 2019 8:55 PM |
If she killed herself, and I see no reason to doubt the ME, then no other explanation makes sense to me (that someone else killed the girls - why??) She had a reason to kill them - to get revenge on their no good daddies who haven't been perfect towards her in every way. And parent just kill their kids sometimes - 500 or so cases a year. There are only rare, if any, cases of a boyfriend killing just the kids of their partner but not the partner. The odds are on NO as the murderer.
If the ME is wrong and NO was murdered too, the odds are on CW (or less likely, one of the baby daddies, but both of them seem to love their own child, so that is extremely unlikely)

[234] you’re so right. I completely left the double homocide off my response. I haven’t had the easiest time posting on this site.,yes I knew about that. But it has not been officially ruled that NO murdered her children. Just they were murdered. I don’t know what a third scenario would be exactly, but I can think of many. I’m a mom, and just have a hard time understanding how a fully functioning mom, who loved her children, (I know you’ll say hearsay) would murder their children.

Basically the GFM will not be used as it was initially stated by NO’s friends? Hmmmm.
by Anonymous | reply 239 | January 26, 2019 9:13 PM |
If NO friends just defended her by saying she was someone who loved life and her children and wouldn’t do this, without any bashing of CW, would the discussion be more civil?
by Anonymous | reply 240 | January 26, 2019 9:17 PM |
R212, You are mistaken. The polite, considerate thing to do would be to have a 3rd party contact the distraught fathers and to ask them how they would like to collect their daughters' belongings. Bringing a minister or church member along would not be unreasonable. Perhaps the fathers' would have preferred to send a friend to collect the possessions instead. Either way their input should have been considered.
by Anonymous | reply 241 | January 26, 2019 9:31 PM |
R213, MSM won't report anything until it actually happens.
Look what happened to the San Antonio reporter who tried to get a statement from Charlie Weaver. His attack dog of an attorney tried to chew him to pieces. I've never seen a lawyer come across so aggressively in print when his client hasn't even been arrested.
Usually legal teams are formal and businesslike at this point of the game, encouraging the readership to stay open minded as to who's actually guilty.
by Anonymous | reply 242 | January 26, 2019 9:34 PM |
To the above posters, very experienced ME in the USA and elsewhere are often wrong in determining if it's a case of M - S, or if a professional hit man has arranged the crime scene to make it appear to be a M - S. This is the #1 occurrence where ME have changed their findings.
by Anonymous | reply 243 | January 26, 2019 9:45 PM |
R234, I think the Sheriff is solely responsible for making this case sound more complicated than it really is. He definitely likes the attention, but there might also be pressure from the commmunity to pin this on the bf. Maybe someone who is from that area can shed some light on what people there are thinking. When it first happened, even with the hint of M-S, I still was open to the possibility that CW did it. After the ME report, learning of the fight with bf and generally listening to the dim witted Sheriff, the only reasonable conclusion I came to was that NO did it. Go to the the previous thread and you'll see how many mothers have killed their kids. From all races, socio-economic backgrounds, locations. It's sad, but it does happen.
I think the friends are responsible for the innuendo, but I think regular people on SM are making up stories. There is someone here that posted that the Sheriff claimed in a interview that his sister was getting calls from CW exes saying that he was abusive. A linked video showed that the Sheriff said no such thing. The poster (R211) has also claimed CW chased around a gf with a gun, slammed another's head in a dashboard, and that she knows from the FBI that his arrest is imminent. When you ask for links or even posts to substantiate these claims, she never has any. The friends put it out there, which spawned some really crazy people. If these claims are reported to a respected news outlet, I'd be inclined to believe it more and if the ME reverses his findings, I will be the first one to say CW is the prime suspect. Until then I buy the M-S.

[quote]I can imagine that their relatives might want to have a moment of silence, perhaps with a priest or minister, at the spot where they died. Easily it could have been done while Weaver was at work. Would that have been asking too much courtesy to the grieving families?
Yes. It's a crime scene. And these are the people accusing him of murder. No way I'd let them anywhere near my property. They can have all the memorials the want.....elsewhere.

r241. Like I said, no matter what was done, it wouldn't be to anyone's satisfaction. If he did that, you would still find fault and say why is he trying to suck up to the father or why isn't he calling him personally, and that he must be trying to hide something.
by Anonymous | reply 246 | January 26, 2019 9:53 PM |
Oh, and to that poster who also claimed she was told by Nichol's relative that CW strangled the family dogs and they had to re-home them.
R240, they didn't even have the balls to come right out and bash him themselves. Instead they planted the seed that allowed the unhinged to grow and do their dirty work.
by Anonymous | reply 247 | January 26, 2019 10:02 PM |
I think she killed the kids in a rage because she saw them as an impediment to her relationship with her sugar daddy. She finally landed a big fish after hooking up with several minnows. He probably didn't want kids---or at least he didn't want hers. That may have been what their fight was about. She sure seemed to spend a lot of time away from them. They were shuttled off to relatives more often than not. Could CW's dislike NO's kids be the reason? On their last night together maybe the kids were acting up and being brats. He might have told NO to pack her shit and leave along with the girls. Maybe once she killed them, she had immediate remorse and popped herself as well out of desperate grief.
NO wouldn't be the first mom to feel trapped by motherhood or to off her kids because they got in the way of her love life.
by Anonymous | reply 248 | January 26, 2019 10:16 PM |
I don’t think any reasonable person can expect ones life’s belongings to be packed up in one evening. Don’t think that happened.
by Anonymous | reply 249 | January 26, 2019 10:28 PM |
R248, What you wrote doesn't make any sense. London & Alexa spent a lot of time with their relatives as they lived locally and really loved them. I've said before that Alexa's aunt asked to be goddaughters to both her niece and London. Also that London's aunt planned a Costa Rica trip to visit relatives this summer.
If Nichol actually thought that they were an impediment to her relationship with Charlie Wheeler. I'm sure either of her daughters' aunts or fathers could have handled full-time custody.
Re the previous examples cited where mothers killed their children, all were emotionally and financially overwhelmed and dealing with out-of-control, bratty kids. There's absolutely no evidence whatsoever online or elsewhere that London and Alexa were anything other than well-behaved, disciplined students.
Also Nichol's previous close friend, the French born club owner, still posts on FB that he felt a fatherly affection for London and Alexa. Would he have done so if they were the cause of their breakup? No, the club owner left the city.
If Charlie Wheeler didn't like children, why did he get involved with a mother who had primary custody?
by Anonymous | reply 250 | January 26, 2019 10:47 PM |
That's what I think, R248. Deep down she resented her kids. I mean she's spent over half her life being a mother and didn't seem like she enjoyed it that much. Someone posted upthread that CW dated someone for 3 years and then a year later it appeared she married someone else. Maybe he wasn't looking for marriage and NO was. Maybe in her mind she blamed that on her kids. Of course there is a likelihood that he indeed had buyer's remorse once she, her teen and preteen daughters moved in.

Isn't Alexa's father the one who lives elsewhere so his wife can go to college? So he wasn't even spending time with his own daughter? But now he's father of the year. Hmmmm
by Anonymous | reply 253 | January 26, 2019 11:14 PM |
R253, that’s correct. I don’t know how far away College Station is, but that’s where he and his wife lived. He was also talking about how he wanted to buy her a Jeep and take her to Hawaii. I get the impression that he was a well-meaning dude who couldn’t follow through on his big promises... he was the guy who was in Hawaii (where Alexa was born) and let the brother and took the son and brother into his home. He also had several garnishments on his paycheck for child support.
by Anonymous | reply 254 | January 27, 2019 12:08 AM |
R253, R254, Why are you so quick to condemn a grieving father? Do you know that Alexa's aunt subbed as a part-time caregiver as she lived closer? Alexa had weekly visits to her loving family members.
Cruel to make such judgments when you obviously don't know any of the specific details. WTF is wrong with you?
by Anonymous | reply 255 | January 27, 2019 12:17 AM |
R255 Why did Alexa need a part time caregiver? NO too busy on the wknds drinking margs with her besties and spending CW’s money to take care of her kids? What a loving and doting mother.
by Anonymous | reply 256 | January 27, 2019 12:21 AM |
R254, Alexa's father was in the military. That's why his daughter was born in HI where he was stationed. His career dictates that he's frequently away from home.
College Station is about 3 hours from where Nichol lived. Yes he had specific plans now that Alexa was finally of age and could legally obtain her driver's license to buy her a vehicle within 2 weeks. He discussed what she wanted and where he was going to buy it in an online media article I previously posted.
by Anonymous | reply 257 | January 27, 2019 12:22 AM |
Did the aunts have kids? Cousins are often best friends at that age and want to be together all the time- especially girls. Girls love be sleepovers. There’s nothing wrong with cousins spending weekends together. It’s a good thing
by Anonymous | reply 258 | January 27, 2019 12:24 AM |
R256, Alexa and London did NOT need part-time caregivers. Their relatives WANTED to spend time with them. How can you make such ridiculous statements about total strangers?
Fact is Nichol's friends said they were frequently disappointed because she had to be home at night to help her daughters with her homework rather than going out with them to have fun. Both of the girls' relatives have continuously praised Nichol's parenting skills.
by Anonymous | reply 259 | January 27, 2019 12:26 AM |
My sister always wants to take my daughter for weekends. She’s got younger kids and my daughter is old enough to supervise yet young enough to still play and have fun. When my girl is there my sister doesn’t have to do all the playing- she can make dinner or chill out in the house and take a break. Maybe NO’s daughters had a similar role.
by Anonymous | reply 260 | January 27, 2019 12:28 AM |
R259. GREAT parenting skills. Until she shot her kids. You are one making ridiculous statements.
by Anonymous | reply 261 | January 27, 2019 12:29 AM |
Why would relatives have a problem with her? A good mother who wanted to spend time with their kids wouldn't allow them to go to relatives homes every weekend and probably more. They'd want to spend time with their kids.
"Nichol's friends said" hahaha
by Anonymous | reply 262 | January 27, 2019 12:31 AM |
R259 So If NO works and the kids have school and practice, etc. during the week...and then they were with relatives on the wknds, it doesn’t sound like NO spent much time with them at all. Dinner? Couple hours in the evening? Just an observation.
by Anonymous | reply 263 | January 27, 2019 12:31 AM |
That’s what having older kids is like for a lot of people, R263. They want independence. They have sports and dance and events and friends and it’s more so with girls than boys. It doesn’t mean you are an absent parent.
by Anonymous | reply 264 | January 27, 2019 12:45 AM |

