R3 he is doing Wes in February and then Dune which will most likely be a long shoot. He might not have time for Luca.

Luca should find a male muse like Timothée though. His movies with female leads haven't gone well. He directed Timothée so well. I think he should rethink his strategy. Although I'm not sure his muse is necessarily Timothée.

Luca has female muses to make himself more palatable to a straight audience and film industry; to degay him a little in the eyes of the media. Imagine he went around, everywhere, with his real partner, it would make him stand out as a 'gay' film director and he just wants to be a film director.

I think that Luca is different from the DL gays that despise women. He loves women, but not attracted to them. He seems to adore his niece as his muses, but has never hidden the fact he is gay, just not interested in talking about it. Timmy could be in blood on the tracks, he mentioned 18 months of work, and after Dune there was still 6 months... fingers crossed.

Armie and Timmy have a very unique friendship, especially for being two males in Hollywood. Even the media sees it - so many of them have posted about last year’s GG using their joint red carpet pic as their headline pic when there were definitely bigger stars there last year than these two. But I always think about how eventually they will probably both move on from each other, just as the natural way of things. That will be a sad day.

R62 charmed how? Armie is a struggling actor who seems incredibly frustrated , the need to sell their lives so show immense thirst and both have regular meltdowns on social media showing their desperate need to be loved. A lot of people have money. They aren't special in that way.

I think Timothée has a deep love for Armie but I don't think it's reciprocated. On some level Armie must resent Timothée's success. Men are competitive and a man like Armie who is used to getting his way would resent being in someone's shadow no matter how much they might like that person. Just watch Armie's demeanor during the Crema tour. There were several times he looked frustrated and angry about his situation which I still don't get given he had lost out all the earlier awards up to that point.

You can tell by the way Timothée is always trying to appease Armie saying things like who wouldn't fall in love with him that Armie might be a difficult person. The twitter outbursts suggest he's got a short temper. It's very possible they aren't as close as people would like to believe. They played it up for CMBYN and even recently for their mutual supporters but you don't see them going out of their ways to hang out. The times Timothée saw Armie's play was expected. If he hadn't fans would have been devastated. Tiff, they both happened to be there. I think the only time Armie went out of his way was HFAs and that was also likely for publicity. Phone me when they meet up to casually grab dinner.

They talk all the time and, consider each other good friends. Obviously they casually meet up but they keep it private. Not cuase they are fucking, just cause timmy tends to be private about a lot of his relationships (look at him and nick who are seen togehter at every LA event but never interact on social media)

They have a good friendship, they have a tendency of mentioning the other, just the other day mentioned Armie about the luck of chemistry with co-stars. But they are different ages and lives, so it is difficult to meet up. I am sure they keep in touch and have a coffee (or a drink) when they happen to be in the same place, without drama.

Sorry if my thoughts on the sequel are disappointing... Just that the book has them separated for 15 years and then a brief meeting. Yup, I hope to see Timmy having fun with women and men, but missing Oliver. And flashbacks at the right moment. But who knows, the movie might end with them meeting as the last ended with them separating.

Even though I’m a big CMBYN fan I’m not at all convinced by this whole sequel project. I can’t imagine how the second film could be as good as the first one, it might even end up ruining it which would be such a shame.

Based on Lucas ideas for the sequel (and there are a crap ton) I don't think the sequel is gonna appeal to a lot of the fans of the first. It sounds like it's gonna be very artsy. I still think it can be good, but it is not gonna be what people expect.

It makes sense when you think about all the other times he’s been flustered like that (when asked about Lourdes by Andy Cohen, that time he was interviewed by Stephen Colbert, etc). And the fact that he was asked about it next to his mom probably made it even more awkward for him ( her reaction was gold btw).

So what can we understand from his answer regarding LRD ? It was awkward because she is his gf and he’s not ready to speak publicly about it or is PR?

PR. The reason he was so caught off guard is because they’re not suppose to ask questions like that. These arrangements are pretty common and all of the entertainment mags and journalists know about them and aren’t suppose to directly ask about it in exchange for remaining on good terms with the celeb and their people.

It looks like his answer has made a lot of people change their minds on SM, who now think it’s PR but I think it could be interpreted both ways. He could be awkward because he generally doesn’t want to talk about his love life or because he’s not able to lie about a relationship that isn’t real. But at the same time you don’t react that way about someone you care about and his mother did look/sound like she didn’t approve, so I lean towards PR for now.
