I think she has been pregnant before but had an abortion - this would explain why she got pregnant that fast. At the Queen's Coronation, the Queen of Tonga (Queen Salote) caused a huge sensation. The crowds adored her, and the only people to receive more applause were the Queen herself, and Churchill. Tonga was never a colony, It was a protectorate, I believe, but it remained a separate kingdom. It is a member of the Commonwealth, though, and the Queen is very deeply devoted to the Commonwealth. The royal family of Tonga has always shown the British Royals great hospitality and respect, and they deserved to be given it in turn. This isn't Meghan's first time curtseying. She should have mastered it by now. Several months ago, there was a bit of a controversy, when people commented on Princess Anne curtsying to Queen Letizia. Well, a Queen outranks a Princess, even from another country. The Royals know this very well.

Meghan's curtsy in Tonga was embarrassing. She keeps making herself an embarrassment by not mastering simple bits of protocol. If she had delivered a full, formal curtsy, she wouldn't receive any criticism, only praise for her modest, dignified behavior (which is pretty much non-existent). She has plenty of opportunities to turn the bad press around, but she keeps muffing them (apologies if Brits don't know that term).

Charles's stipends to his sons' households supplements whatever their cut of the Sovereign Grant doesn't pay for, and the SG supports activities and expenses associated with their official duties. of which a PR and secretarial staff are considered part. As the BRF's website states, Charles helps to support his sons' households with allocations from the Duchy revenues, and amongst those expenses are their wives wardrobes.

So the idea that separating their PR and office staff will get Meghan kicked off the Duchy's "payroll" is nonsense. There is no Duchy "payroll", there is Charles's voluntary goodwill in parting with some of those revenues so that his sons and their families can enjoy the lifestyle that they expect, regardless of whether their personal "incomes" can support them, but those costs are allegedly those not covered by the Sovereign Grant.

Nannies, chefs, new cars, redecoration of homes, vacations, non-official portions of their wardrobes, hairdressers, accountants (you don't think Kate and William, and Meghan and Harry, sit down at the end of each month like other couples and go over the household bills, writing out cheques, etc., do you?) - those are the things the Duchy pays for.

R159 - Actually, Kate got the family Order last December, whilst pregnant, only most of us missed it. Still, it's recent enough and she is looking noticeably happier and more relaxed and confident these day. I'm guessing that with that third baby Kate is done with childbearing, which means that the Queen and Charles don't have to delay moving the chess pieces around whilst William establishes marriage and family. The Cambridges are quite obviously stable. The Queen and Charles are too old to wait until Prince Louis turns five, but at least the pregnancy and childbirth stuff is out of the way, the two older children are already past toddler stage, and it isn't as if Kate won't have plenty of help. It's time to start the next stage of this game.

I agree that Mulroney and Meghan were using each other, and whilst Mulroney made a fool of Meghan sartorially, Meghan would still assert that she got the bigger prize, and she's probably right. I came to this site because you are talking about the appalling cut and quality of this secondary royal couple's clothing. The UK has a strong tradition of textile and needle arts, but you wouldn't be able to gather that from the pics here. Female here and I can tell what is going on with the skirt. It is a knit (look at the close up picture of the top, it is a closely woven knit) and the black part of the pleats is a looser woven knit to hold the pleats. So the open areas of the blavk knit is larger. From experience there is no way she didn't know this would happen because even without sunlight you can see the flesh through the looser woven knit. They are making lots of sweaters this way, too, where you can see the outline of a bra. But think of it this way- young women are into the nude look so I promise this outfit will sell out. Oddly, in the past two days both Tom and Lorenzo and the Go Fug Yourself Girls have become very critical of Meghan, without the twisting themselves into pretzels they habitually did in order to declare everything Meghan glorious. Tom and Lorenzo have abruptly climbed onto the Cathy Cambridge train and wrote a spirited rebuttal to everyone who criticized Kate's pale satin fishtail dress. "It wasn't about fashion, it was about ROYAL, bitches!" She wore a couple of completely expected and nondescript ensembles to her last two engagements this week and T&L still found things nice to say.

And the Go Fug Yourself site, which could only be described as Markle groupies, suddenly profess themselves to be absolutely mystified by her fashion decisions, and to outright acknowledge that she's doing a quid pro quo with the labels she wears. Considering they have met her, and have been kissing her ass since day one, this is new. They didn't know why she wore two dresses of the same navy color and silhouette in succession - why not wear the same one and be thrifty? What's the point of wearing a different dress in the same color that's exactly the same? And finally decided she was contractually obligated to wear one of the dresses and hadn't managed to fit it in before now, and the only opportunity happened to occur when she'd end up wearing two navy dresses in a row. Now, when labels send a selection of clothing to a customer and the customer makes choices, pays for the choices, and sends the rest back, they are not contractually bound to wear any of that shit that they purchased at any particular time. But if you are merching, you are. The Fug Girls, who cover their ass in this by pretending that merching is practical and makes sense, have outright admitted she's merching.