R264 All the more reason not to allow them to spend every weekend in another home, without you, if you want to maintain any amount of a relationship with them.
by Anonymous | reply 266 | January 27, 2019 1:08 AM |
R262, Why would you be so cruel as to condemn a godmother who wants to spend part of every weekend with her goddaughters? Says a lot about a woman who'd want to have her niece's half-sister as her goddaughter as well.
R263, Just a couple of hours nightly? May I ask if you flunked math? More like a couple of hours in the am getting them ready for school, making and serving breakfast. Minimum 4 hours every night, making and serving dinner, helping with homework, etc.
by Anonymous | reply 267 | January 27, 2019 1:54 AM |
R267 Who’s condemning the god mother? And if NO still had to help her 16 yo “get ready for school” then there were more problems that we will ever be able to cover here.
by Anonymous | reply 268 | January 27, 2019 1:58 AM |
R266, So you wouldn't allow her aunt to take your daughter to Costa Rica, to visit her relatives for just part of the summer, since that would mean you wouldn't be able to have a good relationship with her? Excuse me? Do you actually have children of your own? I hope not as you sound extremely controlling.
by Anonymous | reply 269 | January 27, 2019 1:58 AM |
R269 Every weekend and holiday (which is what aunt said at the vigil) is the issue. But nice attempt at spinning and twisting. Since NO’s friends/fans seem to quick to believe everything they read on the internet, I’m reading posts from someone saying the kids didn’t even live with her until recently and didn’t live with her at her “upscale apt complex” where she was before living with CW. Someone said it on the internet so it must be true!!!
by Anonymous | reply 270 | January 27, 2019 2:06 AM |
R268, You're way, way off base here. Or are you such an extremely hateful misogynist? Do you really think a girl with a steady boyfriend, a very good male close friend, a cheerleader in TX where that's still a top goal of most high school students, has major problems?
Helping her daughter get ready for school could include packing her lunch, making sure the cheerleader uniform has been picked up from the dry cleaner, verifying after school activities and transportation to and from, seeing if a special outfit is needed for weekend activities, generally being a top caregiver. Sorry if I didn't spell it out for R268 in my previous post but I thought it was understood what a good mom does for a daughter in the morning.
by Anonymous | reply 271 | January 27, 2019 2:07 AM |
R270, Nichol's family consisted of one brother other than her children. Her aunt had a large family and wanted her goddaughters with her for holidays. Why does that mean Nichol isn't a good mother? She's far, far better than relatives who fight over where a child gets to spend holidays and part of one's vacations.
Please remember Nichol was a single parent, working at least 30 hours a week, plus more than likely doing side work for friends outside the shop as an on-call makeup artist and beautician. Also she was starting a 2nd business with others. Her profession required her to look very good at all times, meaning a lot of hours spent.
Why didn't the posters dissing Nichol spend this much time criticizing Jayme Closs' parents as their daughter spent a lot more time with her aunt as caregiver than she ever did with her married parents who only had one child. When her aunt moved, Jayme was forced to change schools. So who really was the primary caregiver? Yet you say terrible things about a single mother. Why?
by Anonymous | reply 272 | January 27, 2019 2:15 AM |
R267-Where did I condemn the godmother? I condemned Nichol for allowing her kids to sleep out every weekend instead of spending time with them. Their godmother is not their mother. A trip a weekend here and there is fine, but on a consistent basis means the mother wants them out of her way. Nichol was an absentee mother who would've rather partied with her boyfriend and her friends.
by Anonymous | reply 273 | January 27, 2019 2:39 AM |
Many local people firmly believe Charlie Wheeler will soon be arrested.
Ask any of his past girlfriends, or girls he has been with. Ask those who have witnessed him kicked out of clubs, bars, casinos and hotels.
Take a poll of people in the hillhcountry who get awkward when they mention his name.
Check private jet flight records to various locations where others have had to bail him out of trouble.
You can't really check legal records because they have been deleted, or we'e never turned in ... But it doesn't take much digging... The trial will flush it all out.
by Anonymous | reply 274 | January 27, 2019 2:47 AM |
Nichol did not work 30 hours a week R272, she worked m-th a few hours a day. Who the fuck is the godmother? Does she trump the mother? You would think Nichol would want her daughters on holidays. That's the stuff parents fight over.
You make no sense at all. R271, you must be at the youngest 60 and/or never had kids. Who the hell packs lunches for 16 year olds? Transportation, school activities? We are talking about a teenager here not a 10 year old! If she spent time on weekends with friends that is one thing, but hanging with the godmother's family is unacceptable.

R274. "Hanging with the godmother's family, who's also her aunt, is unacceptable?" WHY? WHO ARE YOU to judge a strangers' decisions on the very best parenting arrangements for their children. You would really fight loving, caring relatives so that your child HAS to spend all holidays with you? Pardon me, but whomever would say such a thing is beyond controlling. WTF?
R274, How do you know exactly how many hours Nichol worked? Or if she was paid $$$ to do her friends and acquaintances hair aside from her regular job which many, many makeup artists do so they don't have to take off work to get done up for a special occasion? Your posts are beyond silly.

The living situation is not what it seems to the average middle class person. The paradigm is not a playing house type of scenario but more of a rock star celebrity arrangement.
Charlie Wheeler found her on social media and then hooked up. Then he learned about her kids. Adding them to the mix was not the same as a normal blending family process. More of a source of turmoil as he couldn't deal with children.
How he handled women and relationships and stress, and hand guns is the real issue. He's got an unsavory history.
It will all come out in the trial.

R278- I don't know one family where the child goes off on holidays to other members of the family without the parent(s). Why would any parent allow that? It's not even a decision amongst the parents in this case, it's the godmother not the father. The point of spending holidays together is to make memories with your children. That is not control, it's being normal. The fact that she sends her kids away, even on holidays, speaks volumes about her parenting.
R274, I know because Nichol's friend posted it. Nichol was really hustling on all her vacations. Before you think I'm knocking her for that , I'm not, just pointing out she wasn't slaving away doing hair and make-up. I really haven't looked at your FB, but your definitely of another generation if you think mom's still do that stuff for 16 years old. Actually I don't think they ever did.

We can agree that the kids at least knew their fathers.
We can agree that no one should have died.
We can agree that we do not know what their relationship was really like, or what happened that night.

