Yep, it is misogynist but I have high ambiguity tolerance - that other OP can both be an asshole at times and also have well-intended political threads for the right reasons. It is more important not to split the discussion or dilute it. I noticed you commenting earlier on Part 7 and I thought the same thing at the time. It doesn't mean you have to agree with calling someone a cunt: it does mean that it's not -- however -- happening on that thread, so let it go in that context rather than holding purity tests for who gets to start threads.

I guess I am suspicious of a full blown misogynist having progressive politics (for one, what are the chances this person voted for Clinton). DL can be very harsh, and I have taken time off from being here more than once, so now I'm trying to make this place enjoyable for myself by ignoring unpleasant characters.

R12, I agree that most anti-Clinton posters (and voters) are misogynists, btw. The studies post election showed that as well. It also correlated with racism. I mean BernieBros as well as Trumpbots.

For what it's worth, I already had OP of the other thread blocked. So I doubt misogyny is his only issue.
