It is interesting that most cops around the world don't seem to engage in bodybuilding so actively and collectively as it happens in the US. Probably because bodybuilding is seen as a bit obscene, sexually charged thus a bit detrimental for the image of the whole institution whose main purpose is to keep peace and order that also demands, let's call it, a clean image from its members (officers,) clean from any possible sexual undertone that taint their authority.