If you don't see a huge difference in that, then there is no hope for you.

by Anonymous | reply 286 | January 27, 2019 4:37 AM |
What? Why did Alexa’s father, who complains the children were in an “Unloving” environment, not step in? As for the other frauds, parenting is more than picking up your child’s cheer costume from the dry cleaners. Did mom do her algebra homework with her? And when the kiddo’s homework might be “over her head,” did she read the. websites to familiarize herself with the pesky subject in her spare time? Because that is what real parents do.
I eagerly await toxicology results on NO. I can easily see someone extremely drunk, angry, frustrated, and pissed off with their life circumstances like this committing M/S.
Alexa’s dad needs to STFU with the complaints toward CW. Dad had no problems moving to College Station & abandoning regular visits and parenting time with his child for another woman. If he really had issues with CW subsidizing his child’s life , or with NO providing adequate care, he had every opportunity to change custody. He chose not to pursue any action. It appears that his daughter appeared to enjoy CW’s beautiful home and pool, while dad had zero complaints about mom/child being abused or CW“being unloving” as he stood by. The worst kind of hypocrite. A real parent talks to their kid every day. They do homework, they monitor SM, they are present. They recognize and catch triggers before they happen.
by Anonymous | reply 287 | January 27, 2019 5:03 AM |
R285, May I remind you that Nichol was divorced. Custody agreements mean children often spend 1/2 of their time with the father's relatives. Sometimes it's split 50 - 50 between the two, such as alternating weeks, or even alternating days. That must really mess up a child.
Better to spend M - F with one parent and weekends & holidays with relatives of the divorced parent. We also don't know if Alexa's father drove 3 hours to spend weekends and holidays with his daughter at his sister's home. Would make sense.
R274, I should introduce you to many, many parents, and I don't mean just the 2019 version of the helicoptering kind, who still adhere to small-town American values and style of raising their children.
Then there are those that homeschool their kids. I've read entire threads on parenting on other sites where before 16-year-olds are allowed to attend church camp in 2019 mom must meet and get to know the majority of those attending. Shall I continue with more specific examples? You're going to tell me these types of moms don't strictly organize their teen daughters' morning and evening routines?
by Anonymous | reply 288 | January 27, 2019 5:07 AM |
Do not pretend this was a mom whose children “were everything” to her. They were a hinderance or a pretty tool to get on “Americas Got Talent” reality show for fuck’s sake. This thread amply demonstrates that assuming CW was indeed a dick, that status/$ was more compelling to NO than her kids welfare. Clearly.
by Anonymous | reply 289 | January 27, 2019 5:14 AM |
R289, I've read many, many posts from mothers who blatantly refuse to allow pictures of their children with them on their Social Media. Why? Nichol's social media was open to the public, and used to spread the word to potential clients of her hair stylist abilities. Yes there was a beautiful picture with her ADULT son and loving words from mom.
R289, Are you aware of the potential danger of pervy strangers seeing 3 beautiful women of varying ages all together? Do you know that pedos would copy such a picture, add pornographic words to it, and then sell it all over the internet? I saw this happen with marketing photos and videos of an Orthodox Jewish day school in South America, otherwise I wouldn't have believed some people are that sick. The boys and girls were wearing their school uniforms at the time. How the pictures were doctored to appeal to pedos was revolting.
R289, Teachers have advised parents NOT to post pictures of their children on any site that's not 100% closed to all but the closest friends and relatives.

R289, It was not Nichol who arm twisted her daughter to try out for the talent show. London wanted to do it. We both know what would have happened. They'd show up and see mile long lines. Those with special connections including local talent show winners would go to the front of the line. Doubt London would even have had a chance to audition before actual judges.
Know of adults who tried to get on a singing talent show. They won't even watch any of the programs nor their copycats, calling it all a total fraud.

R291, The chances of London or any other child without solid insider connections being seen on any of the music talent competitions is almost nil. None. Do you know of anyone who's auditioned? I have, and it's not a fair, honest competition.
Still London wanted to see what it was like to audition, so loving mother agreed to take her. Nichol had to know her daughter would not be in any danger for standing in line for hours and hours.

R286, trying to build up her "side business" of hair and make-up. I didn't mean it as in she was a prostitute.
R228, that doesn't mean the father's relatives, it means the father. From all accounts, he didn't see her every weekend. NO children didn't seem the homebody types and she didn't seem like a helicopter mom. I seriously doubt she had to make lunch for the older one and I believe she was driving. Another point that is a little odd to me is why a 16 year old would want to go to relatives on a weekly basis. At the age it's all out being in your own environment, near friends. I know a couple who traveled a lot, dad was weird, mom was there but really into her own thing. Grandparents were a huge influence with the kids. Kids turned into late teens and they insisted on spending summers at grandma's house. Mind you, they lived only 30 minutes away and were camp counselors. We all always found it strange and thought they just didn't want to be near their parents and were more comfortable with the grandparents. I think the AM was probably the same and was probably closer to her aunt than her mother.

So, mom’s response to crush her child’s dreams was to show her the long line was in L.A/ Las Vegas (wherever) and explain AT THAT POINT- good luck, you ain’t got talent? And P.S, “Explain that your 5th grade friends, love!” Bullshit. Tough love. If true, what a bitch. She is literally demonstrating to her child that she has no talent to be on television, pick another career. Could this not have been articulated another way? Is she telling her daughter to find a guy to achieve financial stability since she has no talent? Perhaps this should be the time they set down the instagram and crack the books?
by Anonymous | reply 296 | January 27, 2019 5:53 AM |
R296, WTF? Your reading comprehension is severely lacking. Mom was taking London to DALLAS for tryouts. Mom was following through with what London wanted to do, just like countless other loving, caring parents.
Likely by showing up for the audition Nichol could then try and figure out what was required for her daughter to get a priority audition for next time. You have to show up and network, figure out the right vocal coaches with solid entertainment connections. Learn what others are doing, like competing locally to sing the national anthem at smaller, then larger, and then still more popular sporting events. Fact.
Get yourself known as a talented young singer with a solid media & FB following. Realize that all of the above might put you at greater risk for unwanted attention by pervs. If you were a very attractive, vibrant woman of any age you'd know about being followed by weird strangers and being approached repeatedly in grocery stores.
by Anonymous | reply 297 | January 27, 2019 6:09 AM |
The point is that this action is inconsistent with others who explain/justify the lack of mom and kids on mom’s SM. They claim mom sought to keep the minor child’s life “private.” Fair enough. If true, and NO’s goal In taking the child to the competition to show the child she will certainly fail, seems harsh. This makes no sense. She is either seeking fandom or setting her 10 YO child up for failure.
If the latter, all the more fuel for M-S. Knowing they are “failures.” This trip has been emphasized as a reason why there could be no M-S.
Her friends are now saying There was no realistic reason for these people to attend than certain heartache?
by Anonymous | reply 298 | January 27, 2019 6:29 AM |
R225 "There is zero evidence that supports him killing those people."
You have no earthly idea what evidence has been collected in this investigation.
by Anonymous | reply 299 | January 27, 2019 6:34 AM |
In other words, she scheduled her child to audition for a national talent show to show her child she indeed, had no talent. An audition she hoped would show to her 10-year old daughter she ‘Was not good enough.” Like she told her. How depressing.

R298, R299, Again your reading comprehension is lacking. I haven't read anything from her friends saying the trip to Dallas for the tryouts would be futile. So maybe Nichol was naive about the audition process. Still it would have been worth it to take London, as I said, to make the right connections and to network to find out info. THEN Nichol could have taken the necessary steps, especially securing the right vocal coach, to make her daughter a star if that was London's dream.
I was only speaking from my own personal knowledge of various acquaintances who've been to the tryouts in different cities and were totally turned off of the series of shows.
Also I do know that it's more than a coincidence that those who try out in Vegas have all performed already on stage, and generally through the same booker. After appearing on the TV show they all raise their booking fees.
PLEASE stop trying to derail this thread.
R299, Three days ago Alexa's father was told LE/FBI have sufficient evidence to arrest Charlie Weaver. I already told DataLounge this same info Thurs night. Know most of you won't believe me until you see MSM confirmation. Well it's coming.
This is the reason there wasn't a 2nd, independent autopsy. Also why the grieving families don't need to hire an independent investigator. There may be lots of expenses for all of them to endure if the death penalty trial is moved out of the general area.
Want more proof? Crime scene was clearly altered, and London's and Alexa's personal effects mailed to their relatives.
Now exactly who did Charlie Wheeler call the night/am of the 3 murders? I'm talking about the mysterious call made before 9:00 am but after he left his home.

R307, I smell it, too.
If NO was taking London to audition for AGT, she wasn’t too worried about pedos targeting her. And Alexa being a cheerleader - in front of thousands of people regularly? She wasn’t hiding her kids from being seen by perverts.
It’s not about what she posted on her SM. It’s about the photos of her with her daughters not seeming to exist at all. A relative posted one photo of NO and London standing together. You’d think at least ONE photo existed SOMEWHERE of the three of them together. Someone might have caught them at a birthday party or barbecue or at the pool or a football game.
by Anonymous | reply 308 | January 27, 2019 10:15 AM |
We will never get those photos because they don’t exist. She probably felt like her daughters are a competition. She obliterated them before they got the chance.

R295, yes! I haven’t seen J since he was a baby, and googled photos just now. I could be convinced there is a resemblance. She never said (that I heard, anyway), but it was assumed that Ted was the father. I’d left the bank by the time the murder happened.