The thing with narcissists is I don't think they are malicious (unless they are a malignant narcissist) but they absolutely can't stand not to be the center of attention. The people she was visiting had actually put time and planning into these encounters, so it was like spitting in their face. One compensation - boy did I enjoy the constant side eye, pursed lips and "I'm not saying a WORD." facial expressions that surrounded her at all times, even, at one time, from a waitress.

God help the child if it's a daughter. A girl for a narcissist mom is the worst case scenario. Meg will always consider her "competition," especially for Harry's affections and attention. She took away Viv's natural girly instincts while letting her twin Knox be as boyish as he wanted.

1. The Invictus Games : clearly we didn't see much of them. They were not a priority for the couple. They were the reason of this Tour and we saw next to nothing, so it's a FAILURE..

2. Fiji and Tonga: what to say? People were happy to see them but I lived in French Polynesia and outside Tahiti nothing ever happen in those places, so of course people were excited to see something happening. We didn't see much of the Isles. FAILURE.

3. The Market Security failure (whatever really happened) was bad, bad, bad. You have two outcomes. First, the staff didn't do his job to secure the place and it's not good. Two, it was a racist overreaction, the savages being dangerous. It also could be a stunt but it smells a bit too much like a conspiracy theory. Anyway, FAILURE.

4. The failure to curtsy the Tonga Queen, was bad. No excuse. Maybe the biggest FAILURE.

5. New Zealand: it's the only place where we have beautiful pictures. I'd like to visit it, so it's a good point for #teamNewZealand. SUCCESS.

6. Australia: besides the banana bread story I remember nothing about the Australian Tour. FAILURE.

7. The fashion: bad, too much navy, too boring, too expensive. NEXT. FAILURE.

8. The PDA: same, too much of it. You're at work, not on honeymoon. FAILURE.

Someone who watched a lot of Harry/Markle video noted there are very few micro expressions and transitional expressions - transitions are where we process, or our faces are following our thoughts. It's just "on" "off' "on". They are absolutely visible and it's plain to see what they're doing, but there's a specific 2D image they want to convey, and honestly what they do takes so much nerve and gall I think it intimidates a lot of people. But complicated, it isn't.

It's odd, isn't it? This is Wimbledon 2016. Sixteen months later Buckaroo here and Dimwit got engaged. After stumbling over the length of time they've been together, they settled on sixteen months. So when Meghan was box-hopping at Wimbledon, supposedly she and Harry were an item. So why did she have to gall her way in, and why were the other occupants of the box, some of whom most assuredly were acquainted with Harry, unfamiliar with her, think she's an interloper. And just imagine that when she runs into them now at the occasional wedding or unavoidable event, they all know her origin story.

This is a long read, but on point! It was found by one of our members on Quora. Take a gander🤔 “This is my opinion, and given that I do not claim it to be fact, I would really appreciate it if I was not hit with a series of abusive messages in support of Meghan Markle.

I do not believe that Meghan Markle is genuine person, and I think that the British people sense that. It is not the case (as some people claim below) that Meghan is well liked in the United Kingdom, and I believe that this marriage is ultimately going to end in disaster.

Although I am not permitted by the board that governs my profession (I am a psychiatrist) to draw conclusions about people who are not my patients, and who I have not been seeing for a period of time, I am permitted to offer an opinion. This is so long as the opinion is not made in the context of my work. So, what I am about to write is my personal opinion, and is in no way meant to be a professional diagnosis of Meghan Markle. I would never diagnose anyone who was not my patient, and even then, they would have to have been my patient for some time.

My opinion is that Meghan Markle suffers from a Narcissistic Personality Disorder, with a number of Borderline traits. This does not make her a bad person, but it does mean that something very early on in her life, made her feel that she was insignificant unless she is the center of attention. From the very start, Meghan enabled a grossly inflated view of who she is to be spattered all over the media.

One of many examples was the notion that she is highly educated. It is true that Meghan attention Northwestern University, which is a highly respected US university. However, Meghan possesses a bachelor degree, and the fact that she majored in international relations and theater studies makes no difference. Yes, she must be intelligent to have made it into this university, but she is an undergraduate. Her degree is no doubt an achievement, but she is nowhere near as educated as Kate Middleton, who possesses a postgraduate masters degree from an equally respected UK university.

Meghan’s uncle helped her to gain an entry level job in what could have ultimately become a career as an ambassador, but Meghan failed the entry test. There’s no shame in that, because it is an exceptionally difficult test and a vast number of highly intelligent people fail this test every year. However, what is unusual is that she never refers to Kate’s education when the four of them (Harry, William, Kate and herself) are being interviewed. Nor did she invite this uncle (who must have pulled an enormous number of strings to get Meghan this job) to her wedding. The lack of acknowledgement of others is typical in people who suffer from a Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

I understand that Thomas Markle senior has made a number of mistakes. He should not have sold photos of himself to the press, but he did apologize. He is clearly an articulate, intelligent and gentle man; at least this is my summation of him from the interviews I have watched. He was an Emmy award winning lighting designer, which means he must have been exceptionally talented. However, like many previously successful people, he has fallen upon hard times and declared himself bankrupt. Whatever the truth about his health is, it is not difficult to see that he is in bad health. He lives in Mexico, in what has been described as less than desirable surroundings.

