I would think something like this approach. Go to the vacation spots very rich gays frequent, and just lie out on the beach. You would also want to be super friendly to everyone, so they might invite youn to social events where you'll mix and mingle.

And find out what the high profile gay charities are. As donors, they might be at the events those charities throw. You will also want to be very up to date on current events, etc., as the well educated super rich aren't stupid, and will become bored with you if you are.