R309, that’s one of my theories.
I think there were some really fucked-up dynamics between Alexa and Nichol.
The girl was 16 years old and I have not seen a single photo of her with her mom for the whole time she was alive. You’d think that ONE of those “she’s such a good mom!” people would be like “See? Here’s Nichol helping Alexa blow out the candles on her tenth birthday!” Or “Here she is with the science fair project she helped Alexa build”.
Crickets. Something wasn’t right there.

R290, are you aware that Alexa had an Instagram account that was wide open to the public? It wasn’t private. I don’t know about London, if she had any SM.
Alexa was also a cheerleader. Performing damce routines in a short skirt in front of hundreds or thousands of people.
Doesn’t seem as if NO had any great concern about hiding her daughter from the perverts of the world.

^^ I realize that sounded slut-shamey and it wasn’t meant to be. Alexa was a normal 16-year old girl. Nothing wrong with having IG or being a cheerleader. Just that r290 seemed to think that letting your child be seen by the world is somehow inviting perverts to perve on them.
What are you gonna do? Live Saudi-style? The real pervs are not the guy on his computer in a basement 400 miles away. The danger is the soccer coach, the music teacher, the youth pastor, the BFF’s older brother, the mom’s boyfriends...

Statistically in most cases the last person to see the victim alive is also the killer. LE now has a past history of the way Charlie Wheeler treated Nichol and previous GF.
Wheeler hired his legal team not for SM rumblings and to protect his reputation but because he knows he is guilty. You don't hire heavy weight criminal lawyers to silence social media. Any lawyer can issue a cease and desist. The truth is going to come out in court. How many of Charlie Wheeler's previous girlfriends will be called in to testify? What's the full story behind an extremely drunk Charlie, naked below the waist, chasing a young college student outside after accosting her?

R314, R316, Again many, many loving mothers with social media accounts far more active than Nichol's, do not have pictures with their daughters posted. They realize they must allow their girls, especially if they are teenagers, to have their own IG and FB postings.
Other mothers give a multitude of reasons for their decision. Are they being overly cautious? Inconsistent? Or just trying to control what they can without trying to restrict their daughters choices and dreams to become famous singers or cheerleaders? I'm not saying their choices of not posting pictures with their daughters on their own social media is sensible. Only that it definitely is not a rarity. Nor does it mean, according to some posters on DL, that they are jealous, angry, or resent their beautiful daughters.
Of course anyone who's known young women who have been molested or verbally abused in a sexual manner will tell you that it's relatives, close friends of their parents, those in authority at their church etc that are that culprits.
Nichol's social media appears to be set up to promote her hair styling. Also to show potential BF upon being asked. She really slowed down her posting in 2017 when she became involved with Charlie Wheeler.

San Antonians know that the Medical Examiner Dr. Randall E. Frost is related to the wealthy long-time Bexar County family, the Frosts - the Frost Bank Frosts. Also that the ME have long been accused of corruption.
Therefore many do not fully trust the decision making skills of Dr. Frost. Further multiple murders designed to look like M - S are the #1 case of ME findings being overruled and changed. Look at the case of what was claimed to be M - S by the long-married, very wealthy couple in Canada, as just one example.

R351, If a couple of Nichol's friends are not operating a gofundme on her behalf IMHO that's a completely separate issue. Hopefully LE will guarantee funds are returned if they're not correctly used as originally promised. Gofundme has a rep of being very careful as well re fraud cases.
There are quite a few interesting articles by learned people online about staging murder to look like suicide. In fact it happens more than we realize because the successful murderers get away with it. This may explain LE wanting to have more evidence in the bag than just the ME's finding. One interesting passage follows:
"Among key problems for any investigator, and the reason why staging might succeed, is the cognitive error known as threshold diagnosis, which leads to tunnel vision. That is, investigators might decide what must have happened as soon as they arrive, which tends to anchor them in their hypothesis. They fail to notice items that might discount their notions." Look at these pics and tell me whose the father. The pic on the right is Ted when he was in college.
Ted was 6'4. At the age of 15 Lori's oldest son was taller than Andrew. Hell, Lori's taller than Andrew. And Andrew's real son (Lori's second son) is a short pasty looking kid. Lori planned to leave Andrew when Ted's divorce was final. She is such a skank whore. I am shocked that tried to pass off that kid as Andrews and that Andrew stayed with her. There was surveillance video of her blowing Ted is the kitchen of his East Hampton house. I found it really funny that not a single word was mentioned about her son during the trial. G hired a private detective to follow Ted long before she filed for divorce. She knew Ted and lori had been having an affair for about 8 yrs. The private detective had pics of Lori and Ted together with Ted holding and hugging the baby. None of that came out at trial. That baby was the reason Gen filed for divorce. I honestly believe that drove her crazy. The media portrayed her as a terrible, crazy person, but she wasn't, until he had a secret kid and lied that it wasn't his. He drove her crazy.

R377. Her only relationship issue was that she wanted one and he didn't. If she was abused it was easy for her to leave. They were not married and had no kids together. Just pick up and go--especially if your kids are in danger. She was a terrible mom to let her kids be exposed to abuse.
NO's dumb friends have really backed themselves into a corner with their reliance on nothing but gossip and poor reasoning skills. Either NO was in an abusive relationship and she was a stupid, shitty mom for staying. Or she wasn't in an abusive relationship and she killed herself and the kids because she was a gold digger desperate to keep her meal ticket. Neither one of these logical conclusions makes them big bucks on GoFundMe though.

She and Ted were in the midst of a nasty divorce. Pelosi was Generosa's lover and they married after Ted was murdered. Generosa died of cancer in 2003. Lori was Ted's mistress. There is more info available. Just google "Ted Ammon". There is a Wikipedia page.

Mother died at 43 and father at age 33. Nichol's mother had placed a restraining order on her father during their divorce.

R388, oh my. What a messy family! With the exception of the girls, they all had criminal records.
Which is why, while I don’t think the BF killed them (as of yet, and I’ll easily change my mind with evidence) I don’t think he was some angel. If he was involved with her, he wasn’t emotionally healthy.

This is the youngest daughters remembrance that was organized by her school. Her aunt must be the official spokesperson for the paternal side of that family...
by Anonymous | reply 390 | January 28, 2019 4:42 PM |
R390 Interesting that at the memorial the aunt said London “always said she wouldn’t let me adopt her because she’d have to leave her friends.” Why would this ever be a discussion if NO was such a loving mother providing such a supportive home??? I would NEVER say anything like that to my niece! People need to wake up and the girls’ families need to start being honest about the type of mother NO truly was.
by Anonymous | reply 391 | January 28, 2019 4:55 PM |
R391, Exactly! I get the feeling that this aunt is low key trying to get that point across. Also the comment, "this is her real memorial for us"
by Anonymous | reply 392 | January 28, 2019 5:03 PM |
Odds are .0048% chance of both parents being born and dying during the month of December.
Nichol's parents divorced while she was young. Her father died right before Christmas when Nichol was about 7.
Nichol's first child was born when she was 15. Then she got married at 17 but it only lasted 11 months. Second marriage two years later in November 2001. Her mother dies the next month, the day after Christmas. Alexa was born in Hawaii in 2002.
A lot going on in her life!
by Anonymous | reply 393 | January 28, 2019 5:28 PM |
R391, wow. It’s interesting to see what the families have said. Alexa’s father was talking out of both sides of his mouth: “I never doubted her choices as a mother. She always made great decisions.” but also "The home she was living in, we just feel it wasn't a great place for our children to have been loved."
I personally feel that they don’t want to speak ill of the dead, but they were thinking it.
I wonder if the different family factions have quite a bit of tension among them. One of NO’s relatives, Benessa Richardson, came out swinging, but she’s been pretty quiet. Same with that one who made threats against CW.

R393, NO was knee-deep in chaos and unsavory people. My sympathy lies with the daughters.

