Yes it can happen and no you can't always get the guy off of you, especially if he's a lot bigger and if he's already beat you up. I know everyone thinks that a guy should be able to fight back or stop him, but what if you tried that and you just couldn't? I was listening to a talk radio show and a young man phoned in and said that when he was in his late teens a man from his church came over to see him when he was alone on the pretense of a visit. He said that after a short time the older man overpowered him, threw him to the ground and raped him - the young man was very naïve at the time and couldn't conceive of this happening, much less fighting back at a respected church member.
