The press conference is over and I took some notes (be prepared for some unpopular opinions):

a) the monopoly of the PC belonged to Nick H. and Jason;

b) Nick H. was very passionate talking about the movie, the circumstances behind its shooting (the hurricane) and global warming (Lee should have done that);

c) Jason is a doll; he's funny and outspoken; and

d) Lee lacked energy: he was charming and all smiles when he answered his questions, but, apart from those moments, he was like a wallflower! His arms close to his body gave the impressions he was tied to the chair; he was the only one drinking water (thirsty or anxious?); he placed the cellphone by his side and touched it while answering a question; those blasted glasses kept reflecting the light, which was annoying; he does need to wear some sun protection or his skin will be like parchment. It was interesting to listen to him talk about the friendship between John and Jim and how he believes this is why true friendships happen IRL (his speech reminded me of Matt and his gang).

Bottom line: inexpressive presence by Lee and the realization that, if he doesn't look after himself, he will look like the guy in the picture below!!!

The idiot makeup "artist" doesn't understand that bronzer (orange-toned) doesn't work on a fair skinned person who skin -- and tan-- has pink undertones. (The red carpet makeup is better.)

There are any number of reasons Lee is wearing glasses--the primary one is because he needs corrective lenses. Maybe he forgot or lost his contacts, his eyes are too dry for his contacts to be comfortable, or he just felt like changing his look. The style of glasses and pants length look just like most of the men in my city. Lee still is a bit too thin, but he no longer has that gaunt look he had when doing AiA. He looks like a stylish, handsome 40 year old man. Because that is what he is.

Though of course Lee understands. If it was his idea, he would have done it before with others. He is indulging Matt. In striped shirt pics, there is like an orange stripe over his cheekbones. Of course, it could be an unfortunate case of lighting but even his bone structure looks different because of the new shadows created by the colored effect, giving his face a slightly different appearance as a result.

Same effect here for the red carpet though less orange but you can see the texture on his forehead. This isn't all sweat.

He had a similar kind of makeup in early S4 of HACF in order to make Joe look older. That’s what it does for his type of face, that’s why people say he looked “older than Sudeikis”. In this case it’s just the makeup artist doing a hasty bad job. He has fine angular features, a firm jawline and rounded cheeks at the same time, it's an interesting balance of delicate and strong. Softening the angles and the strong bone structure gives him an older too-soft look, it shouldn’t be done (fan artists drawing his portraits make this mistake often too). Trying to “suck in” cheeks makes him look worn out (that’s why he looks fresher with a bit more weight on him, though right now he’s in a great shape).

Of course, he isn’t prancing around with a face full of makeup. This is tv studio makeup, the kind you get when you are giving press interviews with lots of cameras running. Sudeikis has some on too and others on the red carpet car pic as well.

Here, another green picture and once again he looks totally fine. A little tired (probably came there right from the airport) but fine. That’s his face as it is. See the difference? This pic vs the striped + red carpet pics? His complexion is natural, and his cheekbones and jawline are more pronounced. He does have a bit more tan on his cheekbones and less on his chin, exactly because he wore a beard and enjoyed the sun a lot (nose and cheekbones get sunburn first).

The indentations on his cheeks are from wearing the glasses so it doesn’t matter.

You talk about Matt haters but you’re a Matt lover. The only thing you come here to discuss is how wonderful and brilliant Matt is and how much Lee must love him. You aren’t even here for Lee. You’re here for Matt only. Lee looks terrible in those glasses and you know it! Matt only wants to use Lee to advertise tb and make Lee look just like himself. Am I saying this because I am jealous of Matt? No. I’m concerned for Lee, even though he is a big boy and can take care of himself, it’s clear to everyone that something fucked up is happening to him and Matt is the cause. You can say he looks great and he’s ‘glowing’ (barf) but it’s not the truth.

And right know tb advertises Lee wearing tb eyewear and offers the viewer to swipe up to buy the glasses. So who is benefitting from this? Lee or tb? Lee looks like a clown, like a joke wearing them them and tb tries to profit from it. What a sweet bf Matt is, right?

Lee is advertising so heavily for tb, encouraging people to spend their money on their clothing rather than to spend their money on environmental conservation. The people Lee appeals to for donations for his conservations efforts have very little money in comparison to the people he appeals to with his tb advertising. If he only appealed to the rich for his conservation donations think of how much more he could accomplish. Perhaps his heart isn’t in conservation and never has been. It looks like pure pr. He’s producing this documentary but he will earn from it also. And he hasn’t done any actual work as someone else has stated. It is disappointing. I’m not the only one that feels this way.