Re Nichol's father, His CA high school photo is on Ancestry. His mother and some of his siblings are still alive. All were mentioned in Nichol's obituary. Was her father's family still a presence in Nichol's and her children's lives?
by Anonymous | reply 396 | January 28, 2019 5:37 PM |
R393, if the father died she when she was 7 and the parents were divorced, then who is the father of the younger brother who is 30 I believe? He has the same last name, but I suspected he and Nichol were not full siblings. There is another sibling, but I think it's a half brother from the father's side.
R394, I really think they believe she's innocent. I mean why else would they have a joint funeral? I feel they want a payday. Either from a wrongful death suit or negligence. The father's comments when he received the belongings hinted that even if CW didn't do it, he allowed it to occur.
by Anonymous | reply 397 | January 28, 2019 5:41 PM |
R391, R392, R394, Alexa's aunt Michele, a RE agent, last spoke to Nichol on Wed night. They normally talked at least once a day. Not only were they best friends for over 15 years, she's also godmother to both Alexa and London. Both girls were treated as if they were sisters rather than half-sisters. Michele obviously loved London as if she were blood.
Just because Nichol had a messy life doesn't mean she'd kill her children. Previous posters have suggested that she had conflicts over money with her daughters' fathers. Obviously that's all in the past.
By murdering her children she would have to have known that #1 she'd be destroying her very best friend's emotional health, the woman she talked to every single day, and who would without hesitation adopt and permanently care for her daughters if she was incapacitated for any reason.
by Anonymous | reply 398 | January 28, 2019 5:48 PM |
So many people attempt suicide and fail. It is actually rather hard to kill yourself, even with a gun. People often flinch, move, and discharge the weapon near their heads. Results are brain damage, TBI, blindness, hearing loss.
Taking medication with alcohol is another way people attempt suicide, and "failure" with this method can result in paralysis, kidney damage.
by Anonymous | reply 399 | January 28, 2019 5:50 PM |
R394 I believe that aunt that came out swinging on CW is the same aunt that apparently regularly discussed adoption with London. I THINK. R398 I don’t think she was really thinking clearly about who she would be hurting. And she definitely wasn’t thinking rationally. If she was thinking anything,, my guess is she felt by killing the girls too, she would be sparing her daughters a life of pain and guilt having to live without her, knowing she’d killed herself. Especially since NO knew that pain personally due to losing her parents. In her mind, this could have been the only way she ever felt okay leaving the world. With the girls. Very very sad.

I wouldn't be surprised if NO was on medication for depression or any mood disorders. I just don't see how you go through all of the turmoil she did and reported difficult relationship and then go out and present as Happy, loving, great mom etc.... I also think this is not something she would have told any of her friends had she been on meds.
The toxicology report will be very telling...
by Anonymous | reply 403 | January 28, 2019 5:57 PM |
R404 Agree 100%. I fully believe NO is responsible for all of this, and I find myself feeling so heartbroken for her. I can’t imagine feeling so sad inside that I thought killing my self and my kids was the only way out. And it’s sad that the actions and attacks byher friends on CW has turned this into a debate about how messed up NO was or wasn’t (not to mention how unfair it is to CW). If they would have just been quiet and waited for the investigation to conclude, NO could have rested in peace without thousands of strangers researching and bashing her. Its especially sad knowing what is ultimately going to said by LE. THEN ppl, her random fan club especially, will really be pissed I bet.

LOL, are you even real? This must be trolling. Let me get this straight---you expect a psycho-killer, who shot herself and her innocent kids, to have the presence of mind and rationality to be concerned about the fee fees of her bestie? Okay, Pollyanna.
by Anonymous | reply 405 | January 28, 2019 6:09 PM |
R404, I can feel sympathy for her, but she's not someone that deserves to Rest In Peace. She should have taken her own life if she was hell bent on it, but spared the kids. They would have survived and they would've had each other.
Honestly, with all that's come out she obviously wasn't a hand's on mother. Sounds like her mother was raising her son before she died. The girls went to relatives more than they were with their her. She sounded like a selfish woman who kept having kids just to have kids and possibly keep the men in her life.

Sorry I just don't get the sympathy. I feel exactly about her like I do about Chris Watts. Cold blooded reptilian murderers, incapable of love, probably psychopathic - at the very least, borderline. People no one would ever want in their lives - trust me, I was raised by one and witnessed the rage attacks. These people are blights on humanity.
by Anonymous | reply 408 | January 28, 2019 6:34 PM |
I should have been clearer, I have sympathy for what must have been a tough life as far as teen pregnancy, divorces, losing her parents at a young age etc. . but that ended when she blew away her kids. She is no different than Chris Watts, yet she's being treated by many as a victim instead of the monster she really is. If gender roles were reversed in this case the same people who think the the bf is a murderer would believe it was indeed M-S.

R406, No matter how careful a woman may be when taking the birth control pill it's not 100% effective. Some women do not believe in abortion.
You say that, "her mother was raising her son before she died?" You're not making any sense. Nichol's mother died when she was in her early 40's. Then Nichol became a parent for her own brother, who moved to HI to live with her full-time.
Michel who was Nichol's BFF, chose to be godmother to bother Alexa and London. That she was a significant caretaker in their lives does not speak badly of Nichol whatsoever. To infer that's the case is really projecting your own family situation into strangers' lives.

We tried to explain it to you on the last thread, but apparently you have the attention span and intellect of a gnat. Birth control pills are 99.9% effective if taken property (daily). Dopey, irresponsible women who skip taking some of their pills are the ones who "oops, my pills didn't work" (duh) get pregnant.
[quote]Michel who was Nichol's BFF, chose to be godmother to both Alexa and London. she was a significant caretaker in their lives does not speak badly of Nichol whatsoever.
Uh, yes it does. Good moms don't shuttle their kids off to other people (who are not even relatives) every weekend so they can party. Nichol found a sucker in that woman. Free daycare.
by Anonymous | reply 412 | January 28, 2019 7:39 PM |
I think it's you who are the one not making any sense, R410. It can be inferred the son didn't live with them until AFTER her mother died.
As per Carlos Montez:
"I remember the day I met Nichol Olsen, we were both so young that we rushed into marriage thinking we had it all figured out. Shortly afterwards her mother passed, she got pregnant, and before I knew it my stepson Skylar Nobles and brother in law Justin Sstx were all living under one roof in Hawaii. We tried as best we could to keep things together but life gets messy every now and then."

Maybe it’s a culture thing.
I know upwardly mobile Asians who have good jobs but grandparents are the child care. The grandparents live in the children’s home.
I had a Cuban friend whose mother was the day care for all of the grandkids.
I know one very wealthy white family where the kids were sent to another state to live with the grandparents for a few years. The mother is a socialite and she’s absolutely nuts and the kids are very screwed up.
Sometimes it’s normal and healthy and sometimes it’s because the mother wants to be free to do her socializing.
In any case, it’s probably better that way.
by Anonymous | reply 414 | January 28, 2019 7:52 PM |
R412, I agree with your last paragraph.
Right at this very moment there’s a friend of my daughter’s who is sitting on my sofa. This kid is at our home a lot. On weekends, his mother likes to send him here for a “playdate” so she can meet up with her creepy boyfriend. I’m free child care to her, and I let her do it because we care about the kid. At our house he gets a hot meal and some family time. I know she’s taking advantage, but the kid shouldn’t suffer.
It’s a kind of blackmail.

R412 I'm sure that this is how the father's relatives felt for the daughters. Better to be with them and know that they're safe, well care for and around people that loved them. From the comments and what has been said this wasn't a recent arrangement it sounded that this has been going on for quite some time.

Red Flags For Staged Suicide is linked.
Even if Nichol Olsen was the absolute worst parent in the world there's no evidence that she's previously physically harmed or sexually abused her children. So a discussion of her parenting skills or her choices in having them spend time with their godmother or other relatives is not relevant. Why posters must interject their personal values based on their family experiences is a total distraction from this topic.
In addition statistically almost all mothers who killed their kids did so to get back at baby daddies, or because they were in financially dire straights, or the kids were totally out of control, or they had OCD extreme religious views. At the time of their deaths both baby daddies and the children's other relatives are on record saying they had a good relationship with Nichol.
by Anonymous | reply 419 | January 28, 2019 10:54 PM |
R417, Websleuths' poster claimed that since Charlie Wheeler has yet to be arrested he's therefore not guilty. However they're neglecting the truth that if FBI and LE anticipate a tough legal fight with the highest priced team of attorneys in San Antonio they'd better show OCD with documenting all electronic evidence.
Note that the exact time of death of the 3 women has not been publicly released. Nor has Charlie Wheelr's alibi that he left his home at 9 pm and returned at 9 am, staying with relatives about 45 min away. All we know is the exact time he called 911 after calling his father.
Those who don't believe M - S, and including the posters who are open to a 3rd party committing the horrific crime, are waiting for future announcements from LE through the local media. Understandably nothing new has occurred in the last few days due to the focus on the joint memorials and etc as friends & family officially say goodbye to their loved ones.

Excellent study and thesis on R419 post. Interesting to read the list of common characteristics on staged murder-suicides, including:
"multiple victims and offenders; blunt force or strangulation being the cause of death; a previous relationship between offenders and victims; victims being discovered in their own home by the offender; items being disrupted in the scene but not necessarily removed; the body or weapon being arranged; evidence being cleaned up or destroyed; and no alibi being established."
The investigation isn't over and I believe the truth will come.