If Thomas Markle senior had abused Meghan Markle as a child- either emotionally, verbally and especially sexually (because these are the wounds that are impossible to heal), I would understand Meghan’s current reaction (or non-reaction) to her father. But it is fairly clear that far from being abusive, Thomas was an adoring, supportive and gentle father. Meghan mentions him as her major support in life in a number of speeches she made prior to knowing Harry. In particular, she spoke about her wonderful father in her feminist address to the UN.

Given all of the above, I believe that only a person with an antisocial personality disorder, or a narcissistic personality disorder could exist as a Duchess with the now extraordinary access she has to money, and simultaneous know that their own, ever-loving father was living a lifestyle that is a few runs up from poverty. Meghan does not have an antisocial personality disorder (previously and popular referred to as a psychopath or sociopath). These people lack any empathy for others and derive pleasure from inflicting pain on people - pain that they find amusing and tantalizing. A person with a narcissistic personality disorder does not enjoy inflicting pain on others, and therefore rarely (if ever) commits crimes of violence. That is, unless they have a large number of antisocial personality traits.

However, it is true that people with Narcissistic Personality Disorders do not experience empathy for others in the same way that most of the population does. They don’t intend to inflict emotional pain on others, but if they discover that they have, they don’t really care. That’s the major difference.

Meghan does not want to hurt her father. However, I think people are missing are the reasons that Meghan has cut her father out of her life. Sure, she’s angry that he has spoken to the press, but if she had not cut off all contact with him, he would not have had any need to go to the press. He explained (quite genuinely) that the only reason he spoke to the press was that he literally had no other way of communicating with his daughter.

The real reason that Meghan has cut her father out of her life is because he no longer fits in with the way she identifies herself. If he were in the prime of his life and winning Emmy awards for his lighting, Meghan would accept him into her fold with open arms. However, as a now bankrupt, poor, sick old man, he does not match Meghan’s view of herself, and she sees him as an embarrassment.

As for her mother, I do think this is the one and only genuine family relationship Meghan has. However, this is also because Doria Raglan does what Meghan wants. At least, this is my opinion. The dominant person in the relationship is Meghan, and like most mothers, Doria adores her child, as is the case with the overwhelming number of mothers. However, I have a hunch that, as a child, Doria found it very difficult to set boundaries for Meghan, who essentially did what she wanted and when she wanted. I am not suggesting that Doria was a bad mother (I don’t believe in the concept of “bad” mothers), but it is terribly difficult to parent a child with a Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The thing that Doria had in her favor, was the fact that Meghan was an extremely ambitious child. She was someone who, right from a very early age, was determined to live a life where she was the center of attention. This made Meghan a disciplined, self-determined child, who, for the most part, stayed out of trouble. Children with this personality disorder either go Meghan’s way (the path of ruthless ambition) or become the center of attention by engaging in illegal and rebellious acts.

If Meghan were genuinely proud of her biracial background, she would have invited at least some of her black relatives to her wedding. She has black nieces and nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles. Where were they? Again, they do not fit in with her current view of herself, and so they were not invited. The same goes for her half brother and sister. Okay, they have done a lot of dubious things, but it is simple protocol to invite one’s half brother and half sister to one’s wedding. It really doesn’t matter how long it’s been since you’ve seen them. They are people who share half of your DNA. Again, if they had committed horrendous crimes against Meghan, I would understand the lack of an invitation. But, all the talk that her half siblings have engaged in with the press come from a deep sense of hurt over the fact that they were not included in the wedding invitations. If Meghan had done what most “normal” people would do, and invited her half brother and sister to her very large wedding, I don’t believe that Thomas Markle junior or Samantha would have spoken to the press in the way that they have.

I just look at Meghan and see a deeply disturbed personality, who cannot cope with others getting attention or praise. I watched her face in the interview that she did with Harry, William and Kate and there are times when she looks at Kate as if she wants to kill her. She doesn’t want to kill her. It is just simply incredibly painful for Meghan to see someone else getting attention.

So my reasoning is this: The British people sense that there is something not quite right about Meghan, and I think they are right. Yes, she is deeply infatuated with Harry, but only because he is deeply infatuated with her. He is a prince who is all over her - How could she not adore such a person? And, clearly, there is a lot of genuine sexual chemistry between them. However, when this intense period of infatuation wears off (as it does in all relationships), I do not believe that this marriage will be able to become one of true love. I believe that Meghan is going to truly hurt Harry, and that she is going to turn on the royal family. It will take a while, but once she is no longer the flavour of the month, she won’t be able to cope with the next star. No one walks around with a smile on their face all the time. No one who is not pathologically disturbed. Meghan’s smile is hiding a myriad of other feelings- jealousy, greed, the need to always be the center of attention, insecurity etc…

The above is my opinion, and I would love to be wrong. I would love this marriage to last, but I do not believe it will. Diana also had a lot of personality problems, but the major difference is that Diana’s compassion for others was real. People sensed that, which is why there was such an outpouring of grief when she died. I think people are going to sense, more and more as time goes on, that Meghan’s compassion is not genuine, but a means to garner attention and be viewed in a similar way to Diana.”
