This is Bravo's new drama featuring some seriously hunky guys. Rob Heaps is very handsome. Parker Young is drop-dead gorgeous. Sex on a dripping stick!
I hope it doesn't suck.

Goodness, Parker! I hope your character gets to hook up with Rob.

OMG Uma Thurman!
by Anonymous | reply 3 | February 8, 2017 3:03 AM |
Okay, this is surprisingly good. The lead guys have excellent chemistry and I'm picking up a gay subtext here.
I'm looking forward to Uma's appearance.

Im going to take a wild shot in the dark and say there's no people of color on this show and if there are theyre very much tokens.

Your pathetic attempt to shill is what sucks.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | February 8, 2017 4:04 AM |
It doesn't suck. The first ep anyway.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | February 8, 2017 4:14 AM |
Bump for original thread.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | February 8, 2017 5:23 PM |
It's odd that it's on Bravo, a channel one associates with Reality TV shows nowdays. I hope that doesn't work against the show.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | February 8, 2017 5:26 PM |
R9, I recall when Bravo was more of an arts channel. Sigh.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | February 8, 2017 5:32 PM |
Interesting pilot. The whole fake identity at the airport was a bit ridiculous (nobody would notice the fake nose falling off?). Something odd about Parker's character, maybe it's the accent, doesn't feel "right". Otherwise could be a fun dark comedy. Remember Brian Benben (fake heart attack guy) from that "Dream On" show on HBO in the early 90s.

OMG the two male leads are going to fall in love, aren't they?
by Anonymous | reply 12 | February 15, 2017 2:51 AM |
Parker is on WWHl tonight. At one point, Erika Jayne tried to lay her her hand on his right thigh, but he grabbed it before she could make contact. LOL!!! Andy, of course, wants to suck the hot dude's cock.
I don't blame him.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | February 15, 2017 3:14 AM |
Is there gay content?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | February 15, 2017 3:23 AM |
Miss Andy asking his age. Was he was hoping he was still 18?

YES
by Anonymous | reply 16 | February 15, 2017 3:28 AM |
R5 Boo you !
by Anonymous | reply 17 | February 15, 2017 4:25 AM |
Parker Young is so adorable.
He plays the perfect "bro" in everything he does.
Why is it that he has so much chemistry with his male co-stars? It's freakin' HOT!
by Anonymous | reply 18 | February 16, 2017 12:20 AM |
Did anyone else think he was super awkward trying to tell what girls he was into on WWHL?
by Anonymous | reply 19 | February 16, 2017 2:50 AM |
The two male leads have a ton of chemistry with each other.
That naked shower scene in episode two was totally bromoerotic! And having them pretend to be lovers, just so they could shower, was a nice touch.
I'm already hooked on this show, and we haven't even seen Uma yet!
by Anonymous | reply 20 | February 19, 2017 10:55 PM |
Isn't "Imposters" misspelled here?
by Anonymous | reply 21 | February 22, 2017 1:56 AM |
I'm falling love with Parker Young.
And Uma Thurman scares the bejeezus out of me.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | March 1, 2017 2:05 AM |
I can't believe that no one is watching this show. It's really good!
Strangely, it's co-written by that Adelson guy from Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce.
Funny how I absolutely HATE that show GGTD, but I absolutely love Imposters.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | March 1, 2017 9:51 PM |
I love this show, too. I thought it would be some lazily written bland Bravo BS with a a trite plot, but there have been several twists and turns in each episode, with just enough missing details to make it mysterious and entertaining. I really like the undercurrents of humor, too.
The leads, especially Parker Young, are surprisingly good. They have good chemistry together.
I'm surprised by the GGTD connection. I couldn't get past Season 1 of that show.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | March 1, 2017 10:01 PM |
Another really good episode. So much happened!
By the end, I thought that it was just a dream when Ezra found Eva, but then when the other two who got scammed all sat down in the booth, I was like "OH!"
That part showing the three musketeers ripping off people in the mall? That was amazing!
by Anonymous | reply 25 | March 8, 2017 11:29 PM |
Yeah, it's such a good show--much better than all the tired RHOxx shows--and I expected better support here since the two leads are so hot, but I guess the show has an uphill battle with the DL crowd. Haha
It was a dick move for Max to sell out Sally like that and sacrifice her to Lenny. They apparently had some history together, but that didn't mean a thing to Max. IRL, some people are actually that cold.
Can't wait to see how Richard, Ezra, and Jules interact with Maddie from here on out. I hope they don't get sucked into the Doctor's web.
And I learned that seltzer is apparently very good for taking out mustard stains!