You have no idea what was going on in her mind R419 and neither do her friends. On pure conjecture based on what we know, one can say that she would have been in a financial crisis because her means of support was going to be cut off. Please spare me the she was financially independent argument. You also don't know if in the throes of her rampage she just resented the hell out of her kids and/or the men that have been in her life. Does staged suicide statistics include murdering two others? I am looking forward to the day this case is officially closed and it is ruled a M-S. What are you going to say then, that LE and the FBI were bought off?
R415, you sound like a good person. I think that there are definitely some cultural reasons for some to send their kids elsewhere. Like I knew a Turkish woman who sent her very young daughter back there to live with her parents. It's usually because they are working mothers and relatives are their childcare. However, I don't see the reasoning for NO to send her semi self sufficient daughters out every weekend and on holidays. The relatives seem to have enjoyed having them, so of course they would have no problem with NO. It was a win/win for both parties.
by Anonymous | reply 422 | January 29, 2019 12:14 AM |
NO was an absentee mother. She did not care to spend quality time with her daughters. She ships them off so she could party every weekend. She gets rid of them for holidays too so she could spend it with her rich boyfriend and his family. She permanently got rid of those kids. When she got the chance.
by Anonymous | reply 423 | January 29, 2019 12:30 AM |

What will YOU do once it's proven you have done nothing but slander the name of a dead mother who would never, never kill herself let alone her children? Where are the copies of the medical records proving treatment for insanity or prescriptions for serious meds? I have insider info of what happened. Do you?

R427, ME used to work for a man charged with massive corruption and incompetence. Also murder made to look like M - S is the #1 cause of LE and FBI overturning ME's findings.
Yes there's a lot of electronic data, cell phone records, Alexa's texts/calls during the big fight, that will prove Nichol's innocence. It will be detailed in the coming jury trial for capital murder. Also clear evidence that Alexa's father was told last Thurs night Nichol had nothing to do with his daughter's death. Go back and read the online accounts of his statements.
Tell me, why hasn't LE publicly verified and confirmed Charlie Wheeler's story of what time he left his home and arrived at his relatives? Why don't we know whether or not they were even home that night? Exactly what time did he get to their house? Did he make any calls or texts between 9 pm and 9 am except the one in the morning to his father and then to 911?

If he wanted to commit a crime inside the house, he didn’t need to turn off any cameras outside (which would be suspicious). He could kill them inside the house and leave. Come back. All the cameras would show is him leaving and returning and that NO and the kids didn’t go anywhere. That wouldn’t hurt him unless he was covered in blood and that was picked up by cameras.

Salazar told KTSA that investigators are also looking into technology in the home, including voice-activated home assistant devices.
On Monday, the sheriff said there was no new information to share about the triple shooting, or what investigators have learned so far.

Wouldn't it be ironic if the home assistant was Amazon Alexa? Alexa keeps a recording of everything you tell her: Here's how to delete it
Then it would have recorded lines like (in my speculation): Alexa get out of the way! Alexa don't come near! Or Alexa don't move Alexa I am sorry I am doing it to you (BANG)I've never heard of Amazon Alexa before. Don't understand the tech
I've never heard of Amazon Alexa before. Don't understand the tech.
Think they were asked to take the comment about the supposed arrest of Charlie Wheeler on Mon down. Wonder what day we will get the positive news? I think there are mainly 3 voice activated 'assistants' on the market - Google home, Apple's Siri, and Amazon's Alexa. You issue a command starting with 'Alexa', followed by tasks like play music, switch on lights etc. With Google... you can ask a question like on other devices.
Apparently they record all your commands. Sometimes, 'accidentally'.

From San Antonio press, 1/28 . . . last paragraph of news article: Salazar told KTSA that investigators are also looking into technology in the home, including voice-activated home assistant devices.
Wouldn't it be ironic if the home assistant was Amazon Alexa? Alexa keeps a recording of everything you tell her,
Then it would have recorded lines like (in my speculation): Alexa get out of the way! Alexa don't come near! Or Alexa don't move Alexa I am sorry I am doing it to you (BANG)I've never heard of Amazon Alexa before. Don't understand the tech
There are mainly 3 voice activated 'assistants' on the market - Google home, Apple's Siri, and Amazon's Alexa. You issue a command starting with 'Alexa', followed by tasks like play music, switch on lights etc. With Google... you can ask a question like on other devices.
Apparently they record all your commands. Sometimes, 'accidentally'.
I know of someone who was talking amongst themselves about the movie they were going to go see. They walked back in the house hours later and Alexa asked them how the movie was and if they enjoyed it...
ETA: To relate this, it might be surprising what is found on such things if one was present...

From one of the comments from a friend on the GFM page, they are mourning some extremely recent news involving the FBI, sounds like they were told Nichol killed the girls.

R450, when was the comment from? The brother posted something a few hours ago about top lawyers won't help in God's courtroom. So I wonder if something is coming down soon. If and when Charlie is exonerated, it's in no part due to sheriff Salazar, who I believe is/was DESPERATE to find anything that would tie him to the crime. The head honcho friend had pictures and video up of all the friends happily posing with Skyler after the funeral service. I thought it was weird because nobody seemed broken up at all. Interestingly enough, she took them all down. Hmmm

Over-reaching, politically ambitious or careerist LEOs and DAs have ruined a lot of high profile cases. Freddie Gray is a prime example.

Oh, shit R487. That's a huge clue of what she was expecting. My theory on why she didn't get pregnant is because it wouldn't be as socially acceptable in her newer social scene to have another kid out of wedlock and 4 baby daddies in total. That's all I can think of because I see no other reason she wouldn't seal the deal and land18 years of child support if it didn't work out. Unless he was super careful.
R488, I'm really curious about that myself. The online thing was said by the resident NO crazy fan, so I don't believe it.
by Anonymous | reply 490 | January 29, 2019 2:25 PM |
CW probably had no intention of marrying her anytime soon. He most likely had pressure from his family not to marry the trashy twice divorced girlfriend.
She’s pushing 40. She’s not as fertile as a young woman. I’m sure she was trying hard to get pregnant to lockdown CW.
by Anonymous | reply 491 | January 29, 2019 2:39 PM |
Maybe she was knocked up.
by Anonymous | reply 492 | January 29, 2019 3:01 PM |
It’s debatable whether she would have tried to get pregnant. It would have secured her with a sizable child support check for 18 years if she HAD has CW’s baby. Worth a shot, even if he didn’t marry her. That’s Golddigger 101. And she would have a nanny to raise the baby, enabling her to continue the jet-setting.
A woman of 37 who’s had children already has a better chance of conceiving than one who never had any. Like I said, worth a shot.
by Anonymous | reply 493 | January 29, 2019 3:04 PM |
According to her friend's comment on FB - NO had her tubes tied.
by Anonymous | reply 494 | January 29, 2019 3:06 PM |
I still don’t see the motive he would have for killing her and the daughters.
If he wanted her gone, she would have been gone. Since, as CW’s accusers have claimed, he has lots of money to buy influence and flout the law... he could just buy a judge to enforce a restraining order. And buy some marshals to evict her. He could have paid off some cops to make up a DV complaint against her.
Now, if SHE wanted to leave HIM, I’m not sure how his money and name would have forced her to stay. But then, there’s still not motive to kill the girls. He could have waited for a weekend when they were gone, and staged her suicide.
Just exploring the possibilities of his supposed influence over authorities...

“Women are most fertile and have the best chance of getting pregnant in their 20s.
This is the time when you have the highest number of good quality eggs available and your pregnancy risks are lowest. Fertility gradually begins to decline at around age 32. After age 35, that decline speeds up.
Women are born with all the eggs they’ll ever have — about 1 million of them. The number of eggs gradually drops over time.
At age 37, it’s estimated that you’ll have around 25,000 eggs left.“-healthline
Her chances of conceiving dropped by 75%
by Anonymous | reply 496 | January 29, 2019 3:28 PM |
The odds are all against Nichol. Her eggs shriveled up because she’s old. She doesn’t come from a respectable family. Twice divorced with 3 kids from 3 different men. The oldest kid has a long criminal record. I could go on but the point is she has no chance in marrying CW. His family is for sure against that union. When it downed in her, she killed the 2 reasons she will never have the life she wants and felt guilt afterwards and killed herself.
by Anonymous | reply 497 | January 29, 2019 3:39 PM |
Oh, that makes sense R494. I guess it was way before she got with CW, because if she hadn't, there is no way she wouldn't have had a kid with him. To me, the most interesting aspect of the case has never really been delved into and that is their relationship. I'm not talking FB ramblings or her friend's innuendo, but anything substantial like how they met, what the relationship was really like etc.. we really know very little about them.
R495, there is absolutely no motive to have killed any of them, especially the daughters. He owned the house, he could have gotten her evicted if he wanted her out. He has money so he could have stayed elsewhere until she was gone. He seemed to have left to cool things down, so why would he come back and kill them? I don't even believe he was violent. Not one friend has has said they have directly seen him abusing Nichol. It's all veiled innuendo. In fact, NOT ONE friend or relative has actually named him, not even in SM! I'm sure it's because they are scared shit he will sue for defamation. If they wanted "justice" so badly they would come out swinging. It all tells me they are lying.

by Anonymous | reply 500 | January 29, 2019 4:42 PM |
[498] Dr. Monica Patel came out swinging by describing the incident in Galveston. Hotel records of the incident should be easy to check by LE/FBI.
True, doesn't seem like there is was motive, but if it was an abusive relationship with a huge fight, he might have done it in a rage. A lot of posters above were saying that about NO, that she killed her daughters in a rage. Couldn't the same be said about CW?
We will never know why people do the things they do. Why do some women keep coming back to their abusive partners? Why those partners say they love them and then hurt them over and over? What's the motive behind keep coming back? What's the motive behind keep abusing someone? We'll never know the answer. It just the way it is.
by Anonymous | reply 501 | January 29, 2019 4:44 PM |
R498, while we don’t know what their relationship was like, I can imagine, and I don’t think it was great.
What we know: she was living at the house and her daughters were living there at least part of the time. She pinned a photo of an engagement ring. I can’t think of anything else.
The autopsy report (IF made public at a trial) will be interesting.

The only problem with that r501 is that 1) Nichol has the DV arrest and 2) The ME has said she committed suicide, Even Salazar says that the friends will likely get the same findings with an outside source.
[quote]Salazar said Thursday that no one connected to the “Searching for the Truth” GoFundMe site has been in contact with his office. The family is free to spend the money as it pleases, whether it’s to fund a private investigator or fund another opinion from a different medical examiner, as he has seen suggested on social media, he said. “If the family and friends feel the need to do that, if they feel that they will bring them some comfort, I’m in favor of that,” he said.

by Anonymous | reply 507 | January 29, 2019 5:02 PM |
R501, she never saw anything, just took NO word and she never addressed Charlie by name. She also deleted the post. It's all fishy to me. If he was in a rage he wouldn't have left the house. The whole point of doing that is to diffuse the situation. More likely scenario is that she was distraught or angry after he left and went berserk.
R503, good question. I was surprised he, or as someone implied, his mom, was able to clean the house out. He is smart to take off, if he did. He needs to move far away from SA for his own safety. Nichol's family and friends seem like a shady bunch.
If his friend is still lurking around, I think it would be a good time to leak some photos mentioned of Nichol with guns and her with his family. Don't think you have anything to lose if what you say is posted is true.

R506, I think the Sheriff knows it’s a M-S but has to be careful to do his due diligence.
Personally, I’d do the same if a woman and children of color were found dead in a white millionaire’s home.
Leaving “no stone unturned” is absolutely the best course of action. If I’m being cynical, it’s a preemptive strike against a lawsuit by the family; against the BCSO and the Wheeler family. If they try to sue, there is ample evidence of local and federal investigation.
And just as a human being, these deaths need to be thoroughly and carefully investigated. Children were murdered.

A- money for the funeral costs, but for some reason they don't want to share it. Maybe then people would see this family doesn't have the money they claim. Again, wouldn't the GFM cover funeral expenses?
B- they're going to sue CW regardless of the outcome of the investigation.
C- they are total scammers.
My money is on B and C.

R510- I doubt it because they never use his name directly. It's always just the person who is responsible type thing or the boyfriend. I've never seen anything where they directly accuse him. That's what makes me suspicious what they really believe and if they are telling the truth. If they are so certain he did it and have seen abuse, why not just go on record?
R514 - I view this mostly as a money making scheme. Why would they need a GFM and sell bracelets? They haven't said what exactly they are using the money for. If there was ever a time to use it on an independent investigation, it is right now. I think the dads and son are going to try for a wrongful death lawsuit against CW and hope he settles so they go away.

by Anonymous | reply 532 | January 29, 2019 9:02 PM |
The donor could be a representative of the Wheeler family - I doubt they'd want their name released - that's why it's "anonymous." IF they had a big fight, he told her to get out, and then he left the house - he must be feeling pretty sad about what happened, and maybe wondering if he hadn't walked out on her, she and those girls would still be alive.
And whoever did it, we know there was a gun in the house - the silencer makes sense, to improve the feel of the gun and sound control, when you're out at target practice or hunting or whatever. May sound like a weird thing to be doing - but it really isn't in Texas. Learning to shoot (and practicing) is like driving a car down there. Well, driving a truck.
I'm glad the sheriff clarified that he didn't think a different ME would come to a different conclusion - so he thinks the ME got it right and she killed herself. (if I'm thinking of the right guy - Salazar? - like R506 said) And a report said the gun was near her body. I think any ME worth his salt would have more evidence than the position of the gun to determine she shot herself - it's bound to be pretty clear (and hard to stage unless you're an expert, like a hitman or something). Not saying it's impossible - but there would be remnants on him or his clothes/shoes/vehicle or whatever, whether a drop of blood splatter or that residue stuff.
by Anonymous | reply 533 | January 29, 2019 9:13 PM |
Yup, R532. I could not figure out why she didn't and I don't think that age played a role, as per a misogynistic poster. Where I live, most women are having their first kid (naturally) at 35+. Having her tubes tied makes total sense in her case and, yes, she probably was kicking herself hard. I don't think she expected a Charlie Wheeler to walk into her life. Her kids' fathers were nowhere in the same league as him. R533, yeah, I get a strong feeling he was connected somehow and paid for it. He might feel guilty or that he owes them something since they were living in his house and basically a part of his family for 2 years. There had to be love there, at the very least for Nichol. I do wonder what his relationship with the girls was like.

Strange that when you search CW’’s name on a search engine, the only Charlie Wheelers coming up are fictional characters and older guys. No mention of this CW, who is in a current criminal case. The lead CW showing up is a character from Friends. Are that many people interested in a guest star on a show that’s 15 years off the air? That billion dollar coverup page is right. That family wiped his name off the internet.

R 536 I noticed that if one looks on a general google search - specialised people can order search engines the right to be forgotten. But if I click on the news section all posts are related to this case.

Alexa’s father likes marrying women with weird names. I see a pattern here. Maybe he’s the killer.

Are the CW defenders here who keep referring to him as Whealer doing it to keep his name off search engines? I’m not sure who’s posting here but the tone of posts and some of the viewpoints suggest it’s not regular DLers.

There’s someone here who REALLY doesn’t believe that women can conceive naturally after age 35. It borders on the pathological.
Yes, it is less likely. It’s not impossible or even uncommon.

I'm glad you said it, R544. It's bizarre how the 1 or 2 people here keep insisting it's rare. Yes, fertility drops and the risk of birth defects go up, but even still, woman commonly get pregnant past 35 especially these days, with or without IVF.
by Anonymous | reply 546 | January 30, 2019 1:13 AM |
R545 and r545, this person regularly makes the same comments in the Meghan Markle threads. It’s kind of funny.
At any rate, I think NO would have had a decent shot at getting pregnant within the time frame she was with CW if she hadn’t had her tubes tied. It’s possible to have the tubal ligation reverses.

Does the half-wit bumbling around on her keyboard and typing up the “billionaire dollar cover up” actually think herself a “blogger”? That is quite possibly the funniest/saddest attempt at being influential Ive ever witnesses. And she has literally just pieced together a bunch of rumors that we’ve ALL seen on SM and claimed to have received them via “anonymous sources.” 😂 And not ONE person who has allegedly made these first hand allegations of violence or abuse has come forward publically bc they are “scared” or “intimidated” yet none of her twit friends seem to think he’s “so scary”? It doesn’t make sense. And does she think bc she has an “anonymous” blog that she can’t be ID’d sued for defamation of recklessly publishing such horrible allegations??? This shit is insane. Oh and there’s a reason most of the MSM articles aren’t naming him—because they know the defamation laws and don’t want their asses handed to them, you braindead idiots!!!!! OH—and didn’t the FBI tell Alexa’s dad CW was going to be arrested on Monday...? Bunch of shameless fucking liars. SO GROSS.

Nicole Baptiste and her friends are so trashy, using the murder of 2 young girls to scam internet morons and make some fast money before the FBI findings come out that Nichol did it. I hope they get sued for every penny they raised, the entire grifter lot of them.