The finale's tonight.
Andy, you cunt! Your new shows suck lately, but you got this one right.
You better bring it back for a second season. THIS is your showcase drama.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | April 12, 2017 2:55 AM |
The ending was weird.
I don't get how they pulled off the switch at the end.
And why did they give back the money to the FBI? Just to protect Maddie?
The whole thing was strange.

DL possible connection: towards the end, the runaway bride writes this URL for her left-at-the-altar/FBI agent fiance: www.mrspatrickcampbell.com
I didn't get most of the plot, but I have to admit I watched it mostly for the eye candy, and wasn't paying much attention otherwise.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | April 15, 2017 5:40 AM |
The hotness that is Rob Heaps really sneaks up on you.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | May 6, 2017 2:46 PM |
Per Rob Heaps' Instagram, there will be a second season of Imposters. He posted a photo of the call sheet.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | August 30, 2017 7:22 PM |
The one on the right is a dead ringer for Jared K.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | August 30, 2017 7:27 PM |
I forgot about this show. It was awful after a few episodes.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | August 30, 2017 7:36 PM |
I didn't mind it. It was summer fluff with good-looking actors. I can't watch GoT all the time.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | August 30, 2017 7:55 PM |
Rob Heaps reminds me a little of Tom Villard.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | August 30, 2017 7:56 PM |
I just broke up with THE ALIENIST, mid series.
Hoping IMPOSTERS can heal me.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | March 17, 2018 4:36 AM |
dat ole fug uma in it?
durn
by Anonymous | reply 38 | March 17, 2018 5:06 AM |
I had no idea that Rob Heaps was British.
I absolutely love this show. The only scripted show on BRAVO that's worth renewing.
So happy about season 2!!
by Anonymous | reply 39 | March 17, 2018 2:02 PM |
Per IMDB, season 2 premieres April 5 on Bravo. Although it's kinda summer fluff, I enjoyed the first season --mainly for the eye candy.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | March 17, 2018 8:57 PM |
Bump for the Season 2 premiere on April 5 on Bravo.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | March 31, 2018 9:50 PM |
Parker is only reason to watch. They better show him shirtless or almost nude.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | March 31, 2018 10:21 PM |
I'm very attracted to Rob and Stephen, too.
Triple team.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | March 31, 2018 11:28 PM |
Season 2 starts tonight!
by Anonymous | reply 46 | April 5, 2018 1:47 PM |
I would love to see at least ONE bisexual interaction between the Parker Young and Rob Heaps characters on the show.
Those two have way more chemistry with each other, than they do with the others.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | April 6, 2018 12:56 AM |
Parker Young has chemistry with all his male co-stars.
Just sayin'.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | April 6, 2018 1:27 AM |
So did anyone catch the premiere?
by Anonymous | reply 50 | April 6, 2018 3:54 AM |
Parker Young is still looking as hot as ever!
Is he dating anyone?
by Anonymous | reply 51 | April 13, 2018 5:26 AM |
I find it strange that the three imposters are in Mexico City.
Why?
by Anonymous | reply 58 | April 20, 2018 2:25 AM |
trying to watch it now for boy / man hotness
but
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
by Anonymous | reply 59 | April 20, 2018 5:12 AM |
As with Timeless, interesting concept, good first season, weak second season.
The Mexican episodes were utter waste. Uma Thurman stole every scene as Lenny Cohen. She and the lesbian should have been given a spinoff.