R549, I asked a woman very close to Nichol some of those same questions. Specifically if there are serious allegations against Charlie Wheeler from previous GF then why don't they show up on internet records?
Response to my queries,, All answers will be explained at the jury trial. To leak any of the info re being 86'd repeatedly from specific hotels & resorts could damage court testimony, lead to a mistrial, allow the defense to know prosecution's game plan. Therefore all of Nichol's relatives and close friends are being very tight lipped re documented evidence.
by Anonymous | reply 551 | January 30, 2019 3:25 AM |
I think they received unfavorable information. Their tenor has changed. Backing off the straight-up accusations; trying to re-frame NO as victim of sad circumstances now. Including controlling BF.

(looking at you child’s aunt and Nicole Baptiste). And their paid pawns and proxies.
CW has remained above board. I doubt he will sue anyone. But, these whackjobs have accused HIM of everything from child sexual abuse to strangling a dog.
FWIW, if any one tried to tell me it was between me or my dog’s death, pretty sure I would head for the nearest shelter with kids and pet in tow.
( Per NO’s friends above, she owned her own home previously & was 100% not dependent on CW. She was a financially independent woman, y’all. So, how could he force her to re-home elderly dogs under threats of death? Could she not have left with protected kids and pets in tow?)

R549, I didn't put it together when they first posted that blog, but now I have. It's totally the troll from here and everywhere. Funny how they said that the parents hated NO and called her a racist name which she heard, yet NO friend said Nichol loved them and vice versa. Speaking of which, someone on friend Nicole's FB went in on them. Nicole skirted around the issue of why she was posing with Charlie and saying how much she loved them if he was abusive. She did mention that Nichol took bible study with CW mom and sister and was livid they didn't reach out. Wtf? These people are not only scammers, but nuts. Is his family supposed to reach out to people that are accusing their son and brother of murder? Anyway, one thing it seems a lot of us got wrong is his family not liking NO. It seems at least on the surface they did. I don't believe they are even old money. They seem kinda normal looking, nothing glamorous about them.
by Anonymous | reply 554 | January 30, 2019 3:55 AM |
The trashy friends of Nichol keeps changing their story to fit their agenda. Fleece people from their hard earned money. They’re all swindlers.
by Anonymous | reply 555 | January 30, 2019 4:05 AM |
R551. NICE TRY. The prosecutor can’t “hide” any evidence whatsoever from the defense. They literally have to turn over every single thing in the entire file under the Michael Morton Act. The state doesn’t get to “surprise” the defense with a secret witness, etc. THAT would cause a mistrial and possibly their law license. So they (you) are fucking LYING!!!! None of that shit would be admissible in the case in chief either—you can’t get into past “bad acts” in a criminal trial except for in very specific circumstances. So WHAT ELSE YOU GOT???!

R554, I've thought my previous BF's parents really liked me,as they were so nice when we met. After the fact they said very racist things about me behind my back. Many, many people have had similar circumstances with in-laws passive - aggressive behavior.
R553, Can't tell you starting in high school how many horror stories I've seen and witnessed from women in extremely violent relationships with men who weren't even their husbands. Even women who were child free. Do you know the statistics of how often women get killed by their significant others and random boyfriends?
Yes I tried my best to urge the abused women to leave. Usually only happened when they were hospitalized and the doctors' intervened. It's called emotional dependence and growing up in an abusive household, or seeing physical violence and assuming it's only temporary and will get better.
Why do you think domestic and/or emotional abuse is such a common theme in Lifetime movies?
by Anonymous | reply 558 | January 30, 2019 4:22 AM |
R558 We are tired of the lectures m/stories about ppl’s past experiences with domestic abuse, in laws, etc. Did you or any of those ppl kill your kids? Did you kill your self? If not, we don’t care. Ppl need to wake up and get pissed about what these “friends” have done here. They’ve ruined an innocent man’s life with lies and accusations without providing ANY evidence to back it up. This is human nature at its worst. This could happen to any of us that has terrible taste in partners. I will totally join the Nichole Marie Baptiste thread.

Oh please, you said they said it while she was in the house. If someone called me a racist name, I sure as hell won't be going to bible study with them. Alternately, if they didn't like her, they wouldn't want to be around her. The biggest travesty is here is that the friends took the attention away from the real victims, the two girls who lost their lives. They are terrible people.
R559, the friends won't ever use his name, they get the dimwitted to do their dirty work.
R560, just put the URL in the website link.

She could have left but she wouldn't fit in with that crew... you know the mid 30's girls that slept thier way to the top. Several of her friends married into money. They have very fancy homes, new business ventures & love to flaunt it.
Have any of them ever thought that Nichol was just trying to fit in? If she left, she could support herself and her girls but could she live like her friends ?
Also theres going out buddies and then theres friends that are like family. A lot of these ladies seem like going out buddies or coworkers.
Maybe yall should consider flaunting your new fancy home and life a little less so that people like Nichol dont look for security in the wrong man.
All this fund raising is ridiculous

[quote][Can't tell you starting in high school how many horror stories I've seen and witnessed from women in extremely violent relationships with men who weren't even their husbands. Even women who were child free.
And this means what? You heard lots of "horror stories" about random people, so you assume CW is a violent abuser as well? "Ladies and gentleman of the jury, lots of men kill their wives and gf's, so we can therefore conclude that CW is guilty as charged". LOL. See how dumb you sound?
It's clear that you live a trashy, chaotic life if you're constantly dealing with scads of battered women and their "extremely violent men". That must be why you assume NO was battered also, despite zero evidence. You are 100% biased because you apparently live in a war zone.
If NO was so battered and abused, why did she not have any bruises or broken bones? Why no physical evidence in all her gazzillion glamour shots? No hospital or doctor visits?

Do you know the statistics of how often women DON'T get killed by their significant others? Here's a hint, honey. It's well over 99.99% There are 157 million women living in the US. Every year about 1,000 get killed by an intimate male partner. Sucks if you're one of the unlucky few, but your chances of being killed by your husband or BF are almost nil. It calculates to about 0.000006%

R576, there’s one friend who said NO couldn’t handle a pistol, much less anything else. This friend also talks about the guns (and silencers) her own boyfriend has (locked up in a few safes), and there are photos of her at a shooting range. This same friend also backs up the story that CW killed a puppy with his bare hands.
I’m from NYC, which has some of the strictest gun laws in the country, so I cannot relate to the gun culture down there. But it seems like all the people around her were into guns and killing shit.
Such a different culture.

R568, The previous poster stated that he couldn't understand why Nichol didn't leave Charlie Wheeler if she was being emotionally or physically abused. My response is that I've tried to help many women leave domestic violence situations. These included high school classmates and co-workers.
It's a myth that only trashy women end up in abusive relationships. Many very wealthy women who live idealized, drama-free lives also are victims. It only takes one incident to put a woman in a hospital. Hoping other DL posters are not as totally clueless as R568.
R568, Most women will not report domestic violence until they need medical care. Again you really need to educate yourself so you don't sound so obtuse. Do you bury your head in the sand when it comes to often very wealthy parents physically abusing their kids as well?
by Anonymous | reply 580 | January 30, 2019 8:42 AM |
R587, Agreed. Under no circumstances should Nichol have allowed her daughters to interact with Charlie Wheeler if he killed or even harmed a puppy dog. Lots of conflicting stories online re which dog and what happened to it.
Also a very bad sign that Alexa and London knew to hide in a closet when their mother was fighting with her BF. I feel that there's a tremendous amount of info we have yet to uncover re what was going on in this relationship and with each one of these individuals.
by Anonymous | reply 581 | January 30, 2019 8:54 AM |
There are also a few friends who say in the FB groups that NO and CW have been together for 2.5 years, not 1.5. I thought that was weird. The media was reporting that one kid was Alexa’s boyfriend and apparently he was an ex, and she was dating someone new. Alexa’s IG seems to bear that out. The media gets things wrong, sometimes.
by Anonymous | reply 582 | January 30, 2019 8:55 AM |
R582, Alexa's ex-boyfriend and still very close friend made a tribute video. He's a boy that's a friend, no longer her official boyfriend.
Dating relationships often don't have a definite start if both are also dating other people. This is a minor point in the scheme of things.
by Anonymous | reply 583 | January 30, 2019 9:07 AM |
R583, my point is that the news media gets things wrong.
And was Alexa dating both boys at once? The one who made the video seemed pretty invested. Possible motive?...

Nichol's holding the gun backwards. Both pictures show a total lack of knowledge of gun safety. That's the 1st thing you normally learn when getting instruction of how to shoot, and proves Nichol isn't familiar with guns.

R593, I believe it because that’s what kids do when their parents scream and yell.
While I don’t believe that CW killed them, I do believe that it was a volatile relationship. I have seen several of these relationships where it’s not just one person being an asshole and the other person meekly taking it. One person eggs another on and pushes buttons and boundaries. The other responds. Shouting and screaming and throwing. Etc.
She was fucked up. And I think he had to be, too, for being involved with her. It runs both ways. But unless evidence proves otherwise, I think she’s the one who killed them all.
